Yu Fuli rode Ye Xing, intending only to jog two laps around the edge of the arena and get to know this beautiful creature.

However, for some reason, wherever he rode, it seemed to have its own magnetic field, and without anyone noticing, a small group of students would gather around him on horseback.

Equestrian courses at the Saint Laurent Royal Academy are a popular elective, and those who are qualified and have the time to study them in depth are almost all A-level students or at least B-level students with strong backgrounds.

The group of young noblemen were all gathered around Yu Fuli with great interest. Although they kept a distance of about half a horse's length, their gazes were either direct or subtle as they fell on him.

Several bold and unrestrained young masters simply rode up side by side, striking up a conversation in that elegant yet direct manner typical of nobles:

"Teacher, you made a great choice with this horse. Night Star doesn't usually like to talk to people."

"Teacher Yu's riding skills are very professional. Which club did you learn at?"

"This riding outfit is very unique and suits you perfectly."

There were even a few ladies with superb riding skills and neat attire, whose gazes were more open and frank, filled with appreciation and curiosity.

Qiaoqi was extremely anxious, riding her horse back and forth on the other side of Yufuli, like a mother hen with her fur standing on end trying to drive away a weasel eyeing her cubs. Her clear voice was full of warning: "Hey! What are you looking at! Can't you see the teacher is getting familiar with the horses? Don't get so close!"

But more and more people seemed to be coming to watch. She was at a loss, her eyes wide with anger, but she couldn't get rid of these classmates who had polite smiles but were extremely stubborn.

Surrounded in the center, Yu Fuli felt the burning gazes from all directions, his face remaining calm, though the fingers gripping the reins tightened almost imperceptibly. He gently patted Ye Xing's neck, and the black horse snorted, also showing some impatience with the excessive crowd.

While George was turning his head to shoo away a lady who was getting too close, Eric spurred his horse and nimbly slipped through the gap, riding alongside Yu Fuli, his (self-proclaimed) dashing smile returning to his face.

"I still don't know which class Ms. Yu is in charge of?" He started with the safest topic, but his eyes couldn't help but dart towards the other person's waistline, which was cinched by a belt.

"Class F," Yu Fuli replied briefly, looking straight ahead.

"Class F?" Eric raised an eyebrow, his tone carrying just the right amount of amazement and regret. "They're really lucky to have a teacher like you. To be honest, I'm a little envious; I wish I could transfer there too."

Upon hearing this, Yu Fuli finally turned her head and glanced at Eric. Her gaze was calm, a polite smile playing on her lips. Her voice was gentle, yet utterly ruthless:

"Thank you for the compliment. However, my class is already full."

The implication is: If you don't accept it, don't come again.

Eric's deliberately feigned expression of regret froze instantly, and all the prepared follow-up remarks were choked in his throat.

He opened his mouth, but for a moment he didn't know how to respond.

A few muffled laughs could be faintly heard from the surrounding area, indicating that more than one person had overheard the conversation.

Qiaoqi then realized what was happening, immediately spurred her horse back to Yu Fuli's side, and raised her chin at Eric like a victorious little peacock, her eyes full of smug satisfaction.

Yu Fuli had already turned his head back and gently flicked the reins. Ye Xing understood and quickened his pace, increasing the distance between himself and Eric.

Eric was left alone, his expression shifting as he looked at the tall, imposing figure outlined in white riding attire.

It seems that this teacher Yu is more than just good-looking.

This setback was both frustrating and infuriating.

Yu Fuli was annoyed by the constant chatter around him. He turned his head slightly and whispered to Qiao Qi, who was following closely beside him, "I'm going out for some fresh air."

Before he finished speaking, he tightened the reins and lightly squeezed the horse's belly with his legs.

Night Star, understanding his thoughts, raised its head and neighed, then galloped away like a black lightning bolt beyond the open fence of the horse farm.

The Saint Laurent Royal Academy covers a vast area, with a carefully chosen location that encompasses a variety of natural landscapes. Beyond the horse farm lies a boundless green field, and at the horizon, undulating gray-blue mountains outline a tranquil skyline.

Galloping on horseback in such a vast and open space is indeed a pleasure.

The wind whistled past his ears, completely washing away the clamor behind him. Yu Fuli lowered his body, feeling the powerful rhythm of Ye Xing's muscles. The horse's hooves flew, traversing the soft meadow, as if leaving all his troubles behind.

After galloping for a while, the frustration in his chest seemed to dissipate with the wind, and he gradually slowed down. Ye Xing also tacitly switched to a light jog, snorting and breathing heavily.

Yu Fuli straightened up, took a deep breath of the crisp, free air of the wilderness, and exhaled with relief.

Only then did I have time to look up and truly appreciate this tranquil and magnificent landscape that belongs to the academy.

Standing amidst this boundless expanse of sky and earth, Yu Fuli took a deep breath of the grassy air and couldn't help but mutter a curse in his mind: "Damn capitalism, they really know how to enjoy life. To fence off such a huge natural pasture just for the young masters and ladies to take equestrian lessons, it's outrageously extravagant."

"Tap tap, tap tap."

A clear and rhythmic sound of horses' hooves came from behind him, approaching him at a steady pace.

Yu Fuli turned his head and looked over, slightly startled.

The person who arrived was none other than Xiao Chi.

He changed into a standard British-style black equestrian outfit, perfectly tailored, with a crisp white shirt collar that accentuated his long, elegant neck. He rode a chestnut horse, tall and long-legged, its coat glossy and fiery, its gait steady and graceful.

Sunlight fell on his angular profile, outlining his deep-set eyes and high nose bridge. He was so handsome that he looked like a noble prince straight out of an old-fashioned oil painting, exuding an innate aloofness and nobility.

Two question marks flashed through Yu Fuli's mind instantly: When did this person arrive? I clearly didn't see him at the horse farm just now.

Xiao Chi had actually arrived at the horse farm quite early.

He was used to warming up in advance and leaving before the students arrived in droves. Given his family background, once he showed up, he would inevitably be bothered by all sorts of people trying to curry favor with him, which he found disappointing.

After warming up, he was about to ride away from the soon-to-be noisy area when he caught a glimpse of a figure out of the corner of his eye.

The man, dressed in an unprecedented snow-white equestrian outfit, stood beside the black horse. The afternoon sun shone down relentlessly, illuminating the intricate gold and silver threads around him, causing them to shimmer and shift with light. He appeared as a self-illuminating entity, bright and magnificent, completely out of place with his surroundings, yet strangely captivating all eyes.

Xiao Chi reined in the horse and stopped in place.

He watched as he deftly mounted his horse, watched the renowned Night Star saddle up to him with ease, watched as he was surrounded by the growing crowd, yet his expression remained calm.

Those noisy attempts to flirt, Eric's clumsy attempts to get closer, and Georgie's furious attempts to defend him... all seemed like a silent film backdrop unrelated to him.

Xiao Chi remained hidden in the shadows at the edge of the arena, quietly watching the entire event unfold.

Until a faint hint of impatience flashed across the man's brow, and then he broke through the crowd like a white lightning bolt, rushing towards the plains.

Almost subconsciously, without much thought, Xiao Chi gently tugged the reins, and his chestnut horse began to follow at a distance.

The horses' hooves pounded across the soft meadow with a dull thud as they raced toward the vast expanse of green.
