A dozen minutes later, the car stopped in front of the hotel.

Tang Xinrou unbuckled her seatbelt, looked at the suitcase, then glanced at Cheng Zhe with a shy look in her eyes: "Mr. Cheng, I'm really sorry, this suitcase is a bit heavy, I'm afraid I can't carry it by myself."

"Could you please deliver this to my room? It will only take a few minutes, please."

Without much thought, Cheng Zhe readily agreed, "It's no trouble at all, I'll help you carry it."

As soon as he finished speaking, he got out of the car, opened the trunk, and took out his suitcase.

Tang Xinrou quickly followed, thanked him, and walked up to him, leading him towards the hotel lobby.

Cheng Zhe followed behind her, his gaze unconsciously falling on her back. His eyes swept over her voluptuous figure, and his gaze gradually became fiery.

His anticipation grew stronger, and he even felt a slight itch in his heart, secretly wondering: what excuse would she use to approach him later?

Either way, he doesn't mind going with the flow.

Cheng Zhe carried her luggage and put it in the corner of the room, while Tang Xinrou quietly closed the door.

The door clicked softly, shutting out the faint sounds from the hotel outside.

Cheng Zhe placed his suitcase in the corner and turned around, his gaze involuntarily lingering on Tang Xinrou for a moment.

"I've put everything away for you. If there's nothing else, I'll be going now." Cheng Zhe deliberately slowed down his speech and only took a small step, his eyes fixed on Tang Xinrou's reaction.

Sure enough, as soon as he finished speaking, Tang Xinrou suddenly raised her head, her eyes filled with urgency, and quickly stepped forward, gently tugging at his sleeve.

"Mr. Cheng, wait a minute." Tang Xinrou's voice was choked with sobs. Her shy look just moments before instantly turned into a pitiful appearance that made people feel sorry for her.

"You must be tired after carrying such heavy luggage. Take a break before you go, or have a glass of water." She gently released her grip on his sleeve, as if suppressing some emotion.

Cheng Zhe knew his chance had come, so he stopped and asked with feigned concern, "What's wrong? You don't seem to be feeling well."

Upon hearing his question, Tang Xinrou's tears seemed to finally burst forth, sliding down her cheeks.

She sniffed, her voice filled with grievance: "Mr. Cheng, to be honest, I... I'm really feeling terrible. I've been holding it in for so long, and I don't know who to talk to."

She looked up at Cheng Zhe, her eyes filled with helplessness: "I haven't had any feelings for my husband for a long time. These past years have been so hard for me."

Cheng Zhe saw her tears and understood perfectly.

He instantly understood Tang Xinrou's thoughts: she was deliberately putting on this pitiful act, using her dissatisfaction with her marriage to force himself to soften and stay.

She was secretly planning to keep him in suspense, not rushing to reveal her true intentions, gradually drawing him in until he was completely unable to let her go.

Cheng Zhe went along with her wishes, his face showing just the right amount of heartache. He reached out and handed her a tissue, his voice gentle: "Don't be sad. If you have any grievances, feel free to say them. It's worse to keep them inside."

He deliberately softened his tone, adding a touch of empathy, waiting for her next move.

Seeing that he had taken the bait, a hint of smugness flashed in Tang Xinrou's eyes. She took the tissue and gently wiped away her tears, but unconsciously took half a step forward, getting closer to Cheng Zhe.

She raised her teary eyes and said in a soft, gentle voice, "Mr. Cheng, you have no idea how I've lived these past years."

As she spoke, she gestured for Cheng Zhe to sit down with her along the edge of the bed.

Cheng Zhe sat down as she gestured, and as soon as he was settled, Tang Xinrou sat down next to him. Their shoulders were pressed tightly together, so close that they could feel each other's body heat.

A faint scent of perfume lingered around Cheng Zhe's nose, mingling with her delicate fragrance, inexplicably making one's heart flutter.

Their arms brushed together unintentionally, their skin touching. Cheng Zhe knew this was an ambiguous atmosphere she was deliberately creating.

"Mr. Cheng, you don't know, my husband is a hopeless good-for-nothing." Tang Xinrou sniffed, tears starting to fall again, her voice filled with deep grievance.

These statements are both deliberately designed to elicit sympathy and subtly reveal genuine grievances; the timing is just right, making it hard not to be moved.

As she spoke, Tang Xinrou's emotions completely collapsed, and her sobs became choked and suppressed.

Before Cheng Zhe could offer any words of comfort, Tang Xinrou suddenly turned to the side, her heart filled with grievance and helplessness, and threw herself straight into his arms.

A soft body crashed into his arms, carrying a faint fragrance and a warm touch, leaving Cheng Zhe momentarily at a loss for what to do.

Tang Xinrou buried her head in his chest and cried even harder, her voice muffled: "Mr. Cheng, I'm really suffering so much, I really can't take it anymore..."

The next second, a clear thought suddenly entered his mind.

Feeling sorry for me? Comfort me! That's not enough, let me tempt you even more, I bet you'll be swayed!

Cheng Zhe understood immediately; this was her true intention, completely different from her pitiful appearance before him.

Tang Xinrou first buried her head in his chest and cried her heart out. After a moment, as if on purpose, she slowly turned her face to the side and buried it in Cheng Zhe's neck, her warm breath falling on the skin of his neck.

Her sobs gradually subsided into suppressed whimpers, her voice broken and fragmented, yet all the more endearing: "I...I really...hope someone...can understand me!"

This instantly ignited Cheng Zhe's long-suppressed restlessness; the sudden intimacy caused his carefully maintained composure to crumble instantly.

His breathing suddenly became heavy, and he could no longer hide the desire in his eyes.

Before Tang Xinrou could react, Cheng Zhe suddenly grabbed her wrist with such force that Tang Xinrou gasped in surprise, and then pushed her down onto the large bed behind him.

The mattress sank slightly, and Tang Xinrou's pupils suddenly contracted, her eyes filled with genuine astonishment and panic. Her lips parted slightly, as if she had not yet recovered from this sudden change.

She had only intended to seduce him gradually, but she hadn't expected things to turn out this way. She hadn't anticipated that Cheng Zhe would be so direct and impulsive, leaving her somewhat at a loss for what to do.

Cheng Zhe leaned closer, his aura overwhelming her, and at the same time, he clearly sensed Tang Xinrou's inner thoughts.

What happened? Why did he suddenly act like this?! It really scared me... Why was he so impulsive? He's completely deviating from my plan!

Tang Xinrou tensed up, gripping the sheets beneath her. Her voice trembled uncontrollably as she spoke with fear, "Mr. Cheng, you...you mustn't do this, I'm scared..."

Her voice was soft and gentle, tinged with tears. If it were an ordinary man, he would probably have already softened and given up.

But Cheng Zhe's desire was already burning brightly, and he didn't take her pleas for mercy to heart at all. He even found her panicked appearance more tempting.

Without the slightest pause, his kiss was forceful and irresistible, unleashing all the heat and desire he had suppressed for so long.

The moment their lips touched, Tang Xinrou froze, her mind going blank for a brief moment.

Cheng Zhe's kiss, burning hot, disrupted all her thoughts.
