The Knight of Light plants the sun in the eternal night.

Early in the morning, around five o'clock, Sunflower Castle was brightly lit, and the voice of the old butler, Dirk, echoed throughout the building.

His few servants, urged on by him, were busy working non-stop.

Even the gardener, Raof, was urged to water and perform rituals on the sunflower pots to protect every single leaf.

"Doris, Thomas, you two must serve the young master diligently on his journey this time. You must not be negligent in the slightest," Butler Dirk solemnly instructed the two, "If—and I mean if—any further danger arises, you two must be the first to step in!"

Doris nodded: "Yes, I swear to the Holy Light that I will protect the young master."

Thomas dared not be negligent: "I also swear to the Holy Light to protect the young master!"

"Okay, go ahead and call Ramos over." Butler Dirk then began to speak privately to Deputy Butler Ramos.

The main purpose was to discuss how Ramos should proceed once he arrived at the Glowing Fungus Castle.

Although Ramos was also a servant of the Glowing Fungus, he hadn't been back for nearly ten years and had become rusty about many of the Glowing Fungus's rules.

Outside the castle, the knights also got up early.
