If I made you a special forces soldier, would you become a terrestrial god?

Half an hour later, the highest-level conference room of the Kunlun Brigade was packed with people.

Inside the spacious and brightly lit conference room, a huge oval conference table was surrounded by officers with ramrod straight postures.

The four battalion commanders, Gao Dazhuang, Lei Kaihua, Liang Sanxi, and Jin Kailai, sat on either side, their auras like unsheathed swords, their sharpness fully revealed.

Academician Chen Jing, as the head of the research department, also attended the meeting, which was a rare occurrence. Beside him were Du Feifei, the newly appointed director of the medical department, and Lin Xiaoying, the head nurse.

At the far end of the conference table sat a group of solemn officers with a mixture of curiosity and awe in their eyes. They were officers of platoon level and above from the Night Tiger Reconnaissance Company, who had just been transferred from the 8th Special Regiment.

When Su Chen walked into the conference room, everyone stood up.

"sit."

Su Chen walked to the head of the table, gesturing with his hands to signal everyone to sit down. His gaze swept over each person's face, finally settling on Miao Zhiyuan and the others.

"First of all, welcome to the Night Tigers comrades, to our Kunlun family."

Su Chen's words warmed the hearts of Miao Zhiyuan, Chen Guotao, and the others.

"Our Kunlun is a brand new unit, and also a special force. Here, there aren't many empty rules; everything is judged by strength and merit." Su Chen got straight to the point; his voice wasn't loud, but it clearly reached everyone's ears.

"There are three main things I've called you all here for today."

"First, the formal expansion of our Kunlun Brigade has begun." Su Chen's voice turned serious. "From now until the army-wide selection three months later, this is a crucial period for our internal adjustments and strengthening."

"Therefore, the second thing is to make personnel adjustments to some leadership positions in the brigade."

Upon hearing this, everyone instinctively sat up straight and held their breath.

Su Chen's gaze first fell on Liang Sanxi.

"Liang Sanxi".

"Here!" Liang Sanxi immediately stood up.

"Since the formation of the Kunlun Brigade, as its chief of staff, you have worked diligently and made outstanding contributions to the establishment of our brigade's framework," Su Chen first affirmed, then changed the subject, "However, I know that the work of the staff headquarters cannot contain this tiger. Your battlefield should be on the front line!"

"By order of order, Liang Sanxi is relieved of his post as Chief of Staff and formally appointed as the Battalion Commander of the First Combat Battalion of the Kunlun Brigade, with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel!"

Upon hearing this order, Liang Sanxi was startled, and then a surge of immense joy welled up within him.

He had been waiting for this day for far too long! Being a chief of staff was glamorous, but dealing with all sorts of documents and reports every day was really stifling him! Deep down, he was still that soldier who longed to charge into battle!

"Yes, sir! I guarantee to complete the mission! I will never let the brigade commander down!" Liang Sanxi was so excited that his face turned red, and his hand trembled slightly as he saluted.

Su Chen nodded in satisfaction, gesturing for him to sit down. Then, his gaze turned to Miao Zhiyuan.

Miao Zhiyuan.

"Here!" Miao Zhiyuan's heart began to pound uncontrollably.

"Miao Zhiyuan, former company commander of the Night Tiger Reconnaissance Company of the 8th Special Tiger Regiment, is experienced in combat, has excellent command abilities, and is absolutely loyal to me. Upon my recommendation and with the approval of the Central Military Commission, you are hereby formally appointed as the Chief of Staff of my Kunlun Brigade, fully responsible for the brigade's daily training, operational planning, and staff work, and promoted to the rank of Lieutenant Colonel!"

boom!

This appointment was like a bombshell, exploding in the conference room.

Miao Zhiyuan was completely stunned.

Chief of Staff? Lieutenant Colonel?

He never dreamed that happiness would come so suddenly and so intensely!

He was just a reconnaissance company commander in a field army. Although he had rich combat experience, in terms of education and seniority, he was nothing compared to the group of outstanding talents in Kunlun.

He thought he would be incredibly lucky to be able to join Kunlun with Night Tiger and become the commander of a garrison battalion.

But now, Su Chen has actually handed over to him the most important position in the entire brigade besides the brigade commander!

This trust is as heavy as Mount Tai!

"Captain..." Miao Zhiyuan's eyes reddened instantly. He stood up, his lips trembling, unable to speak for a moment.

"Don't call me captain anymore. From now on, in the army, call me brigade commander." Su Chen's tone remained calm, but his eyes were full of encouragement and trust. "Old Miao, I believe in your abilities. Liang Sanxi is a good soldier, but he's better suited for charging into battle. As for you, you're meticulous and experienced. This position of chief of staff is rightfully yours."

"Yes, Brigade Commander!" Miao Zhiyuan straightened his back abruptly, and with all his might, roared out those two words, "I, Miao Zhiyuan, am willing to serve as Brigade Commander, to serve Kunlun, to dedicate myself to the cause until my dying breath!"

Su Chen nodded and continued announcing the appointments.

"Chen Guotao, the former platoon leader of the Night Tiger Reconnaissance Company, possesses outstanding military skills and decisive command abilities. He has now been appointed as the company commander of the Kunlun Brigade's garrison company and promoted to captain. The Night Tiger Reconnaissance Company has been officially reorganized into the Kunlun Brigade's garrison company, responsible for the daily duties, guard posts, and defense of the Zhenguoguan base."

"Yes!" Chen Guotao stood up excitedly. He knew that this was the brigade commander's recognition of him.

"The positions of the remaining personnel will remain unchanged for the time being."

With a series of personnel appointments announced, the command structure of the entire Kunlun Brigade has become clearer and more efficient.

"The last thing is to make arrangements for the work of each department going forward." Su Chen stood up and walked to the huge electronic sand table.

Chief of Staff Miao Zhiyuan.

"arrive!"

"I'm giving you a mission. Within a month, you will personally lead a team to recruit people from all the major military academies and '985' key universities across the country! I don't care what methods you use—coercion, bribery, or persuasion—I need top-notch technical talent! Computer science, information engineering, artificial intelligence, quantum physics… bring every single genius to Kunlun! Our future information warfare command center needs these most powerful brains!"

"Yes! Mission accomplished!" Miao Zhiyuan's spirits lifted. He knew this was his first major undertaking, and it had to be a resounding success!

"Du Feifei".

"Here!" Du Feifei quickly stood up.

"The same goes for the medical department." Su Chen's tone softened slightly. "Leverage your and Lin Xiaoying's professional expertise to poach talent from major military hospitals across the country! Surgery, internal medicine, anesthesiology, nursing... I want to build a world-class medical team! If we don't have enough staff, we'll hire! If we don't have enough equipment, we'll buy it! Money is not a problem!"

"Yes! I understand!" Du Feifei nodded heavily, her eyes shining with confidence.

"As for the four combat battalions and the newly formed garrison company," Su Chen's gaze swept over Gao Dazhuang, Lei Kaihua, and the others, "your mission is only one—train! Cultivate! Train like crazy!"

"I will personally guide you. At the same time, each battalion should also send its best personnel to guide the training of the garrison companies. There are no weak soldiers in our Kunlun army! Although the garrison companies do not directly participate in frontline combat, they are the face of Kunlun, and their combat effectiveness absolutely cannot be lacking!"

"Yes!" All the combat officers roared in unison, their fighting spirit soaring to the sky.

The entire conference room was ablaze with excitement because of Su Chen's plan.

A brand-new Kunlun, with a clear division of labor and well-defined goals, is operating at high speed with an unstoppable momentum.
