Who invited the witch into the eerie game?

Some say that the countdown in the eerie game is no different from a death countdown.

This isn't just a simple reminder; it's pure torture for players, building up immense fear before they even enter the game.

Seeing the blood-red countdown displayed on the terminal, Su Xiaoshuang was terrified.

But when Su Xiaoshuang thought about the special life-saving method Su Feng gave her, she felt very at ease.

"what?"

When Su Xiaoshuang got home, she suddenly noticed that she seemed to have an extra option to enter the game earlier than the other players.

These things were not mentioned at all in the bizarre game player information provided by Su Feng.

Is this true or false?

Puzzled, Su Xiaoshuang tried it, and her figure disappeared directly from the room.

"Welcome to the Weird Game: Final Credits."

"At Blackrock Mountain University, ignorance is bliss, but knowledge is your only way out. Of course, more likely, knowledge will lead you to destruction in a more conscious way."

"Now, please head to your first class. Being late will result in a deduction of credits."

"Not enough credits..."

In the void, Su Xiaoshuang saw a prompt from the bizarre game.

Suddenly, the notification stopped abruptly.

"███ has been detected attempting to join the game..."

"Holy crap, how come there's light...?"

"Who did this?!"

"Sorry, you have been kicked out of the game."

"We have detected that you are ███, who has higher privileges. We will prepare a special role for you."

"You have been matched with a special character. We wish you a pleasant gaming experience."

Opening her eyes, Su Xiaoshuang saw a large expanse of architecture outside the window, a blend of Gothic retro and modernist styles.

This place is shrouded in mist all year round, located in a remote area, and is an ancient academy.

She is the professor of occultism at this academy.

Monica Hodgson.

She is 23 years old, young and beautiful, with very attractive chestnut-colored long hair.

Although she had only been at Blackrock Mountain Academy for a short time, the terminal told Su Xiaoshuang that she had been invited by the dean at a high price.

No one in the entire academy objected to Su Xiaoshuang being appointed as the professor of occult studies.

They will not exclude Su Xiaoshuang because she is young.

On the contrary, everyone treated Su Xiaoshuang with great politeness.

It seems that as long as Su Xiaoshuang can stay at Blackrock Mountain Academy, everyone will feel at ease.

Su Xiaoshuang sensed that she had taken over the body of a game NPC.

However, with just a thought, she could get it back.

She had barely returned when she immediately received an alert about an anomaly.

To avoid being kicked out of the game, Su Xiaoshuang immediately changed back to Monica Hodgson's appearance.

"Professor Monica, this is a notification from the college."

Instructor Chelsea McCoy knocked on the door and placed a document on her desk.

"In five days, Blackrock Mountain College will begin a special teaching evaluation."

"Oh well."

Su Xiaoshuang nodded and took the document to look at it.

Specialized teaching assessments refer to periodic exams for students.

The exam consists of two parts: a written test and extracurricular activities. Every student must get 100 points to pass the assessment.

As a professor, Su Xiaoshuang's job is to supervise the students.

It doesn't seem difficult.

There's no danger.

Ok?

Below the special teaching evaluation document, there is another document.

This is a list of transfer students:

Feng Chenxing, Su Yixue, Liu Qiaosong, Tina Scott, Pierre Carlson, Hiroki Ozawa, and Nana Kitamura.

"Is this the player list?"

Su Xiaoshuang's expression turned strange.

In addition, she entered early when there were 5 hours left in the countdown.

Then, the player will enter Blackrock Mountain College as a transfer student 5 days later.

Does this mean that 1 hour on Earth is 1 day in the eerie game?

Su Xiaoshuang put the document back.

She planned to first look for more clues, especially the rules within Blackrock Mountain Academy.

As a professor of occultism, Su Xiaoshuang happens to have some knowledge of it.

Blackrock Mountain College Safety Rules

1. For the safety of students, all classes and exams must be conducted on foggy days.

2. After nightfall, the Night Patrol will patrol the college. It is forbidden to linger outdoors for a long time, or to make excessively bright lights or loud noises in the dormitories.

3. Night Watchers cannot be killed; escape immediately upon discovery.

4. Whisperers like to lie outside the window, so don't open the window after nightfall.

5. The old school history museum and the underground morgue are sealed off and cannot be entered unless you are a professor of occultism.

6. Teachers need a work card to enter the laboratory and archives.

7. Do not try to understand the knowledge you see using common sense.

8. Be wary of mirrors and broadcasts.

9. Longer corridors are normal, don't be afraid.

10. It is normal for blood to seep from the walls, so don't be afraid.

11. If you discover a time fragment, do not touch it and leave immediately.

12. If you see certain symbols or hear certain words and begin to doubt reality, or even experience slow physical changes, please contact a professor of occultism immediately.

……

Foggy day means daytime.

Looking at these rules, Su Xiaoshuang felt that something was wrong.

Because several of the points involved professors of occultism, and she happened to be one.

Is being a professor of occultism a high-risk profession?

Su Xiaoshuang searched again and found the rules left behind by the previous professor of occultism.

[What a Professor of Mysticism Should Know]

1. The old school history museum and the underground morgue are extremely dangerous; do not go inside.

2. Do not believe any broadcasts.

3. If the mirror shows any abnormality, immediately raise your middle finger towards the mirror and wait for the abnormality to disappear.

4. Don't easily trust any student, especially those who dare to approach you first; they might not be human.

5. If any students or faculty members are found to be acting strangely, make them do calculus problems. If they refuse to do the problems, kill them all and send their bodies to the underground morgue.

6. Safe houses are extremely dangerous during the day; do not enter.

7. The corridor extends, take a pat.

8. If blood seeps from the wall, leave the area immediately.

9. Don't look at anyone knocking on the window; whisperers are annoying.

10. You can enter time fragments and bring things back from them, but never interfere with things that happened in the past.

11, they are all dead...

……

The last one was a twisted blood-red letter.

It's as if someone wrote it when they were exhausted.

Or it could be the writing that comes out when one is drowsy and unable to control oneself, which can look quite terrifying.

What happened to the previous professor of occultism?

They're all dead. What does that mean?

Does this mean that all the NPCs in the game are corpses?

Given that this is a bizarre game, this possibility cannot be ruled out.

So, does the NPC body she occupies also signify death?

Su Xiaoshuang examined the body briefly and confirmed that she was alive.

Thinking about her current identity, Su Xiaoshuang recalled what happened when she entered the game.

The game notification reads: ███ has been detected attempting to join the game...

Is this ███ her?

If it's her, why can't she see her own name?
