Chapter 77 Treatment

On the grassy bank by the pool, Leo and Vanessa sat side by side, the light of their armor never ceasing.

The big black dog-crocodile lay lazily on its back.

The glowing otter approached it, sniffing it and tilting its head, seemingly studying the crocodile.

"Thank you for listening to my story." Vanessa had calmed down, a gentle smile on her face, tinged with a hint of quiet happiness. "Lord Leo, I never imagined this was our first meeting."

Just now, Vanessa explained in detail why she mistook Leo for Leo.

Vanessa looked at Leo curiously, wondering why he said that.

"Believe it or not, I'm aiming to become a dragon knight. I want to tear through the darkness of the eternal night and become the sun that illuminates the whole world."

Leo flipped his wrist and looked at his left palm.

Only he could see that sun mark.

He clenched his fist and said firmly, "I will become the sun, no, I am the sun. This is my mission, and the meaning of my existence. No matter how difficult the road ahead, I will keep moving forward."

"I believe you, Leo—Lord Leo," Vanessa said with a gentle smile.

"Thanks."

"In my imagination, that dragon knight is just like you, Lord Leo, with—" Vanessa suddenly frowned as she spoke, "Huh, that's strange, I can't remember what the dragon knight looks like anymore."

She looked at Leo and exclaimed in surprise, "His face seems to overlap with yours, Your Excellency Leo."
