After the team set off again, the surrounding environment became increasingly hostile.

The light was blocked by the giant fungi and twisted vines stacked on top of each other overhead, leaving only mottled shadows.

The air was hot and humid, thick and pungent, and the stench of decay was nauseating; every breath felt like swallowing the filth of a swamp.

Ryan walked at the front, his whole being blending into the forest like a black panther.

He no longer walked in a straight line; sometimes he bent down, sometimes he raised his hand to signal the group to stop, listened for a moment, and then pointed in a new direction.

His judgment was frighteningly toxic.

Several times, just as the group changed course, they heard goblins shouting and cursing and making footsteps from the nearby dense forest.

They scurried about in groups of three or five, like headless flies, completely unaware of the silent group of fifty.

The way the soldiers looked at Raine changed. This kind of jungle instinct, ingrained in their bones, is something that no amount of high-tech equipment can buy.

But no matter how much you go around in circles, there will always be times when you can't get around it.

Raine stopped in front of a low hill, crouched behind a clump of huge ferns, and gestured to Lin Mo behind him to stop.

Long Fei immediately ordered through his headset: "All personnel halt and remain in place."

The formation froze instantly. The soldiers quickly sought cover, their guns pointed in all directions, and they landed without making a sound.

Lin Mo crouched down and darted over to Raine's side, following his gaze.

Ahead was a gentle slope, the only entrance to this hilly area.

At the entrance, in an open area, a large group of goblins had gathered.

There were more of them than any patrol team they had encountered before; a quick glance revealed at least a hundred of them with their green heads bobbing around.

They looked relaxed, sitting in twos and threes around a few bonfires.

The unidentified creature, charred black, sat on the fire, dripping oil and sizzling, emitting a strange smell that was a mixture of meaty aroma and fishy odor.

It looks like these goblins are preparing lunch.

Renn's face darkened. He shrank back and quickly said to Lin Mo in a low voice:

"This is troublesome. This is the entrance to Shattered Bones Hill, and there's only one road. There are definitely patrol teams behind us, so we can't go around again."

He paused, his eyes flashing.

"We have to rush over. We need to be quick, the noise of the fight will quickly attract all the goblins around us. We can't give them time to react."

Lin Mo's heart skipped a beat, and he immediately translated Renn's judgment and suggestions clearly to Long Fei through the headset.

"Team Leader Dragon, Ryan said this is the only entrance, there's no way around it. He suggested we charge in immediately and finish this quickly to avoid attracting more enemies."

There was a moment of silence in the channel.

Long Fei's calm voice rang out: "Received."

Without a second thought, he began issuing commands in a cold and harsh voice, which reached every team member's ears through the tactical channel.

"Attention all units, prepare to execute Plan A-3 raid."

"All riflemen, attach silencers."

"Han Feng, two stun grenades."

"Lin Mo, keep an eye on Rein and be careful to avoid the impact of the stun grenade."

As the order was given, a faint yet dense metallic scraping sound echoed through the dark forest.

"Click".

"Click".

The members of the three special operations teams moved in perfect unison, pulling out black cylinders from their tactical vests and skillfully screwing them onto the muzzles of their respective Type 191 automatic rifles.

The whole process was swift and efficient, without a single unnecessary movement.

Ryan stared in disbelief at their actions. He didn't understand what it was, but he could sense that the equipment in their hands was changing.

"Snow Wolf is ready!" Han Feng's voice was deep and powerful.

"Tiger is ready!"

"The Eagle is ready!"

Three whispers sounded in succession through the earpiece.

Long Fei's voice rang out again, resolute and firm:

"The plan is as follows: Snow Wolf will lead the attack, while Tiger will flank from the side to clear the entrance first. Eagle Team will establish a defensive line in place to protect the rear and provide support at any time. After clearing the entrance, Snow Wolf and Tiger will charge directly into Shattered Bone Hill to get down to business."

"receive!"

"receive!"

"receive!"

Three more resounding responses followed.

Long Fei took a deep breath and uttered two words.

"action!"

The moment the order was given, Lin Mo turned around without saying a word, grabbed the back of Rein's head, and forcefully pressed his head down, making him fall face down on the ground.

"Huh?" Renn was stunned by the pressure and let out a muffled groan, instinctively trying to struggle.

Lin Mo quickly pointed to his own ear with his other hand, then to Ryan's ear, and then covered it with both hands.

Although Ryan was full of questions, he chose to believe Lin Mo because of the frighteningly serious expression on his face. He followed Lin Mo's example and covered his ears tightly with his hands.

Just then, a figure stood up from behind the ferns next to them.

He is Han Feng, the captain of the Snow Wolf Special Forces.

He held two stun grenades the size of rugby balls in his hand, his face showing no sign of tension, but rather a roguish smile.

He swaggered out of the woods where he was hiding and headed toward the group of goblins who were preparing to eat.

As soon as he appeared, he was immediately targeted by the nearest group of goblins.

The goblins stopped what they were doing and looked at the lone human with a puzzled expression, their green eyes revealing their stupidity and confusion.

Han Feng walked up to them, no more than five meters away.

He raised his hand, his thumb and forefinger gripping the safety pin of the stun grenade, a movement as casual as if he were strolling in his own backyard.

A goblin is holding a half-cooked piece of roasted meat, its mouth wide open, ready to stuff it in.

Han Feng suddenly swung his hand downwards.

"Snapped!"

With a sharp crack, the goblin slapped the roasted meat out of his hand, sending it flying in a greasy arc through the air before landing in the mud beside him.

The goblin froze, holding its empty hand, staring blankly at Han Feng.

"Still want to eat?"

Han Feng grinned, revealing a set of white teeth. His voice wasn't loud, but it was full of mockery.

"We've come to collect you!"

That shout was like stirring up a hornet's nest.

"Mmm~ Ah!~~" (Goblin language)

"Beat him up~" (goblin language)

......

Just as all the goblins' attention was drawn to him.

Han Feng made a move.

He pulled the safety pins off the two stun grenades in his hand, his arm muscles tensed up suddenly, he exerted force from his waist and abdomen, and his body twisted violently.

Without even looking, he threw the two stun grenades in his hand high into the air towards the two areas where the goblins were most concentrated!

After doing all this, he didn't stop for a moment, turned around and ran wildly in the direction he came from!

The two black stun grenades traced beautiful parabolas in the air, landing precisely on the heads of the goblin horde.

"Bang!"

"Bang!"

Two muffled explosions followed one after the other, and the stun grenades detonated in mid-air!
