He thought of his own monster ability, "being able to remain alive even when stiff," and that zombies and drowned zombies were similar and would most likely have this ability as well.

"Aim for their heads if possible; once they're in the head, these zombies are done for!"

Lindsay shouted a warning, and "Goat" nodded. He spun his sling, and a stone flew out, smashing another zombie's forehead.

"You guys shot so well, I could only stand there helplessly."

This newcomer, at the Iron rank, couldn't contain himself and was determined to go for it despite his inner conflict.

"Newcomer, stop, don't rush!"

"Broken Arrow!" he shouted, drawing his bow and shooting down a zombie as he began to retreat.

Lindsay grabbed the red-haired boy's clothes: "Look closely, those zombies have come back to life."

To the newcomer's somewhat incredulous gaze, the zombies that had been shot down on the other side got back up.

This scene was obviously very impactful for the newcomer Lyon, but it seemed to be something Lindsay had never seen before.

He fired two more crossbow bolts, which flew straight into the head of a zombie and pierced its forehead!

The dozen or so zombies had now all stepped out of the cemetery, and they were less than twenty meters away from the nearest Linse.

Linsset stepped back, his crossbow bolts still firing continuously.

More zombies fell, but stood up again after a short while.

"How come this zombie is so hard to kill!" Leon gripped his spear tightly, somewhat panicked.

"Shoot arrows to wear them down first, don't go in yet... wait, look at that zombie behind us!"

Following the direction the "goat" pointed, Lindsay noticed that the last zombie in the zombie horde was dressed in a rather unique manner.

This zombie was actually wearing chainmail that wasn't too badly damaged.

"The Goat" burst into laughter: "What great luck today! I've run into an armored zombie!"

"You're still laughing? The zombie we encountered last time was wearing leather armor, but you accidentally slashed it to pieces, and by the time you took it off, it was too worn to wear anymore."

Linsel glanced at "Broken Arrow" out of the corner of his eye, who was joking with the middle-aged adventurer. He looked relaxed and not stressed at all.

These zombies were indeed underestimated.

Linsel continued to retreat, and at the same time, he simply opened the panel during the battle and selected the monster's ability.

Both the first and second monster abilities are optional. While the first one has some use, it reduces charm and doesn't feel very appealing. The second one strengthens the existing monster abilities and also increases constitution.

Lindsay chose the second option.
