Arctic survival, starting in hell at minus fifty degrees Celsius

With Sun Chengwu's help, Zhou Xi and another flight attendant worked together to carry the injured flight attendant to the business class.

The moment the flight attendant appeared, Bai Zhan's men's eyes lit up.

As flight attendants on international flights, they must have excellent image and figure management. Even when wearing bulky coats, you can still see their curvaceous figures.

However, given Sun Chengwu's status, they only watched from a distance and did not provoke him.

Upon reaching the area near the hatch, Sun Chengwu said, "Let's put it here."

The business class seats are spacious and comfortable.

But no matter how comfortable it is, the extreme weather outside still makes you shiver with cold.

Sun Chengwu squatted down, lifted the coat covering the flight attendant, and revealed her calves.

On his calf, a towel was wrapped around his leg. The towel was stained blood red, and the blood on it had congealed and stuck to the wound.

Sun Chengwu reached out and gently pressed down; it was very soft and felt watery.

It's like a balloon.

Sun Chengwu's expression immediately turned serious. "It must be infected. We need to cut open the wound and squeeze out the pus."

If the wound is too large and a cavity forms underneath, the wound will need to be cleaned.

We need alcohol for disinfection, and we need clean gauze.

Sun Chengwu did not continue speaking.

He has a first-aid kit and all these things, but the quantity is extremely limited, and he doesn't want to take them out unless absolutely necessary.

At this point, Zhou Xi said, "The first aid kit on the plane contains these items, and medical kits are prepared in both the front and rear cabins. However, when the plane made an emergency landing, the tail section detached, and the rear cabin also detached."

Zhou Xi raised her head, stared at Sun Chengwu in front of her, gritted her teeth, and said, "Doctor, I am willing to pay any price as long as you can save her."

We don't have any food, but we know a lot of information about the plane, and I can tell you all of it.

If you want anything else, I can agree to it!

Her hand was gripping the button on her chest, the meaning couldn't be clearer.

Sun Chengwu said in a low voice, "I have a first-aid kit. I can use some of it to save her, but I won't give her all of it. I can't be sure what will happen next."

If her condition doesn't improve after the wound cleaning, you should be prepared.

Sun Chengwu is not a pushover, but he wouldn't stand by and watch someone die.

Zhou Xi breathed a sigh of relief. "Thank you."

Sun Chengwu said, "No need to thank me. I didn't help for nothing. We can talk about payment later."

Upon hearing this, Zhou Xi tensed up again, gripping her clothes tightly and pursing her lips, but she didn't say anything more.

She has met all sorts of people on airplanes, and her strong mental fortitude prevents her from easily showing her emotions.

Sun Chengwu returned to the cabin, took out the first aid kit, and retrieved a bottle of alcohol swabs, clean gauze, and iodine.

Back in business class, he lifted the injured flight attendant's leg and gently wiped the edge of the towel with an alcohol swab to soften it.

After a while, once the surrounding scabs had completely softened, he looked up at Zhou Xi and the other person and said, "You two hold her down, it will hurt a lot in a bit."

Zhou Xi and another flight attendant held down the injured flight attendant's arm.

Sun Chengwu grabbed one side of the towel and slowly tore it off the wound.

The scabs were stuck to the festering skin underneath, and when they were torn off, you could even hear the sound of the skin tearing.

Zhou Xi turned her head to the side, unable to bear looking at her.

Suddenly, the injured flight attendant tensed up. She raised her leg, lifted her upper body, widened her eyes, and cried out, "Ah! It hurts so much!"

Zhou Xi pressed down on her, comforting her, "Don't be nervous, the doctor is cleaning your wound, just bear with it."

The injured flight attendant's tears flowed continuously. She bit her fingers in pain and let out suppressed sobs.

Sun Chengwu finally tore the entire towel off, revealing a wound nearly a foot long underneath.

The wound appears to have been caused by a blunt object, resulting in a tear that exposes the underlying muscle tissue.

Sun Chengwu carefully pried open the wound and found that it was at least two fingers deep, damaging not only the surface skin tissue but also the underlying muscle tissue.

With an injury like this, a cavity must have formed below.

He squeezed it gently, and a pale yellow pus flowed out.

There may be not only a cavity below, but also debris remaining.

Sun Chengwu looked up. "Find something for her to bite on."

Upon hearing this, the injured flight attendant trembled and said in a tearful voice, "Doctor, please be gentle."

Sun Chengwu said, "It will hurt a lot, so be prepared. If you can't hold on any longer, slap your thigh, but try to persevere as much as possible."

If the pus and debris inside are not cleaned out, it will become inflamed again. If necrosis occurs, such an environment may induce systemic infection.

Upon hearing these words, the injured flight attendant's eyes reddened, and she burst into tears, her body trembling uncontrollably.

Sun Chengwu nodded to Zhou Xi, "Hold her down."

Then, he pinched both sides of the wound and squeezed them together forcefully.

"what!"

The injured flight attendant let out a scream.

Sun Chengwu squeezed for almost ten minutes to make sure the pus inside the wound had been completely removed and that red blood was flowing out.

He carefully took out two alcohol swabs and gently wiped away the rotten tissue around the wound.

Then, take out a clean cotton ball, wipe your hand clean, and open the wound.

He saw a piece of plastic inside that had broken into a triangle shape.

This is probably the culprit that caused her wound to become infected.

Sun Chengwu tried to grab the plastic and pull it outwards.

"Ah! Waaaaah..."

The injured flight attendant slapped her thigh hard, her head shaking from side to side, almost fainting from the pain.

Sun Chengwu had no choice but to stop.

The injured flight attendant's chest heaved violently as she gasped for breath, her body drenched in sweat.

Another flight attendant helped wipe the sweat off her body and pleaded with Sun Chengwu, "Is there a better way, one that doesn't hurt so much, so that she suffers less pain?"

Sun Chengwu said, "Let's take a break."

After a while, the injured flight attendant recovered. Sun Chengwu said, "Hold her down, bear with it, she'll be fine soon."

Before he could finish speaking, Sun Chengwu quickly grabbed the plastic and suddenly pulled hard.

Before the injured flight attendant could react, the triangular plastic was removed.

"what!"

The injured flight attendant let out a sharp, piercing scream.

Along with the triangular plastic fragments, muscle fibers were also torn out, and a spurt of blood sprayed onto Sun Chengwu's face, leaving a hole in the wound from which blood continued to flow.

Sun Chengwu immediately took out a cotton ball, pressed it on the wound to absorb the blood, and then pressed to stop the bleeding.

After the bleeding slowed down, Sun Chengwu poured iodine on the wound, then wrapped it with gauze and tightened it.

After doing all this, Sun Chengwu wiped the blood from his face and said, "All done."
