Are you kidding me? You think you can just leave after flirting with me for a bit?

Li Zhen immediately switched to her divine body and grabbed Constantine.

What makes this thing so useful is that when I was in outer space, Hermes specifically told me about it when I sent him a "delivery".

This custom-made divine body possesses additional resistance to various third-rate curses.

It was probably the universal substance that Constantine had contaminated last time, which really disgusted Hermes.

Even the power of a custom-made divine body was enough to render Constantine immobile.

"There's a second option, buddy. I'll send you to hell again right now, and then I'll go find a newly fallen one for help. I think that old man might be willing to lend a hand, even though he seems a bit senile."

Constantine's face turned purple from being strangled, and while slapping the arm of the divine creation, he still couldn't help but complain about Li Zhen.

"You think you can just go to hell whenever you want...?"

It wasn't that he was choked unconscious, but rather that Constantine remembered that Li Zhen had also made a deal with Nero, solely based on that silver coin that could replace the demon ruler.

For Li Zhen, who did indeed know some magic, Hell was a place she could traverse without hindrance.

Finally, Constantine was forced to agree to Li Zhen's demands. "The Mysterious House can't be permanently transferred to you; otherwise, this world wouldn't be much safer for me than it was after Nero's arrival!"

"Of course, I wouldn't need your room much."

Li Zhen, still holding Constantine close, took out her long-unused personal communicator, intending to contact Diana.

Diana replied that she was too busy to go and told Li Zhen to go by herself.

"Now that you have a complete divine body and divine status, you can go to the Olympian realm of gods at any time, which is more convenient for you than for me."

"It seems they are indeed very busy."

Li Zhen stared speechlessly at the communicator that had been disconnected.

Constantine, finally emerging from his relaxed armpit, spat angrily onto the ground.

He didn't dare to fight Li Zhen, so he could only vent his anger in this way.

Li Zhen put away the communicator and looked at her palm with some confusion.

"How am I supposed to know how to get there? By the way, could we ask Hermes to come and meet us? Isn't he a messenger of the gods?"

No sooner had the words left his mouth than a bolt of lightning struck from the sky. Immediately afterward, Li Zhen and Constantine vanished from their spot.

This instantaneous dimensional jump was alright for Li Zhen.

Constantine landed on his butt when he arrived in the realm of gods.

Hermes' black gem eyes exploded the moment he saw Constantine.

Literally, it means to explode.

Fortunately, it doesn't seem to be a serious injury; perhaps this guy just has some magical fastidiousness.

Hermes, who recovered quickly, was about to kill Constantine, who was sitting on the ground rubbing his buttocks.

"You filthy thing! How dare you come and pollute the realm of the gods!"

Li Zhen quickly raised her hand to block Hermes's scepter, and explained the whole story in the fastest possible language.

Hermes managed to calm down this time.

However, he did not hold a very positive attitude towards Li Zhen's idea.

"I am merely offering you a word of advice from the perspective of a future fellow god," Hermes said, pointing his scepter at Constantine.

"This person is no ordinary dark wizard. There are tens of thousands of extremely complex magical traces on his body, and after tracing their origins, they come from at least twelve different sources of magic."

"You risk being retaliated against by making any agreement with such filth."

Constantine, who had struggled to his feet, was naturally displeased upon hearing this and immediately retorted.

"Is that so? What a coincidence, I also have some knowledge of the magical source of your pantheon. Don't think I don't know why you covet his (referring to Li Zhen) body."

Hermes' expression immediately changed.

Li Zhen pretended to stand between Hermes and Constantine, feigning a bewildered expression.

"The source of Olympus's magic?"

Li Zhen indeed had no knowledge in this area, even after reviewing her memories in the illusion.

If you haven't seen it, you haven't seen it, there's nothing you can do about it.

However, this did not prevent Li Zhen from harboring a somewhat distrustful attitude towards Hermes.

From the moment he began to have doubts, Li Zhen naturally investigated the existence of Hermes, one of the twelve Olympian gods in the Greek pantheon. To simply regard this guy as a god of extreme speed would be incredibly foolish.

Its divine authority is not merely the seemingly ordinary powers of running fast (travel) and delivering divine pronouncements (communication).

It also includes commerce and trade, theft and trickery, rhetoric and debate, connection and circulation...

The first few elements alone, when combined, are enough to create a sinister and cunning lie of divine authority!

To put it nicely, Hermes in mythology could temper Zeus's willfulness and stubbornness.

To put it another way, it's Zeus's glove.

Li Zhen always felt that Zeus's attitude was ambiguous and vague, and it didn't seem like he wanted to forcefully and unreasonably possess his own unique Vitrum body.

However, as the king of the gods, Zeus was bound to have a requirement for a "great, glorious, and righteous" image.

Whether Zeus's true attitude was sinister or upright did not actually affect Hermes's ability to privately help Zeus solve his troubles.

This is also why Li Zhen couldn't understand why Hermes wanted to implement surveillance measures on the Universal Entity.

He once thought Hermes was an absolute enemy.

But then, by chance, she received Hermes' help, which nearly drove the not-so-bright Li Zhen to despair. Now, she's starting to figure things out.

When he held an absolute opposition to Zeus's recruitment, Hermes' attitude towards him was that it was a necessary evil for the development of the divine realm.

It's possible that the Amozzo virus incident in Gotham wasn't solely the work of Wyman Vanderbab.

When he feigned indifference, Hermes placed him under surveillance.

When he appears to be desperate and has no choice but to agree, Hermes will regard the two as being on the same side and will spare no effort to help them.

But it's different now.

He did not believe in Hermes, nor in Constantine.

Li Zhen does possess this small amount of wisdom.

The enemy of my enemy, under certain conditions, can temporarily become my friend.

He didn't know what traps lay behind the Greek gods, but that didn't matter; Constantine would surely use that to his advantage once again.

That provides a channel.

With Li Zhen about to become the only new god in the old god system, Hermes will undoubtedly spare no effort to help him resolve his final troubles before taking office. The pressure of navigating between the two sides may be immense, but it can't outweigh the ever-growing mess on Earth after Batman's disappearance.

Constantine had a new idea, and Hermes was also on high alert, helping Li Zhen oversee the transaction.

Constantine indicated that he could sign a contract, and Hermes immediately used magic to upgrade it to a blood pact.

Constantine's face stiffened for a few seconds, then he rolled his eyes and nodded in agreement. Hermes immediately pointed out that he could not guarantee with absolute certainty that the blood flowing from Constantine's veins was his own.

Li Zhen pulled out the severed leg that he had personally cut off from Constantine from the Shadow Dimension.

Constantine broke down.

He began to loudly curse Li Zhen as a pervert for keeping a severed leg for so long.

Hermes swiftly caught the severed leg and pressed it into the blood pact.

Li Zhen deliberately dripped a drop of divine blood from the divinely created body onto the contract. Hermes stared intently at the contract, offering no comment.

Li Zhen sensed the mysterious house and then threw the old lock core to Constantine.

For the first time, Constantine didn't immediately leave after getting what he wanted; instead, he hesitated for a long time with an uncertain expression.

Finally, he subtly hinted to Li Zhen that once she gained divine authority, she should immediately seek him out. "We need to discuss your new 'identity'!"

Hermes almost couldn't contain another murderous intent directed at Constantine.
