Li Qi slept very well that night.

In the morning, it was Sophie who woke me up, in a wonderful way that I had fantasized about countless times but had never experienced.

Coming downstairs, Nalin smiled sweetly, a playful glint in her eyes, and winked, asking, "My dear master, did you sleep well last night?"

Li Qi hugged her and kissed her: "You slept very well, my baby! What's for breakfast?"

"I made your favorite steak and pasta..." Nalin was delighted to be so pampered by her master, her eyes filled with affection and tenderness.

The twin sisters were eating at the table when they saw Li Qi arrive and immediately stood up to greet him.

Cindy was busy, not daring to let go of the frying pan in her hands. She turned her head and gave Li Qi a sweet smile, full of charm and incomparably beautiful.

Sophie, who had finished her morning exercise, was still catching up on sleep. Otherwise, she could have come down and had a good chat with Cindy about how to please her owner.

Li Qi went over, hugged Cindy, kissed her cheek, and asked, "What are you doing, baby?"

Although she knew her master was asking a question she already knew the answer to, Cindy still obediently replied, "I'm grilling steak, my master."

Li Qi turned her pretty face towards him and gave her a passionate kiss. He had just kissed Sophie, and kissing Cindy now felt especially wonderful.

Instead of sitting down to eat immediately, Li Qi picked up the breakfast that Nalin had prepared for Sophia and went to the beautiful woman's room.

A few days later, Sofia was noticeably better and was able to get up and use the toilet independently.

Upon seeing Li Qi, Sophia struggled to sit up, trying to stand, but it was difficult.

"Sit down, I'll put the tray here." Li Qi placed the tray on the bedside table, then hugged the beautiful woman, stroking her brand-new white slip dress. The fabric felt delicate and silky, a truly wonderful sensation.

"Master, you are so kind..." Sophia's eyes reddened, and her voice choked with emotion.

Are you that easily moved?

Li Qi was completely confused; it was just a breakfast delivery.

"You came back so late last night, and you still remembered to come see me. I woke up at the time, but it was too late, so I didn't dare to keep you..." Sophia said truthfully, her face inevitably showing some embarrassment.

Li Qi was taken aback, then understood: "If you recover, will you try to keep me here?"

He was being mischievous, but Sophia seemed to relish it, offering her pride to her master's admiration. She nodded gently and said, "Actually, you don't have to wait for me to recover. If you wish, I can come anytime, anywhere..."

Li Qi was moved, but dared not go too far. The mission required more than just being together; he had to restrain himself until then.

There are at least two more days, no rush.

With Sofia's current recovery speed, victory is in sight.

After spending a tender breakfast with the beautiful woman, Li Qi went to the restaurant to have breakfast with the five women.

Sophie had come down at some point and was now sitting with Cindy, her face flushed, her pretty face radiating a sexy and alluring glow.

Not only was Li Qi stunned, but the twin sisters were also dumbfounded.

"Sophie, you look so beautiful this morning!" Tina said bluntly.

Anna nodded repeatedly, though with a touch of reserve.

Nalin glanced at Sophie and smiled at the two sisters, saying, "Those who have received the master's favor will experience this; you will too, don't worry!"

The two sisters smiled at each other, their pretty faces slightly flushed.

Li Qi stretched out his leg and rubbed it against Cindy's thigh, giving her an approving look at the succulent steak she had prepared for him.

Cindy smiled slightly, leaned in and whispered a few words in his ear, which almost made Li Qi lose control. If he didn't have things to do, he would probably be going upstairs right now.

After finally finishing breakfast, Li Qi went to the garage, opened the backpack he had looted from Nick's house, took out the money inside, put it in an inconspicuous cardboard box in the garage, and then began to study the documents.

Many of the documents were Nick's work documents, and the fact that this old guy had kept them so carefully in his home meant they were all extraordinary.

Even with his accounting skills, Li Qi, being completely unfamiliar with the field, still didn't understand the importance of these documents and simply set them aside, ignoring them.

After sifting through the items, Li Qi didn't find anything of great value. Instead of throwing them away, he put them all in a bag, intending to give them to Lola to see if he could exchange them for something.

There was no computer in the house, so Li Qi couldn't access the three hard drives and had to keep them for now, figuring he could deal with them later.

Right now, the most urgent thing is to get a computer that can read hard drives and see what's on them to find out what's going on.

……

……

In downtown Los Angeles, on the rooftop of a six-story residential building facing the street, several black men dressed in gold and silver sat around a long table, playing Texas Hold'em.

The man at the head of the table was around forty years old, tall and strong. His skin was noticeably less dark than that of his companions. Sitting there, he resembled an iron tower or a mountain of flesh.

The specially made stainless steel square tube chair beneath him was covered with thick animal hides, which effectively enhanced his comfort.

The man, dressed in an oversized short-sleeved T-shirt, with sparse stubble on his face, held a lit cigar in his hand and frowned slightly as he looked at the two cards in his hand.

In the distance, Nancy stood by the grill, watching the sizzling tomahawk steak. Her gaze subtly swept over the group in the distance, and she asked Roger, who was wearing a floral shirt and blue shorts, "Still no news about your Impala?"

Roger rolled his eyes. "Where would it be so easy to find? Los Angeles is so big, they can't even find a lost Boeing 747, let alone a Chevrolet Impala?"

Nancy smiled mischievously: "With your prestige in the Crippled Gang and your connections in the Blood Gang, you can't even find a car?"

Roger was speechless: "The message has already been sent out, we've received dozens of leads, and we've practically searched every impala in Los Angeles, but we still haven't found it. What can I do?"

Nancy then became serious: "That shouldn't be the case, right? Since this person stole your car, why aren't they in a hurry to sell it? Or did they dismantle it and sell the parts?"

Roger shook his head, flipped the steak over, sprinkled more seasoning, and said helplessly, "It's all been found out. That eight-inch Colt Python did indeed belong to a low-level member of the '90s Street Crippled Gang.' He and his partner were killed outside the bar where his girlfriend worked. It seems that this car thief stole the gun and then came to me..."

Nancy's eyes widened: "You mean, he killed gang members specifically to steal your car?"

Roger continued to shake his head: "It's not that simple. If it were just a simple robbery, he didn't find tens of thousands of dollars in my house, but he did take my identification. From this, I deduce that this guy was impersonating me, going somewhere to do something, otherwise there's no reason for him to go through all this trouble..."

Nancy nodded. She had always admired her older brother. In terms of intelligence alone, she and her half-brother Miles Lowell combined couldn't compare to Roger, who was highly respected in both the underworld and legitimate society.

"My dear brother, how's the steak coming along? We're all starving!" The towering man at the head of the table stood up, walked to the grill, and, as if cradling a chick, put his arm around Nancy's shoulder, asking, "Focus, Dr. Stern, don't operate on my steak anymore!"

Nancy rolled her eyes and shoved her brother Miles Lowell: "You're done talking? Ready for a ceasefire?"

Miles shook his head: "We can't reach an agreement. Everyone has their own interests to consider..."

"Roger believes that the murderer who killed Boss Kang's henchman Decardo is the same person who stole his car. You see..." Nancy directly betrayed her brother Roger.

"Hey, Nancy!" Roger looked at his sister speechlessly, then turned to look at Miles.

Miles became interested, stroked his thick chin, and smiled knowingly.
