Delta: Who are you saying has suffered a loss of strength?
Chapter 105 The walls have ears
"Hey! Holy crap! There's a huge insurance policy here!"
"Where? Where?" Mule came running excitedly at the sound. "Holy crap, it really is there! The warden's office is so lucrative! Open it up, let's see what good stuff we can find!"
"Shall I drive?"
"If you found it, of course you drive it. Stop talking nonsense and hurry up!"
"Okay, okay..."
"What are you doing? Move along!" the mule urged, seeing his dawdling.
"This is my first time opening a major insurance policy, and I've forgotten the password..."
"Huh?" Mule's mouth dropped open. "You've never even opened a major insurance policy before? Oh my god! That's terrible. The password is 6DFUP, open it now."
"Oh, okay, thank you."
With a few beeping sounds, the password was entered and the safe was opened.
"How is it? How is it?" Mule asked impatiently.
"Wow! Little gold! Four little golds!" He pulled out two pirate gold coins and two gold goblets from the safe, dancing with joy.
Then, the four items were split in half, and a gold coin and a wine glass were placed in the mule's hand.
"Why are you giving this to me? You keep it!" The mule refused and pushed it back.
"Keep it. If you hadn't brought me here, I wouldn't even have been able to find this place."
Mule was taken aback. These two small gold items together were worth 120,000 to 130,000. Someone who had never even touched a large insurance policy before must not have ever dealt with many gold items.
Yet he was still willing to share half with strangers he met by chance.
"Hurry up and search! I saw a staircase over there just now; there should be supplies downstairs."
"Okay, sure!"
"Hey, there's a small insurance policy for this. I've already taken the big insurance, so you can have the small one!"
After saying that, he ran to another room without looking back and continued searching.
The mule looked at the two small gold coins in his hand and the unopened safety pin on the ground, and shook his head with a smile.
Before long, the warden's office was completely empty, and the drop rate was pretty good, with quite a few small gold items appearing.
The two walked to a small room outside the warden's office. There weren't many resources in the room. There was a door. Mule went up and pressed the doorknob, but found it was locked and couldn't be opened.
"What's inside the door? Have you searched it?" The wandering man happened to walk over as well.
The mule pressed the doorknob and knocked on the door. "It won't open. There's probably nothing there."
"How many times have you passed through dangerous areas?" Mule then leaned against the door and asked curiously.
"Me? I've only been there a few times. I usually pay some thugs from small clubs to take me to the outer perimeter of Dam No. 6, grab a quick bite, and then leave."
"Never been to the administration building?"
"Never been there."
"Haha, then you've wasted your trip to Dam Zero."
"Do you go to Dam Zero often?"
"You might not believe it, but I'm just a thug at a small club." Mule pouted, striking a haughty pose.
"Wow, that's amazing! No wonder you're so skilled."
"What's your name? Let's add each other as friends later, and I'll take you to the administration building in Dam Zero." Mule said, extending his right hand.
"My name is Wang Kuo, what's yours?" Wang Kuo also extended his hand and shook hands with the mule.
"My name is Ross, but my friends call me Mule. You can call me Mule too." Mule grinned, and the two shook hands firmly.
After they introduced themselves, the atmosphere between them became much more relaxed than before.
"What do we do next?" Wang Kuo asked the mule.
"It's rare that the warden isn't here, let's explore this area more thoroughly." Mule looked at Wang Kuo, putting on a pretentious expression.
"Did you know that? The six top clubs have sent people into Tide Prison so many times before, but it's said that not a single team has ever been able to enter this warden's office?"
"In other words, we are the first player operators to enter the warden's office and even get a taste of his big insurance policy."
Wang Kuo also looked surprised. "Really? No one has ever come in before?"
"no."
"Oh my god, why?"
"Because of the warden and his personal guard," Mule answered without hesitation. "Didn't you see those live streams before?"
"I saw it, I saw it!" Wang Kuo nodded vigorously. "I know that warden. He did all sorts of things—jumping, bowing, rolling, going through smoke, and locking himself in a lock. He was unbelievably fierce!"
"What impressed me most was the time the warden provoked the Bald Eagle Association. He single-handedly wiped out that entire Bald Eagle squad. It was terrifying!"
He heard rustling sounds coming from the door behind the mule. He looked back at the door but didn't see anything unusual, so he assumed he had misheard.
Then he turned back and added, "The warden is indeed formidable, but don't forget, his personal guard is no pushover either."
"Those two shield bearers, standing in front of the warden, are like a city wall," Mule said, patting the tightly closed door behind him in an exaggerated gesture.
"They can deflect any kind of grenades or incendiary bombs!"
"That time John's team killed the warden at the power switch!"
"The warden and his personal guards had so many props thrown at them in that little room, yet they weren't seriously injured!"
"The last two shield bearers withstood the line of fire from Cole and Miles, holding out until their shields shattered, to escort the warden to the White Eagles squad."
"Holy crap, let me tell you, that scene was so thrilling! If John hadn't had an AWM, those two shield bearers might have really turned the tide!"
There seemed to be a thud from the door behind the mule. He turned his head again, looked at the door, and pressed down on the doorknob again, but still couldn't open it.
Did I hear wrong again? He thought to himself, my ears have always been pretty sharp, what's going on?
It's almost time; we can't stay in one place any longer.
He then stopped leaning against the door and took a few steps forward.
"Oh, oh, oh! I remember now, those three infantrymen! They chased people into the water and started shooting..." Wang Kuo seemed to have opened a floodgate of words.
"Right, right... and that machine gunner who took on three guys with brain-computer interfaces and exoskeletons all by himself..."
The two chatted as they walked side by side away from the warden's office, like kindred spirits who had met long ago.
The sound gradually faded into the distance.
Behind the door.
"Uh... what did I just say?" Shi Ding said.
"I think we should listen to the warden. If he doesn't want us to go out, then we won't go out," Lin Feng said.
"I think so too, I think so too," Shi Lei said.
"Yes, yes. You have to listen, you have to listen," Lin Kun said.
The men who had just been urging Shi Ding to open the door and leave, to retrieve the room in the warden's office, were now speechless.
Inside the small room, the warden's personal guard, six men, each found a place to sit. Some were looking at the wall and picking at the plaster, some were biting their nails, and others were scratching their heads.
Everyone seems really busy!
