Elf: Rewriting the script, starting with Black Stocking Hanako

Having dealt with Gastly, Jiang Chuan calmly walked out of the dimly lit cabin.

The wooden door closed gently behind me.

The warm glow of the setting sun shone on my face.

Jiang Chuan took a deep breath of fresh air; the smell of incense ash and hay mixed in the room had been quite stuffy.

"Pikachu~"

Pikachu followed at his feet, still processing what had just happened, its little face full of confusion.

It tilted its head to look at Jiang Chuan, then looked back at the wooden house, completely baffled as to why that terrifying old woman had suddenly become so kind and amiable.

Jiang Chuan bent down and rubbed Pikachu's head: "It's alright, everything's settled."

He took out the picture book from his pocket and opened it casually.

The screen lights up.

The top one was sent by Hanako.

The message was simple: a location sharing of Officer Jenny's coordinates at her residence in Girls' Gorge.

Below that is another sentence: "Dinner will be ready soon~ We'll be waiting for you to come back~"

A cute emoticon was added at the end of the sentence.

Jiang Chuan looked at the message and a smile involuntarily crept up his lips.

He put away the Pokédex and patted Pikachu: "Let's go home and have dinner."

Following the coordinates sent by Hanako, Jiangchuan led Pikachu through the streets of Maiden Gorge.

As evening approached, the atmosphere of the festival began to build.

She tilted her head, looking somewhat puzzled.

Jiang Chuan smiled, walked up to her, and reached out to ruffle her hair: "What, don't you think I'm amazing?"

"No, no, I didn't..."

Xiaoxia blushed slightly, but didn't pull away from his hand: "This place is haunted, I told you not to wander around."

"Oh, right," Xiaoxia remembered something, "Miss Officer Jenny and Hanako are preparing dinner in the kitchen. They said they're going to make a specialty dish from Maiden Gorge."

At that moment, another person came out of the kitchen.

She changed out of her police uniform and into a beige loungewear dress.

She carried two plates of food and walked skillfully to the stone table in the center of the courtyard.

Jiang Chuan watched her retreating figure.

The fabric of the lounge dress was very form-fitting, and as she moved, the curves of her hips were perfectly displayed, while her slightly swaying waist exuded the charm of a mature woman.

"Two charming cooks..."

Jiang Chuan secretly praised him.
