A noun entry: Wizard

"Wind Blade Technique".

Russell muttered obscure incantations while gesturing wildly in the air with his left hand for a full three seconds.

A pale blue, crescent-shaped blade, about fifty centimeters long and made entirely of wind, appeared above Russell's left hand.

Floating quietly.

A gentle breeze blew from the wind blades in all directions.

"Go."

Russell flicked his wrist, and the wind blade shot forward.

He could sense that he still had a trace of spiritual power, which had a faint connection with the wind blades he had shot out.

It can be used to slightly change the flight direction of the wind blade.

"It takes three seconds to cast the Wind Blade Technique, making it completely useless in actual combat."

Russell looked at the large tree that had been cut down by the wind blades not far away, "However, the power is still astonishing."

"After cutting down a large tree, the wind blade flew for another ten meters before dissipating."

"This is only the initial result of establishing the Wind Blade Technique model."

"Once Wind Blade can be cast instantly, its power will at least double."

"Once I reach the level of a second-level wizard apprentice, I will use magic power to activate the model, rather than simply using mental power, and draw upon the wind element in the world."

"At that time, its power might even double."

"This is only a low-level, zero-tier spell!"

Russell was deeply impressed, realizing just how terrifying the power of magic could be.

But then he realized something was wrong.

"The power of the Wind Blade Technique shouldn't be this strong."

Russell thought for a moment, his gaze falling on his own word sequence.

[Entry Sequence]:

Core term: [Tracing the Origins - Supreme Soul (Mythology): Soul Essence +900%, Comprehension +400%, Mythology Passive: Soul Rank +1]

Branch entry: [Beginner's Wind (Normal): Wind spell damage +3%]

"The latter has an impact, but it can be temporarily ignored."

"The main focus is still on mythological entries."

Russell pondered for a moment, "Ten times the essence of the soul... could it be that the spell model I constructed is actually ten times larger than that of other wizarding apprentices?"

"The size and power of the wind blades are probably ten times greater."

"Furthermore, there is no sense of connection that can change direction. This is probably because my control is also ten times stronger, which is why it is like this."

"Be careful during normal use and do not drive it at full speed."

Russell tried to slightly activate the spell model with 10% of his mental energy.

A much smaller wind blade, only a dozen centimeters long and narrower, shot out directly.

With a whoosh, a rather gruesome wound was slashed across the fallen tree.

"The sense of connection is still there, but it's more about control than anything else, so it's not a problem."

"And it can be cast instantly, I didn't know that... Hmm, it's probably because wind blades under normal circumstances, even if cast instantly, don't have much power."

"Next, I need to continuously improve the spell model and strive to reach perfection on the path of a first-level wizard apprentice as soon as possible."

"It's a pity that my comprehension isn't ten times faster; otherwise, this process could be greatly accelerated."

Russell sighed.

The level of comprehension goes beyond the essence of the soul and belongs to the same level as will.

If we were to describe it, the soul is essentially the soldier, while comprehension and willpower are the general.

Therefore, the former, relying on basic entries, can increase up to tenfold, while the latter, relying on special entries, can only increase fivefold.

Basic attributes are the foundation that all attributes of all quality possess, but ordinary white attributes only have a bonus of 1% to 9%.

The higher the quality, the higher the bonus.

Special terms will only appear on rare purple terms at the very least.

As the name suggests, the effect of this type of entry surpasses that of the basic entry, but the bonus is often smaller.

Mythical entries, on the other hand, possess incredibly rare mythical passive abilities.

For example, [Soul Rank +1].

This directly elevated Russell's soul rank to the level of a second-level wizard apprentice.

At a lower level, it's impossible to tell anything.

But what if Russell reached the level of a third-level wizard apprentice?

His soul rank will directly reach the level of a formal wizard!

Soul, spiritual power, magical power—everything, except for the still imperfect model in my mind.

Russell will be no different from a formal wizard.

Moreover, once Russell advances to a higher realm, the effect of the mythical passive skill [Soul Rank +1] will become increasingly terrifying.

"Whoosh!" "Whoosh!" "Whoosh!"

Russell kept unleashing wind blades, slicing through the broken parts of the tree.

It served two purposes: to cover up the first wind blade attack and to practice.

Continuously building and improving spell models will only make spells more powerful and faster to cast.

How to use it is up to the wizard.

At this time, Russell was honing his ability to control the wind blades.

"Unfortunately, the Wind Blade spell model can only release one wind blade at a time."

"Moreover, when I released the Wind Blade Technique at this frequency, I also felt the brief intervals when I gathered my spiritual energy."

"Hmm, it seems to be less than half a second. It seems difficult to make a move by exploiting this interval."

After destroying the broken part of the tree beyond recognition, Russell then headed to the Wizard's Tower.

When patrolling knights discover fallen trees, they will assign their servants to handle the task.

On Panlong Mountain, wizard apprentices only need to focus on their research and improve themselves.

If you want to experiment with spells, you can experiment to your heart's content.

Other trivial matters would be handled by the knights and servants.

"After mastering the basics of Wind Blade Technique last night, I was fortunate enough to practice it privately first."

Russell thought with a hint of relief, "Otherwise, it wouldn't be a good thing if Gus saw the half-meter-long wind blade."

At this moment, he was chanting incantations in front of Gus, making hand gestures, and slowly channeling his spiritual power into the spell model.

Three seconds later.

A small wind blade appeared in Russell's hand.

"He actually mastered the Wind Blade Technique!" Gus was very surprised.

Mastering the Wind Blade Technique is far more difficult than initially constructing the core model of meditation.

Even so, it was still a long time since Russell told him that he had constructed the core model of meditation.

It seems like only half a month has passed, right?

What normally takes a wizard apprentice nearly a year to complete, the other party finished in just over a month?

genius.

An absolute genius.

A hint of jealousy arose in Gus's heart.

It took him more than six months to initially construct the core model of meditation and the model of spells.

Back then, they were already far ahead, and Gus was quite proud.

It only took him about ten years to become a third-level wizard apprentice and be accepted as a disciple by Shillien.

Gus even felt that his cultivation speed was very fast.

Because he was comparing himself to two other third-level wizard apprentices.

But today, he subconsciously compared himself to Bertrand Russell.

Involuntarily, an emotion called jealousy arises.
