Fu Bao Ling Quan: I cried with regret after severing ties with my family!

Chapter 32 Lin Fubao: Full marks!

"Dean Wang, Comrade Lin Jianhan has some questions about sanitation procedures and would like to learn from me. I'll stay here for a bit and head back this afternoon!"

Liu Chenghai addressed Wang Zhengkun.

"OK!"

Wang Zhengkun nodded.

He glanced at Lin Jianhan but didn't say anything.

"Leader, it is an honor for our Red Fire Brigade to have you personally present the barefoot doctor certificates!"

Lin Jianzhong shouted loudly.

This is the first time that city leaders have come to issue certificates.

"Jianhan is really riding high this time!"

"That's right!"

……

There was a lot of discussion at the scene, and everyone looked at Lin Jianhan with envy in their eyes.

"Dean Wang, please bring these things over here!"

Director Qian greeted him.

Wang Zhengkun ran to the car, carrying a red certificate and a badge. Besides these, there was a white coat and a first-aid kit. He opened the kit in front of everyone; the contents were similar to those in Lin Jianye's previous first-aid kit.

The only missing item is the silver needle case.

The aluminum box is used to hold needles.

One stethoscope.

One blood pressure monitor.

thermometer.

One flashlight.

Tweezers and scissors.

syringe.

Ordinary medicines.

Analgin, mercurochrome, gentian violet, sulfanilamide powder, etc...

Looking at this medicine box.

Lin Jianhan instinctively wanted to take it.

In China.

Although barefoot doctors had limited skills, they persevered with the most basic level of healthcare in China, relying on scarce medical resources. Their treatments were often criticized, but they deserve respect.

Looking at these things.

Lin Fubao was filled with many thoughts.

In this era.

You can't say that Analgin has serious side effects, or that gentian violet and mercurochrome are not as good as iodine. Because if there were better medicines, these outdated medical supplies wouldn't be used.

What are you doing?

Seeing Lin Jianhan come to collect the items, Dean Wang called out.

Then pull the things apart.

"I……"

Lin Jianhan felt somewhat embarrassed.

"Dr. Lin, you're in too much of a hurry!"

Liu Chenghai said with a smile.

"That's right!"

Lin Jianzhong quickly added.

Anyway, everything belongs to Lin Jianhan. Since the results haven't been announced yet, the items definitely won't go to Lin Jianhan; that's the rule. As for who will become the barefoot doctor, everyone unanimously agrees it will be Lin Jianhan.

"I was too impatient!"

Lin Jianhan said with a smile.

Dean Wang glanced at Lin Jianhan but ignored him.

He was carrying something.

They arrived in front of Director Qian.

"Comrades, this badge represents honor, and it symbolizes fighting on the front lines for the health and lives of the people. I hope that the new barefoot doctors in Honghuo Brigade will uphold Comrade Lin Jianye's will and safeguard health!"

Director Qian said.

"Clap clap clap!"

The audience erupted in applause.

"Here, I personally announce the results of the Red Fire Brigade's barefoot doctor assessment!"

Dean Wang's voice rang out.

Following this statement...

Everyone looked at Dean Wang.

"This assessment was personally led by me, with Director Huang of the commune's health department and Director Qian, a city leader, supervising it. The assessment lasted one hour, and four comrades participated: Comrade Chen Sheng, Comrade Wang Lihua, Comrade Lin Jianhan, and Comrade Lin Fubao!"

"The regulations for selecting barefoot doctors state that a score of 80 or higher, and ranking first in the assessment, are required to be selected as a barefoot doctor!"

"Now, I will announce the results!"

Dean Wang's voice rang out.

The entire brigade headquarters.

It was very quiet!

There was excitement in the eyes of Lin Jianhan and the other two.

"Comrade Chen, seventy-seven points!"

Dean Wang shouted.

"Why!"

Hearing his score, Chen Sheng was somewhat dejected. Seventy-seven points, although more than ten points higher than last time, was still far from passing, and even further from first place.

His father was just an ordinary worker in the city.

It doesn't matter.

He can only rely on himself to get back to the city.

Chen Sheng had originally thought he could go back in two or three years, but after being sent to the countryside, he realized how difficult it was to return. Every spot to return to the city was extremely precious, and every educated youth was vying for it!

He can't go back now.

It will probably be difficult to return to the city in the future.

"Comrade Wang Lihua scores 76 points!"

Dean Wang's voice rang out.

Wang Lihua rubbed her eyes. Like Chen Sheng, she had been sent to the countryside during the Cultural Revolution. Now that she couldn't go back, she would most likely have to marry someone from that area. And then, she wouldn't be able to go back!

"Chen and Wang, both educated youth, have done quite well; they'll pass the assessment soon!"

"I heard that Chen, the educated youth, received training twice, and Wang, the educated youth, received training once!"

"Speaking of training, we have to go with Jianhan. Jianhan has trained four times. Even Chen Sheng and Wang Lihua are close to passing, so Jianhan will definitely pass!"

"That's right!"

……

The people at the scene were buzzing with discussion.

"Comrade Lin Jianhan, 88 points!"

As the Lin family waited anxiously, Dean Wang's voice came again.

"Dad, 88 points, you passed!"

Lin Fudong excitedly hugged Lin Jianhan.

It's over.

pass!

Eighty-eight points.

This is much higher than what Chen Sheng and Wang Lihua achieved.

"Okay, okay, okay!"

Lin De was beaming. Although he already knew his son would pass the exam, he was still very excited when the results were announced. His son had proven himself with his abilities.

"Eighty-eight points! That must be Lin Jianhan!"

"That's really impressive..."

"Jianhan, congratulations!"

……

The scene was filled with uproar.

"Thanks!"

Lin Jianhan was busy thanking everyone around him. He had trained four times for this day. His father had lost to Lin Jianye back then, and his father was unconvinced. He used his connections time and time again to get him trained at the health center.

Today, we've finally got our moment in the spotlight!

"Leadership, I will certainly follow the organization's instructions and fight on the front line for the health and lives of the people!"

Lin Jianzhong stepped forward and was about to take the medal from Director Qian's hand.

"Comrade Lin Jianhan, please wait a little longer!"

"Hasn't it been announced yet?"

Dean Wang stopped Lin Jianhan.

"what……"

Lin Jianhan was stunned for a moment again.

"Dean Wang, my dad already got 88 points, that's definitely first place. And the scores of Chen Sheng and Wang Lihua, those two educated youths, are also out. As for Lin Fubao, how could he possibly surpass my dad?"

"Whether we read his grades aloud or not, it's the same!"

Lin Fudong said with a smile.

"Hahaha……"

Everyone laughed.

How old is Lin Fubao?

Twelve years old!

What about Lin Jianye?

I'm forty years old.

How can you even compare them?

"Bao Ge's grades might be even better!"

Lin Fulai couldn't resist coming.

"You little brat, what do you know! If this kid's grades are better than my dad's, I...I...I..."
