"I can agree to your conditions," Chairman Li said softly.

"Or rather, if Said really was defeated by you twice, as you say, then why not give you not only the promotional posters at the entrance of the Sanren Association, but also all the GGs on those buildings in the center?"

His eyes narrowed slightly, and his smile held a hint of probing.

"But Mr. Han, you need to give us some evidence, or rather, some reasons to believe you, right?"

His gaze shifted downwards, landing on Han Che's feet.

Han Che followed Chairman Li's gaze and looked at the backpack that Said had placed at his feet.

Chairman Li is right. Talk is cheap. You say you killed him, but what proof do you have?

If you killed Said, you should at least get something from him, right? If you can't, then I can only assume you're just bragging.

Otherwise, even if the Casual Players Association believes it, but the uninformed casual players outside don't, it won't have much of a propaganda effect.

Ultimately, what is needed is definitive evidence.

Han Che didn't reply immediately. He turned around and looked at Xiao Bai, giving her a questioning look. After all, Xiao Bai was the only one who had looked at the items in his backpack since defeating Said.

Han Che and Xiao Bai's eyes met, and it was clear that Xiao Bai was also somewhat conflicted.

Having been in this business for so long, Chairman Li has seen all sorts of people, so he could easily see the anxious and uncertain look on the young man's face.

Considering what the staff just reported—that one of Han Che's team members was unwilling to hand over the supplies in a backpack for recycling—it's easy to guess that she was afraid she wouldn't be able to take the contents with her if she took them out. Presumably, there must be something very important in the bag.

"Little Bai," Chairman Li turned his face directly to Little Bai and said sincerely, "Trust your uncle, open it and take a look. No matter what's inside, even if it's a red item that doesn't exist in China, we won't take it away immediately. You can take it back, okay?"

Xiao Bai pursed her lips, still hesitating, when Chairman Li continued.

"Your father and I have been friends for so many years, like brothers. How could I make things difficult for you over something like this?" Chairman Li said with a somewhat aggrieved expression.

"No way! If I lied to you and your dad found out, how could I ever hold my head up in front of my sworn brothers again!"

Upon hearing this, Xiao Bai remained silent for a few seconds before looking at Han Che again and nodding slightly.

Han Che didn't really care. He'd seen all sorts of fame before, so he wasn't going to miss out on this little bit. But if he was too open-minded about playing along, people would start to suspect him.

Seeing Xiaobai nod, Han Che picked up the backpack at his feet, placed it on his lap, unzipped it, and peered inside.

Apart from Xiaobai, everyone else couldn't help but lean closer, craning their necks as if they could see the contents of the bag through the opening.

Han Che reached inside and rummaged around for a while, then raised an eyebrow and found a box of level 4 M249 bullets, a cow horn, and an Assara wine jug.

By this point, Chairman Li's initial curiosity had turned into disappointment. He thought to himself that it was just a few kids fooling around, and he had actually taken it seriously.

These things can be easily found by searching the Zero Dam, and they don't even compare to the loot of many casual players. How can they prove Said's identity?

Just as Chairman Li was about to lean back in his sofa chair, Han Che pulled out something he had never seen before.

A crossbow.

Chairman Li's eyes widened immediately. There really was a red prop?!

He gave his secretary a look and slightly raised his chin. The man immediately understood and darted from behind Chairman Li to Han Che's side in the blink of an eye, grabbing the crossbow.

Han Che's eyelids twitched, and he immediately reached out to stop her. Unexpectedly, his secretary was equally quick. The two of them grabbed the crossbow with one hand and struck each other in mid-air almost simultaneously.

Han Che was secretly surprised. In the player world, his attribute amplification in the Tidal Prison was reduced by 70%, but it was still a 30% enhancement, far surpassing that of ordinary players.

Even so, he still couldn't outmatch the seemingly gentle secretary in terms of strength.

The man twisted his hand, turning the crossbow handle at an angle, and broke free from Han Che's grasp.

However, all of this happened in the blink of an eye. To onlookers, it seemed that Han Che had just taken out the crossbow when the secretary rushed up, the two seemed to bump into each other, and then the crossbow was in the secretary's hands.

After Secretary Zhang took the crossbow, he didn't leave. He stood in front of Han Che, holding the crossbow and examining it carefully, stroking it.

Seeing this sudden scene, Xiao Bai immediately stood up. Before she could speak, Chairman Li's stern voice rang out, "Xiao Zhang! What are you doing!"

Before Secretary Zhang turned around to bow to Chairman Li, she subtly shook her head the instant she faced him.

Chairman Li paused for a moment after looking at it, "It's not a red item?"

The words she had already prepared immediately changed as she opened her mouth, and she said, "Hurry up and give it back to Mr. Han! Do you really want to make me lose all face?!"

Chairman Li pretended to be angry and slapped the sofa hard.

Secretary Zhang, looking terrified, handed the crossbow back to Han Che with both hands.

He nodded slightly, and even though he had apologized, he didn't say anything and quickly returned to his previous position.

Chairman Li smiled broadly and said, "Mr. Han, please don't be offended. It's my fault for not managing my subordinates well. This young Zhang used to be a collector himself, and he got excited when he saw the treasures he'd never seen before on the table. Please forgive him!"

Han Che's expression changed several times. He wasn't angry, but rather found it a bit funny. With such a high position, he still had to put on a show for us. It was really not easy.

If it were me, I'd be doing them a favor by just snatching it.

However, judging from the two subtle glances that Chairman Li gave Xiaobai, it was clear that this performance wasn't entirely for his own sake, nor was it solely for Xiaobai's. It was probably to give face to his so-called sworn brother, Xiaobai's father.

Han Che wasn't a stubborn person; it was pointless.

He chuckled sheepishly, scratched his head, and said, "Haha, you scared me! It's nothing, it's good stuff, I know what I'm talking about! I'm like that sometimes too."

He then examined the crossbow again and said, "President Li, this is Sayid's crossbow. Now you can prove it, right?"

President Li quietly observed Xiaobai and Qiuying. Both girls were sulking, and he sighed that the performance just now was indeed too rough.

However, things happened so suddenly that he didn't expect to see something he had never seen before. If that crossbow was indeed a large red one that he had never seen before, there was nothing he could do.

However, Han Che, whether he was genuinely stupid or pretending, was actually quite cheerful.

Chairman Li, being a shrewd person, wouldn't be unable to discern the other party's emotional intelligence. However, he couldn't be sure whether Han Che, a young and naive man, genuinely couldn't see through his act, or whether he clearly saw through his clumsy performance but was still deliberately playing dumb to cooperate with him.

Regardless, Han Che's words gave him a way out, and Chairman Li seized the opportunity, laughing, "Hahaha, of course it can prove it. If Said's personal weapon can't prove his identity, then nothing can. It's best if Mr. Han understands!"

He stood up, laughing, and reached out with both hands to grasp Han Che's hands. They clasped hands tightly.
