The Way of Heaven Rewards Diligence in Film and Television

Around eight or nine in the morning, as the sun was slowly rising, Lin Yang, having finished washing up, came to the villa's living room and saw Li Xiaoyue already sitting at the dining table eating.

Emerging from the open kitchen, a radiant Lü Wei greeted Lin Yang with a nonchalant air. Seeing him rubbing his back, she couldn't help but ask, "Are you alright?"

"It's nothing, he just hurt himself while sleepwalking last night," Li Xiaoyue said casually before Lin Yang could speak.

Upon hearing her words, both Lin Yang and Lü Wei's expressions stiffened slightly.

Li Xiaoyue smiled faintly and continued, "She insisted on messing around with me this morning..."

Lin Yang looked at Li Xiaoyue in astonishment. Who was pulling whom in this mess? Why isn't she telling the truth anymore?

Even Lü Wei couldn't help but frown and look at Lin Yang with a slightly strange expression. This kid is really a beast.

"Ahem... Lin Yang, I've had the RV you requested brought over. It's in the yard outside! You can drive it away as soon as you want," Lü Wei said with a light cough.

The atmosphere at the table became slightly awkward. Lin Yang, who was eating breakfast, felt very uncomfortable and forced a smile as he tried to make conversation: "Sister Wei, the breakfast is good. I didn't expect you to be such a good cook."

"It was just something I whipped up. My cooking skills are only good enough for breakfast. Don't force yourself to praise me if you don't know how," Lu Wei said, shaking her head slightly. "Xiaoyue said you're a great cook. Xiaoyue is so lucky."

"By the way, when are you planning to start your RV trip? I might have to go on a business trip in the next couple of days, so I probably won't be able to see you off," Lü Wei said in turn.

"His back isn't good, and driving requires sitting for long periods, so we estimate he'll need to rest for a couple of days before we go," Li Xiaoyue said.

Lü Wei just smiled. Didn't she know whether Lin Yang's back was strong or not?

After finishing breakfast, Lin Yang said goodbye to Lü Wei and left. After getting into the RV, he started the RV and drove it out of the villa when he felt a pain in his waist.

"What are you doing?" Lin Yang gasped, frowning as he glanced at Li Xiaoyue sitting in the passenger seat. "I'm driving!"

"What do you mean, 'what'?" Li Xiaoyue glared at him, annoyed.

Lin Yang suddenly felt a little guilty and kept his eyes on the road ahead, driving obediently.

"Hiss..." Lin Yang gasped, then was pinched by Li Xiaoyue again, and looked at her innocently.

"It's one thing for someone to come looking for you, but you actually followed them..." Li Xiaoyue said, still a little annoyed, and pinched Lin Yang again.

Upon hearing this, Lin Yang inwardly groaned and said, "From now on, it'll just be the two of us in one car. I promise I can't escape. You can do whatever you want with me the whole way! Okay?"

"Drive to the mall and come shopping with me. I want to shop," Li Xiaoyue said noncommittally.

Shopping? Lin Yang touched his waist and could only nod and drive to the mall.

Next, we'll definitely be going shopping and traveling in a campervan, so we'll need to prepare a lot of things.

Li Xiaoyue did her research beforehand and even prepared a shopping list, which she then used to buy the items.

So, Li Xiaoyue went on a shopping spree, while Lin Yang followed behind, pushing the shopping cart and checking out, carrying the items to the RV one trip after another.

"Sister, is that enough?" Inside the mall, Lin Yang, who was practically sprawled on the shopping cart, letting it carry him forward, couldn't help but ask Li Xiaoyue, who was still browsing.

"Should we find somewhere to have lunch first? What we ate this morning wasn't filling at all!"

Li Xiaoyue glanced back at Lin Yang, then turned and left with her hands in her pockets, saying, "Let's go then, we'll buy more after we've eaten..."

As if resurrected on the spot, Lin Yang hurriedly pulled the shopping cart and followed.

