A dozen minutes later, a black sedan pulled up on the side of the road, and three men got out of the car.

The injured thugs recovered and walked towards the three men, kneeling down in front of one of them. They immediately lowered their voices and said, "Young Master Su, you've finally come. You have to avenge me!"

"That's the guy who beat us up, don't let him get away with this!" The thug pointed at Qin Wuchen and cried out loudly.

"Hmph, who's so arrogant? Daring to hit my people?" Su Yize walked into the noodle shop with his head held high, but he was stunned the moment he saw Qin Wuchen.

"Mr. Qin, what are you doing here?" Su Yize asked in disbelief, his eyes wide.

Qin Wuchen clapped his hands, sat down at a wooden table, and calmly replied, "You're their leader?"

Qin Wuchen pointed to the few thugs around him. These thugs were all dumbfounded and didn't understand what was happening for a moment.

"Yes, Mr. Qin..." Su Yize nodded, a bad feeling welling up in his heart.

Judging from the importance his grandfather placed on Qin Wuchen, he understood that Qin Wuchen was someone he couldn't afford to offend.

"Your men were killing and assaulting people in this noodle shop, disturbing my meal. How are you going to settle this?" Qin Wuchen continued.

Upon hearing this, Su Yize immediately kicked away the thug in front of him, then instructed the two men in black beside him, "Beat them! Beat them until they realize their mistake!"

Two men in black stepped forward, one on each arm, and began punching and kicking the thug.

Before the thugs could even figure out what was happening, fists the size of sandbags landed on their faces, and they immediately started yelling.

Su Yize took out a handkerchief from his pocket, wiped the sweat from his forehead, walked up to Qin Wuchen, and bent down: "Mr. Qin, is there anything else I can do for you?"

Qin Wuchen nodded in satisfaction, then pointed to Luo Leyi behind him: "I heard that her boyfriend Chambers owes you a loan. This shouldn't have anything to do with her, right...?"

Su Yize's body trembled, he glanced at Luo Leyi with a silly grin, and then choked out, "It's okay, it's okay."

"It's all because my subordinates didn't do their job properly and hired the wrong person..."

After saying that, Su Yize suddenly turned around and shouted to the two men in black behind him, "Attack! Beat them to death!"

Upon hearing this, the man in black exerted even more force, his hands scraped and bleeding from the constant pounding. Several thugs were beaten black and blue, limp as eels.

"That's good," Qin Wuchen nodded, then said earnestly, "However, your men smashed so much stuff in the shop, that's a considerable maintenance fee. How do you plan to calculate that?"

Qin Wuchen pointed to the dilapidated furniture around him and glanced at it.

Su Yize immediately understood his meaning, stood up and walked to Luo Yaoguang and Luo Leyi. At this moment, Luo Leyi was hiding behind her mother, trembling with fear.

"You must be Mrs. Luo." Su Yize respectfully extended both hands, and Luo Yaoguang tentatively extended her hand to shake it in response.

"Today's whole thing was due to my subordinates' incompetence; they hired the wrong person," Su Yize continued. "Here's a check for fifty million, consider it compensation. Is that enough?"

Su Yize took out a check from his pocket, signed his name and the amount, and handed it to Luo Yaoguang.

Luo Yaoguang belatedly took the check and nodded, "That's enough, that's enough..."

Upon hearing this, Su Yize let out a deep breath, his whole body deflated like a punctured balloon, and he calmed down considerably. He wiped the sweat from his forehead and walked up to Qin Wuchen.

"Mr. Qin, is there anything else you're not satisfied with?"

Qin Wuchen patted him on the shoulder and smiled, "You did a great job, you can go now."

Hearing this, Su Yize felt relieved. He said goodbye, turned around and walked out. Several thugs were dragged up by his men and thrown into the car like chicks.

After watching the group leave, Qin Wuchen turned to look at Luo Yaoguang and Luo Leyi, who had calmed down considerably.

"Aunt Luo, they won't be coming again. Keep the check safe. It's late, I should go now," Qin Wuchen said.

"Oh, are you leaving already? Won't you stay a little longer?" Upon seeing this, Luo Yaoguang immediately wanted to step forward and persuade them to stay.

"No, there are people waiting for me outside." Qin Wuchen said, then turned and walked towards the door.

Before Luo Yaoguang could speak, Qin Wuchen walked out of the shop. Upon seeing this, Luo Yaoguang immediately said to her daughter beside her, "What are you waiting for? Hurry up and see Wuchen off!"

Upon hearing this, Luo Leyi, though somewhat reluctant, quickly left the noodle shop and caught up with Qin Wuchen on the street.

"Wuchen, wait a minute!" Luo Leyi hurriedly walked up to Qin Wuchen and said breathlessly.

Qin Wuchen was taken aback, then turned around: "What's wrong?"

"Um..." Luo Leyi fidgeted with her fingers, looking down awkwardly, "We don't have each other's contact information yet, right? How about we add each other?"

Touching his chin, Qin Wuchen thought for a while, and feeling that there was nothing wrong with it, he then exchanged contact information with Luo Leyi.

Seeing that her goal had been achieved, Luo Leyi couldn't help but smile: "Then we must keep in touch more often in the future!"

As she spoke, Luo Leyi quickly ran back to the noodle shop. Her mother was cleaning the room when she saw Luo Leyi return so quickly and frowned.

"Didn't they catch up?" Luo Yaoguang asked after a moment's thought.

"I caught up with him," Luo Leyi shook her head. "I exchanged contact information with him."

"That's good." Luo Yaoguang nodded with satisfaction. "Judging from Xiao Qin's demeanor just now, he must be doing quite well now. You should seize this opportunity!"

Upon hearing this, Luo Leyi immediately blushed and lowered her head: "Mom, what are you saying? He's already married!"

"So what if you're married?" Luo Yaoguang immediately added, "Xiao Qin has always liked you. In a man's heart, no one can replace his white moonlight!"

......

Outside the noodle shop, it was late at night, and the surrounding streets were brightly lit. Qin Wuchen unknowingly walked into an empty park. He sat on a bench, a smile on his lips.

"Aren't you tired of following me like this all the time?" Qin Wuchen crossed his legs and said to the sky above.

Just then, a few crisp footsteps came from Qin Wuchen's right, and a familiar figure walked over.

The figure, dressed in a black trench coat, looked dashing in the evening breeze.

"It really is you," the figure walked to Qin Wuchen's side and whispered, "Long time no see... Xuanjian..."

"You too," Qin Wuchen turned his head, "Ding Mao..."

The visitor was none other than Ding Mao, one of the Twelve Palaces whom Qin Wuchen had met at the Su Family Manor. Ding Mao sat down on one side of the bench and lit a cigarette.

"When did you come out? Why didn't you ever tell me?" Ding Mao exhaled a breath of white air and said earnestly.

He was one of the few people who knew Qin Wuchen's true identity. The two met three years ago, not long after Qin Wuchen had traveled to China.

"Just a few days ago," Qin Wuchen replied casually. "I didn't expect him to send you. You seem much calmer than I imagined."
