A jet of blue-purple magical flame shot out from the exhaust nozzles at the rear of the Batmobile, and the steel beast roared as it broke through the barbed wire surrounding the chemical plant and crashed into the war zone.

In the center of the battlefield, a squad of heavily armored soldiers dressed in Bane uniforms are besieging a control tower.

Their heavy machine guns spat fire, pinning down the rebels atop the tower.

The Batmobile crashed directly into an armored vehicle that was firing at it.

The shrill sound of metal instantly drowned out the gunshot.

The Bain soldiers, who were engaged in fierce fighting, froze. They stared blankly at the black chariot that had descended from the sky, at the bat emblem that flickered in the firelight.

"Bat...Batman?!"

Fear is ingrained in our bones.

Xiu En jumped out the moment the car door opened.

At the top of the control tower, a figure wearing a red helmet was holding a sniper rifle, his finger, which was about to pull the trigger, froze in mid-air.

The red helmet hesitated, the dark muzzle of the sniper rifle swaying between Batman and the air.

"That guy with the red bucket looks like he has poor eyesight, I'll add some light for him."

Xiu En grinned, raised his right hand, and the light in his palm instantly condensed to its maximum.

Pamela Ivy's sunflower leaves folded up, obscuring her flower head.

The next second, a small sun exploded on top of the control tower.

"Aaaaaah! My eyes!"

A piercing scream came from the top of the tower.

The man in the red hood staggered backward, covering his face, and slammed his sniper rifle against the railing with a thud. The misfired bullet grazed the armor of the Batmobile and flew into the night sky.

Bruce pulled the trigger of the grappling hook gun almost at the same instant the light came on.
