"That's normal." Li Ang walked to the sofa and sat down casually.

He casually picked up the remaining half-cup of cocoa on the table.

"They must have realized they can't go back to the way things were."

"We can't go back to the past?" Banner pushed up his glasses. "What does that mean?"

"TVA's most common tactic is to skip ahead and cut off the source as soon as the mutation occurs."

Li Ang took a sip of cocoa and curled his lip in disgust.

Darcy stared wide-eyed. "That's my cup!"

Li Ang ignored her and continued, "But I'm sorry, anyone who has used my gashapon will have their time causality forcibly welded off."

"Welded shut?" Tony became interested and sat down opposite Leon.

"The people who protect this planet," Wang replied in a deep voice. "At least regarding threats beyond the physical realm, we've always been quietly dealing with them."

Tony chuckled and easily hoisted the heavy steel hammer, weighing several hundred pounds, onto his shoulder with one hand.

"Oh? So what were you security guards doing all this time?"

"Were you having afternoon tea in the sanctuary while those lunatics in uniforms were stabbing people around with glowing sticks?"

Wang didn't react much to Tony's sharp tongue.

He was already used to being misunderstood by others.

"Mr. Li Ang."

Wang turned around and bowed slightly to Li Ang in a very polite manner.

All eyes turned back and forth between Wang and Li Ang.

Clearly, no one expected that these mysterious visitors were actually there for this cunning gashapon merchant.

Li Ang placed the Coke cup on the glass coffee table, a smile appearing on his face.

"What, has the Ancient One finally realized that her prized Time Stone has turned into a useless piece of broken glass?"
