The Courtyard House: The story begins with He Yuzhu beating up the White Widow.

"Miss Jenny!" Just then, the property manager arrived with his team.

Jenny introduced, "Mr. He, this is William Connor, the property manager here." Then she said to William Connor, "This is Mr. He, the homeowner, and this is his sister."

He Yuzhu pointed ahead and asked, "Mr. Kang, may I build a wall here to enclose the two villas?"

William Connors replied, "Of course! But the money..."

Before William Kang could finish speaking, He Yuzhu interrupted, "Money is not a problem. Can you calculate how much it will cost for me? Also, I'll prepay thirty years' worth of property management fees."

Upon hearing He Yuzhu's generosity, William Kang immediately looked at the staff behind him. The staff promptly handed William Kang the account book.

William Connor checked the accounts on the spot and said, "Mr. Ho, building the wall will cost HK$50,000, the property management fee is HK$500 per month, HK$6,000 per year, and HK$180,000 over thirty years."

He Yuzhu took out five stacks of US dollars from his pocket, handed four of them to William Kang, and said, "This is my property management fee." Then He Yuzhu handed one stack of US dollars to Lou Xiao'e and said, "After the wall is built, send someone to inspect it. If it passes inspection, give him this stack of money."

William Kang took the money and handed it to the staff behind him. The staff counted the money on the spot, wrote a receipt, and gave it to William Kang. William Kang then handed the receipt to He Yuzhu.

He Yuzhu took the receipt, checked it, and after confirming there were no problems, handed it to Lou Xiao'e. Kang Weilian said, "Mr. He, I'll send someone over tomorrow to build the wall according to your requirements."

Lou Xiao'e took out a notepad, wrote down a phone number, and handed it to Kang Weilian, saying, "Call this number when the wall is finished. I'll send someone to inspect it."

Jenny then said, "Mr. He, let's go in and take a look!" With that, Jenny took out her key, unlocked the door, pushed open the door, and led He Yuzhu and Lou Xiao'e and her daughter inside.

Entering through the main gate, there's a large courtyard with a paved surface, suitable for parking. A flower bed surrounds the courtyard wall, simply planted with various flowers and plants. The house has three floors above ground and two below. Inside, there's a large living room. To the left of the living room are the kitchen, bathroom, and stairs leading to the basement. To the right are a maid's room, a storage room, and stairs leading upstairs. The rooms on the second and third floors are connected by corridors. Most of the rooms are on the second floor, which has five rooms: one large suite and four smaller rooms with ensuite bathrooms. The third floor, besides one suite and one smaller room, is half an open-air terrace.

He Yuzhu looked through the entire house and said, "Miss Jenny, I'm very satisfied with this house. Besides these two properties registered under your bank's name, what other properties in this area are registered under your bank's name?!"

Jenny said, "Mr. He, besides these two houses, the top four houses are also under our bank's name. However, the top four houses are sold as a whole and will not be sold separately."

He Yuzhu asked, "Could you take me upstairs to have a look?!"

"Of course!" Jenny didn't waste any more time, leading He Yuzhu and Lou Xiao'e out of the villa and heading towards the mountaintop along the road in front of the gate. Soon, the three of them followed Jenny to the outside of four villas. Though called four villas, they were actually a row of attached villas, or more accurately, a terraced house.

After strolling around the villa, He Yuzhu went to the balcony of the master bedroom on the second floor and saw Lou Xiao'e standing there in a daze. He Yuzhu asked, "Xiao'e, what are you thinking about?!"

Lou Xiao'e pointed ahead and said, "Look! The scenery over there is so beautiful!"

He Yuzhu asked, "You like this house?!"

Lou Xiao'e said, "I don't like the house, but I like the view."

He Yuzhu asked with a smile, "What kind of house do you like?!"

Lou Xiao'e was stumped. After hesitating for a few seconds, she said, "I don't know either!"

"Now you can think about it!" With that, He Yuzhu turned and left the balcony. Once downstairs in the living room, He Yuzhu asked, "Miss Jenny, how much is this house?!"

Jenny replied, "Mr. He, the houses here have a better view and are larger than those downstairs, so they are a bit more expensive."

He Yuzhu said, "Two million. Agreed. I'll pay you a deposit of twenty thousand US dollars first, and I'll pay the balance tomorrow."

Jenny feigned a troubled expression, stared at He Yuzhu for a moment, then sighed and said, "Mr. He, you really know how to bargain. But considering you've already bought two houses, I'll sell it to you for two million!"

He Yuzhu pulled out $20,000 from his pocket and said, "Miss Jenny, please sign the bill!"

Before leaving the bank, Jenny had probably already guessed that He Yuzhu would buy another house. That's why she brought a contract. Jenny took the contract and, as He Yuzhu requested, changed the owner of the house and land to Lou Xiao'e. He Yuzhu took the contract, checked it again, and after confirming there were no problems, signed it, saying, "I will bring cash to your bank tomorrow morning."

"Okay!" Jenny took the contract and deposit and said, "Mr. He, I'll be waiting for you at the bank tomorrow morning." After saying that, Jenny handed over the complete set of keys to the two villas below to He Yuzhu.

"Okay!" He Yuzhu took the keys and responded. After watching Jenny leave, he heard footsteps on the stairs and turned to look at the top. Just then, Lou Xiao'e and her daughter came downstairs. Lou Xiao'e asked, "Brother Zhu, where are the bank staff?! Did they leave?!"

"Let's go!" He Yuzhu replied, adding, "It's getting late, let's head down the mountain!"

Tan Lingya asked, "Zhu Zi, where are you staying tonight?!"

He Yuzhu replied, "I'm staying at a friend's place."

Before Tan Lingya could speak, Lou Xiao'e interjected, "Brother Zhu, why don't you stay at our house?!"

He Yuzhu said, "No need! Besides, I have some money with him."

Tan Lingya said, "Zhu Zi, do you know where my family's tea restaurant is? Tomorrow afternoon at three o'clock, I'll have Xiao'e wait for you there. Come to our house for a casual dinner tonight."