"Don't pull me..." Li Xiaoyue, who was somewhat resistant to Lin Yang's advances, was still subdued by Lin Yang, who held her with one arm and pulled the shopping cart with the other to the checkout.

After lunch, Li Xiaoyue, in a great mood, dragged Lin Yang to continue shopping.

After they bought their things and carried some items that needed to be disassembled and washed back home, it was almost evening.

Back home, another flurry of activity ensued. As darkness approached, Li Xiaoyue, having sorted and tossed all the laundry into the washing machine, couldn't help but ask Lin Yang, "What do you want to eat tonight? Takeout? Or go out?"

"You do it yourself! You rest for a bit, I'll get it done," Lin Yang said as he went to the kitchen.

Not long after, Lin Yang was busy in the kitchen when Li Xiaoyue suddenly came in and hugged him from behind.

"What's wrong? I'm cooking!" Lin Yang said.

"I'll help you..." Li Xiaoyue said with a smile, then let go of him and began to help him.

Before long, after the food was served, Li Xiaoyue chatted with Lin Yang about their upcoming RV trip while they ate.

After finishing their meal, Lin Yang went to wash the pots and dishes, and Li Xiaoyue came over to cuddle with him for a while before the two of them went to wash up together.

The bath took a very long time. Li Xiaoyue, that little devil, was really tormenting him, determined to drain Lin Yang dry.

Finally, after lying in bed, Lin Yang, who rarely goes to bed early, hugged Li Xiaoyue, who was clinging to him like a koala, and quickly fell into a deep sleep.

Early in the morning, Lin Yang, after giving the still-sleepy Li Xiaoyue a good dressing-down, got up refreshed, washed up, and went downstairs for a morning run.

Being young is great; energy recovers quickly. However, it's also thanks to regular exercise and the support of the Heavenly Reward System that Lin Yang's physical condition has improved. Otherwise, he really wouldn't have been able to withstand this kind of torment.

Therefore, Lin Yang, who realized the importance of physical fitness, naturally could not slack off in his training.

Lin Yang even thought that if he had the chance, he would like to learn some kung fu.

Even in the modern world, with a system, you could probably grind up a decent amount of martial arts skills like Xingyi Quan or Tai Chi, and the key is that it can also train your body.

After all, the road trip ahead is not easy, and without good health, you really can't handle driving during the day and working hard at night!

After running a few laps around the neighborhood and taking a shower, Lin Yang prepared a nutritious breakfast before waking up Li Xiaoyue, who was reluctant to get out of bed.

"So, should we get ready and leave tomorrow, or rest for a few more days?" Lin Yang asked Li Xiaoyue while eating breakfast.

"I just resigned, let's rest and have some fun for a few days!" Li Xiaoyue said, she has never been an impatient person.

Lin Yang naturally had no objections, and spent the next few days accompanying Li Xiaoyue to eat, drink, have fun, play Werewolf, and attend yoga classes...

His favorite thing to do is take yoga classes, because he tried practicing yoga with Lin Yang and found that yoga is really good for improving the body's flexibility.

With the support of the progress bar of the "Heaven Rewards Diligence" system, Lin Yang improved even more than Li Xiaoyue in just a few days, which was a bit of a blow to Li Xiaoyue.

Even the yoga instructors at the yoga studio, knowing that Lin Yang had never practiced yoga before, couldn't help but praise his extraordinary talent and even thought he could become a yoga teacher.

Lin Yang was indeed tempted, but Li Xiaoyue dragged him away.

After resting for almost a week, Lin Yang and Li Xiaoyue finally set off, beginning their RV trip...

They first traveled to Northeast China, visiting the grasslands, then through Shanxi to the Guanzhong Plain in Shaanxi, then to Xinjiang, then to Tibet, then through Sichuan to Yunnan...

At Lin Yang's suggestion, Li Xiaoyue, who filmed videos along the way and occasionally went live, quickly became a popular travel blogger.

A spontaneous trip that took them all over China – Lin Yang and his friends' RV trip is truly enviable and something to aspire to.
