Nuonuo's mouth was covered in cream, making her look like a little kitten. Her playful side kicked in, and she looked at her uncle, who was standing in the living room after finishing a phone call.

She reached out and pulled Nuonuo behind her, shielding the small girl with her body, then looked up at Pei Yanzhou and smiled, "Alright, why bother arguing with a child? Come here, I'll wipe it off for you."

Seeing that she had her aunt as a strong "backer," Nuonuo immediately became bolder.

She clung to Shu Hua's shoulder, peeking her head out from her side, even sticking out her pink tongue at Pei Yanzhou and making an exaggerated face, looking both funny and cute.

Pei Yanzhou chuckled lightly. But he kept a straight face and walked closer step by step, ostensibly to "catch her," but in reality, his eyes were glued to Shu Hua the whole time.

Pei Yanzhou then stopped what he was doing. He maintained the position of loosely holding Shu Hua in his arms, looked down at the little one still clinging to her leg, and asked with feigned seriousness, "Nuonuo, are you sure you want to continue playing with your uncle?"

Nuonuo blinked her big eyes, looking at him, then at her aunt who was surrounded by her uncle, her little head seemingly engaged in a fierce internal struggle.

Nuonuo smiled happily: "Nuonuo is feeding Auntie~" and then fed Shuhua cake.

Shu Hua had long since thrown all her guard up and took a small bite.

"Is it delicious?" Nuonuo asked expectantly.

"Mmm! Delicious! Especially sweet! Thank you, Nuonuo!" Shu Hua praised without reservation.

Just then, Pei Yanzhou also came over, squatted down on the other side of Shu Hua, and said to Nuonuo, "Nuonuo, Uncle wants to eat cake too. Can you feed Uncle a bite?"
