I met my whole family through Baidu Tieba.

Is selling doujinshi (the book title) against the rules in Chapter 116? (Please subscribe and vote with monthly tickets)

The savior, Li Luo, was a girl who was about 1.6 meters tall. She had a delicate appearance, carried a backpack, and wore normal casual clothes—Shen Kang had originally thought that the savior, Li Luo, would be wearing a JK uniform.

"Li Luo?" Shen Kang stood behind the counter and greeted her first.

The girl saw him standing behind the counter and asked with some confusion, "Mr. Wang, the building materials wholesaler?"

"It's me, come in."

Shen Kang didn't take her into the work area inside. Instead, he pulled up two chairs next to the cashier and sat down facing her.

Although the girl was a little suspicious of Mr. Wang's identity, she didn't ask. She simply opened her backpack and took out a dark magic wand, just like the one in her photo.

Shen Kang was about to take a look when the girl pulled her hand back and held the black magic wand to her chest. "I've thought about it again, and I probably can't sell this to you."

Shen Kang was taken aback. "You wouldn't sell even for money?"

Seeing his expression, the girl knew he didn't understand, which further solidified her decision not to sell to him.

"It seems you really don't understand. This isn't about money. Trading these things is more about exchanging ideas with like-minded people; money is secondary."

Shen Kang understood immediately upon hearing her words: she felt she wasn't the right person, so she didn't want to sell anymore. He wondered if this was actually a common saying in their circle.

"I'm so sorry, I think I should go."

""

The girl stood up, intending to leave.

Shen Kang stopped her, saying, "Don't rush off. Why don't you come with me first? There's something I need to see."

The girl was a little confused, but she followed anyway.

Shen Kang led her to the computer in the clothing pick-up area, minimized the surveillance footage, opened a webpage, logged into Baidu Tieba, and logged into his account.

Since his rebirth, he hasn't used Baidu Tieba again, so he hasn't changed his ID. And because it's on his own personal homepage, that ID is displayed in its entirety:

Xuan Shuang Ye Ming, Xue Sha Ao, Xie Ren, Gu Cheng, Hell King, Shang Xin Jian Yu, Mo Liu Li, Zhan Kuang, and Meng Lei—the girls were filled with awe!

Shen Kang couldn't bear to look at it, so he immediately closed the page and remained silent, thinking to himself, "He Qiuzhu, He Qiuzhu, I've done more than enough to buy you a stick."

"I didn't expect this—" The girl stopped mid-sentence, then changed the subject: "Since that's the case, then I understand why you wanted to buy this black magic wand. I can sell it to you too."

The way she looked at Shen Kang was noticeably warmer.

"Let's talk about the price then." Shen Kang felt a little tired.

The girl said, "This is an official authentic product. I bought it for 36 yuan. It's in very good condition, almost new. How about you give me 26 yuan?"

"The original price is only 36?" Shen Kang was a little surprised. He thought this thing would cost around 100 yuan, after all, it had the words "official genuine product" on it.

"Balala the Fairies just started this year, it's still a new series, and this is what the merchandise looks like in its first year. But I'm quite optimistic about it; if they release anniversary collectibles later, the prices will definitely go up. Besides, it's a Chinese animation; if it were from an island, even a new series would have higher-priced merchandise."

The girl became quite talkative when she started discussing these topics, and it was clear that she was a knowledgeable woman.

After listening to her for a while, Shen Kang agreed to the price, took out the money and gave it to the girl, who then gave him the black magic wand.

Upon seeing Shen Kang holding the black magic wand, the cashiers and sorting workers in the store all turned their heads away, trying their best to suppress the corners of their mouths.

The Shen Kang they usually saw was either lazy or serious during training, so this was a very rare sight for him.

After the transaction was completed, the girl didn't leave immediately. "Let's get to know each other. My name is Ye Jintong, and I'm a junior majoring in marketing."

"Shen Kang, a freshman majoring in e-commerce, is also the store manager."

Ye Jintong's eyes lit up with interest. "So you're the manager of this store. No wonder you're here to meet me. You're only a freshman? I never expected that."

Shen Kang held the black magic wand, feeling awkward no matter how he gripped it, and quickly got to the other main topic of the day: "Senior Ye, actually, besides buying this magic wand, there's something else I wanted to talk to you about. I've noticed you post quite a few secondhand trading threads on the forum. I was wondering if you'd be interested in doing part-time work on a secondhand website?"

"A secondhand website?"

Ye Jintong was taken aback, then seemed to realize something and asked in surprise, "You mean that Xianyu.com that started posting GG on the Yangbei Forum today? You're not saying you run that one too, are you?"

"You guessed right." Shen Kang smiled. "So, would you be willing to work part-time at Xianyu.com?"

The news was a bit sudden. Ye Jintong thought for a moment before speaking, "You contacted me because I post a lot about secondhand transactions on the forum?"

Shen Kang nodded, "I think someone who enjoys secondhand trading is more suited to a secondhand website than someone who has no interest in it."

Ye Jintong was actually a little tempted.

She does enjoy buying and selling secondhand items, and it seems quite interesting that she could work part-time on a secondhand website. Plus, she might be able to use the website for personal gain, making it easier to complete some of her secondhand transactions.

After thinking about it for a moment, Ye Jintong asked, "Then what will I do on Xianyu.com?"

Shen Kang already had an idea: "Currently, besides myself and one technician, there's no one else at Xianyu.com. We don't even have an audit team, and we urgently need one. Once we have more staff, I think you might be more suitable for operations. Of course, it also depends on your own wishes. We'll see then. You can try out a few different positions to see which one you prefer, and I'll also see which one suits you best. In the early stages, we'll focus on auditing."

"Approval?"

Ye Jintong's eyes darted around, and she asked, "Do you mean reviewing the product information posted by users to see if there are any violations?"

"Yes."

Is selling notebooks on secondhand websites against the rules?

'

Shen Kang knew that the so-called "doujinshi" broadly refers to fan-made comics featuring anime and game characters, while in a narrower sense it specifically refers to "erotic doujinshi" containing erotic elements.

Judging from what Yip Kam-tung said, he was clearly referring to the narrow sense.

"Any book that is not authorized or infringes on the copyright of others is considered a violation and must be deleted. In addition, books containing inappropriate content are also considered violations and must be deleted," Shen Kang replied.

Ye Jintong was somewhat disappointed, and almost said, "This website is boring; they won't even let me sell my books, I'm not going." But then she changed her mind, and the words on the tip of her tongue changed again, "Okay, I'll do this part-time job!"

"Aren't you going to ask about the salary and benefits first?" Shen Kang asked, puzzled.

Ye Jintong smiled generously, "It's vulgar to talk about money when it comes to things you love."

Shen Kang looked at Ye Jintong and, for some reason, felt that he needed to hire another person for the audit.
