Top Student: Wasteland Technology Invasion

2012, Hangzhou, Yueyang University.

Room 103, East Teaching Building.

A group of students sat in the dark classroom. Wang Sheng, the counselor with glasses and a slightly receding hairline, walked into the classroom.

For the students in Class 2 of Applied Mathematics, Grade 12, they had only seen their counselor twice in more than a month since the start of the semester.

This is the second time.

Walking slowly to the podium, Instructor Wang put his hands behind his back, glanced at the students below, cleared his throat, and said, "There's something I want to tell you all today."

"Currently, some students have been diverted from the school's 'Mathematics Seeking Truth Class,' and there are vacancies in the class. We need to select outstanding students from across the school to enter the Seeking Truth Class."

The selection exam will be held next Tuesday.

The class erupted in uproar.

Instructor Wang smiled and continued, "The requirements are: a score of 130 or above in the college entrance examination mathematics, and physics as one of the elective subjects."

"I checked, and everyone in our class meets the requirements, so I've registered everyone. I hope you all prepare well for the exam."

"I heard the exam questions were very difficult."

After saying that, seeing that everyone's minds were wandering outside the classroom, Instructor Wang casually mentioned a few safety issues, then waved his hand and announced that everyone was dismissed.

"Instructor Wang has finally finished explaining things. Let's go to Xingsheng."

"Xingsheng" is the name of an internet cafe near Yueyang University. Because of its relatively new facilities and good equipment, it is quite popular among university students.

"Okay, let's hurry up and go to the lakeside restaurant to buy food, then pack it up and take it directly to Xingsheng."

"Can't we play in the dorm?"

"With our school's terrible internet, aren't you afraid of losing points?"

"Old Lin? Say something."

"This level of experience is really too much to grind!"

"I told you, is math really that hard to learn?"

"Put it on, put it on, please put it on!"

Without much internal conflict, Lin Chuan took out his phone and started searching online for information about surviving in the wasteland.

If nothing unexpected happens in the wasteland, his phone will definitely not have internet access, so he needs to save this data in advance.

Next, he prepared some portable tools. Lin Chuan found a secluded spot and activated his skill: Interdimensional Travel.
