"Even for the sake of the gift, please take care of this little guy!" Hongyun's eyes darted around, and she began to pester Zhen Yuanzi again.

"Yuan Feng gave you a second life!"

Zhen Yuanzi, annoyed by the nagging, said, "You've already thrown the egg here, are you expecting me to just watch it die?"

Hongyun chuckled and obediently left Zhen Yuanzi's room to avoid getting in the way.

Huang Yu Hongyun had no use for it; she only obtained it thanks to Zhen Yuanzi, so she simply left it with him.

Crafting weapons is indeed a skill, but Hongyun couldn't grasp the method and seemed to lack that ability from birth.

Zhen Yuanzi should be able to do it, learning from him should be fine!

Before she even got back to her room, Hongyun suddenly turned around and went back the way she came.

"Zhen Yuanzi, Zhen Yuanzi!"

Zhen Yuanzi felt a headache coming on when he heard that voice. How could they be back so quickly?

"What is it?" Zhen Yuanzi sighed.

"Do you know how to forge weapons?" Hongyun sat down next to Zhen Yuanzi's futon, leaning against him without any bones.

"Such behavior will surely make you a laughingstock," Zhen Yuanzi reprimanded in a low voice, but made no move.

"There's no one else here. What embarrassing things haven't I done in front of you?" Hongyun didn't care about those things. There were only a few people in Wuzhuang Temple, and they had to be proper in everything they did, paying attention to their demeanor at all times. How tiring!

"Do you know how to forge weapons?" Hongyun asked again, rubbing Zhen Yuanzi's arm.

Zhen Yuanzi frowned: "No!"

Hongyun: "If you don't know how, why don't you learn?"

"Why don't you learn?" Zhen Yuanzi was amused and exasperated once again.

Hongyun declared confidently, "I can't learn it!"

*Ding! 1000 anger points added!*

"So you let me learn!" Zhen Yuanzi was once again pushed to the limit of his anger by Hongyun.

"Ah~" Hongyun was overjoyed to hear the sound of anger points being credited to her account, and she smugly shook her head next to Zhen Yuanzi.

This foolish look once again vented Zhen Yuanzi's anger.

Zhen Yuanzi: "What if I can't learn it either?"

Hongyun: "Then let's try harder!"

Zhen Yuanzi: "Why don't you try harder?"

Hongyun: "I can't even try a little bit."

*Ding! 500 anger points added.*

"Get out!" Zhen Yuanzi could no longer bear it. Only by cursing Hongyun could he feel relieved.

Hongyun wasn't angry. In later generations, even the word "get lost" wouldn't be considered an insult. She still shamelessly lingered beside Zhen Yuanzi.

"No, no, why don't you learn from them? Try to comprehend it, and then we'll have more magic treasures! Look at that phoenix feather, its magical power is so high, but we don't know how to refine it, what a pity!"

Zhen Yuanzi simply closed his eyes. It wasn't that he didn't want to learn weapon crafting, but he wasn't willing to compromise so easily. Hongyun was now taking on everything and then pushing it onto him; he couldn't just agree to whatever the other person begged, or it would happen again next time.

"You really don't want to learn?" Hongyun started feigning pitifulness again.

Zhen Yuanzi didn't even glance at Hongyun, remaining completely unmoved.

Hongyun blinked and stood up. "Sigh~ Now I can't even find anyone to help with something like this. Hongyun, how have you managed all these years?"

"Go back and study it yourself. You'll eventually figure something out. It's better to rely on yourself than others!"

Hongyun's intention was to retreat in order to advance, but after she finished speaking, Zhen Yuanzi remained motionless and did not even open his eyes.

Okay, I guess I'll have to cancel now.

Hongyun pouted as she left Zhen Yuanzi's room, and the door was slammed shut with a loud bang to express her dissatisfaction.
