Dragon Raja: Entry by Lu Mingfei

"Dude, you have a keen eye!"

The senior student named Fingel in front of him was clearly quite proficient in Chinese, using idioms with ease and showering Lu Mingfei with praise.

"Want some Subway?"

Lu Mingfei asked.

"Eat, eat, eat! Anything is fine! Dude, you're such a great guy!"

Soon, inside the Subway restaurant, Lu Mingfei ordered a full five set meals for Fingel!

"Brother, I feel like we've known each other forever when I see you!"

Fingel's mouth was stuffed full, and he spoke incoherently.

He looked so moved he was about to cry.

As he spoke, he took a big gulp of cola.

"Cool!"

"Hey bro, what are you doing here? Waiting for the train?"

Lu Mingfei asked, wanting to get some information about the CC1000 express train from this "senior".

"Yeah, I've been waiting for almost two days now. There's nothing I can do; the train I'm waiting for is always delayed."

Fingel sighed and pulled a strange ticket from his pocket to prove that he was indeed there to take the train.

Instead of being a beggar who cheats people out of food and drink.

"You're also a student at Kassel College!?"

Seeing the magnetic card ticket that Fingel pulled out, Lu Mingfei pretended to be surprised.

Then he pulled an identical ticket out of his pocket.

The jet-black ticket features silver patterns of the World Tree, creating a mysterious and intricate aesthetic.

"Dude, you too!?"

Fingel's tone was excited, and he patted Lu Mingfei on the shoulder with great enthusiasm.

"Lu Mingfei, a first-year student."

Lu Mingfei introduced himself.

"Finger von Frings. Ahem, an eighth-grader."

"Senior, you said you've been waiting for the train all day? Does this train run so infrequently?"

Lu Mingfei asked.

I couldn't help but start complaining in my mind.

This lousy school seems like a rip-off.

"That's how people from lower social classes are; I'm used to it."

Fingel sighed, a look of accustomed acceptance on his face.

"Students of higher social class arrive at the station, and the train comes quickly. People of lower social class like me can only wait for the train."

Upon hearing this, Lu Mingfei was taken aback.

He originally thought that "S" grade should be considered top-tier at Kassel College, but now it seems that this is not the case.

If "A" grade bloodline is considered low-class at Kassel College, then his "S" grade seems to be only slightly higher.

Like many gacha games, there are probably "SS" and "SSS" ranks above the "S" rank.

So, Ye Sheng and Jiu Deya are at the "bottom of the barrel" in the academy?!

Meanwhile, Fingel across from him had finished his fourth fried chicken meal, let out a satisfied burp, and slumped in his chair to slowly devour his last meal.

At the same time, a notification suddenly popped up on Lu Mingfei's glossary entry page indicating that the challenge was completed.

The challenge for the "A righteous person receives much help" affix has been completed. You have obtained the "A righteous person receives much help" affix. Do you want to equip it?

Lu Mingfei glanced at the senior's favorability rating, which had actually reached 5 stars!

Sometimes, the feelings between men are just that inexplicable.

If someone treats you to a meal when you're down on your luck, you consider them a close friend and would even risk your life for them.

"equipment."

Lu Mingfei thought to himself.

Immediately afterwards, he saw that around the entry for "Those who are virtuous will receive much help" in the encyclopedia, five different portrait paintings had emerged.

They are Su Xiaoqiang, Ye Sheng, Jiu Deyaji, Finger, and the ancient dragon "Lu Mingze"!

The image of the "Little Celestial Maiden" is grayed out, which means that there are no words of power that can be lent to her at the moment.

Next to each of the other people's avatars, a word of power that can provide assistance is displayed.

Wine Virtue and the Age of Awakening – [Mediterranean]

Ye Sheng – [The Serpent of Vacuum]

Fingel – [Bronze Throne]

Lu Mingze – [Time manipulation (cannot be assisted), Dream control (cannot be assisted), something for nothing (cannot be assisted)...]

Among the friend assistance options, the "Lu Mingze" section is quite impressive, but unfortunately most of the spells are probably too powerful, exceeding the limit of the blue entries, and are in a grayed-out unusable state.

The only three available options are Noglues (silence), Backsheepwall (black sheep wall), and show me the money (unlimited resources).

Silence, as the name suggests, can interrupt or even cancel the spells cast by others. The effect of the Black Sheep Wall is to crack encrypted information, forcibly establish communication links, and unlock physical/system permissions.

I have to say, Lu Mingze's Word of Power was very "smooth", but now it's all mine!

The only downside is that you can only "help" once a day with the same friend, and the "help" spell is an incomplete version, which may be less effective than the "original" version.

"It's okay, as long as I have enough friends, theoretically there's no limit to the number of Words of Power I can borrow! Looks like I need to make more friends after entering the academy!"

Lu Mingfei thought to himself.

This entry is meant to encourage him to make more friends!

If he could turn all the mixed-race people in the entire academy into his friends, then Lu Mingfei's skill bar would be bottomless!

"Thanks, senior brother."

Lu Mingfei thanked him.

Thanks to the senior student opposite him for helping him complete the entry challenge.

"Thank me for what? I should be thanking you!"

Fingel was completely bewildered, then sighed and said:

"Junior brother, I have bad news. I just checked Norma's train timetable for today, and it's blank. This means we might have to wait another day!"

No sooner had the words left his mouth than the sound of a train whistle suddenly came from outside the restaurant.

A black train slowly pulled into the station, its streamlined body adorned with silver-white vine patterns on both sides, as elegant as a work of art.

"What's going on?! Why did the train arrive at the station early? Holy crap! Junior, could it be because of you?"

Seeing the train arrive at the station, Fingel's face showed surprise. Suddenly, as if he had thought of something, he quickly asked:

"Junior brother, what class are you?"

"S-rank".

Lu Mingfei answered calmly.

The next second, Fingel jumped up, his tone becoming extremely excited.

"Holy crap!? S-rank! That's amazing!"

"No wonder this lousy train suddenly left early. Senior, we're really lucky to have you with this. Let's go!"

"Senior brother, is S-rank very high?"

Lu Mingfei asked with some doubt.

S-rank is only one rank higher than Fingel, so why is Fingel so surprised?

"S-rank is the highest rank! As far as I know, currently only Principal Angers holds the S-rank in the academy!"

Lu Mingfei was stunned for a moment.

Was I really in such a high social class?

The Finger senior in front of me has an "A" grade bloodline that's not bad either.

strangeness.

Soon, Lu Mingfei found out the answer.

"Fingal, why aren't you dropping out of school yet! I thought I'd never see you again!"

The train conductor on train CC1000 took the two people's tickets and said in a teasing tone.

"Why is the car so late this time? Has my social class been demoted again?"

"You've been demoted to F. You were demoted from A."

Lu Mingfei then understood.

Originally, the academy's hierarchy was not entirely linked to the bloodline level of mixed-race individuals; it could be adjusted up or down.

But what exactly did this senior Fingel do to be demoted from A-rank all the way to F-rank?
