The Black Bloodline of Hogwarts

Just as Fopouler in America always arrives at the crime scene a step too late, Dumbledore and the professors at Hogwarts are also always a step too late, as seen at last year's troll scene.

"No, I didn't do it." Harry felt reassured seeing Dumbledore. "We just got here too."

Hermione and Ron echoed in agreement.

"Nonsense!"

"Argus," Dumbledore began, "your cat is not dead, it has only been petrified."

"No matter what, Mrs. Loris has become like this! I want to see someone punished accordingly!" Filch persisted.

"Argus, don't worry, our Professor Sprout just happened to plant a batch of mandrakes this year," Dumbledore continued to reassure Filch. "Once they mature..."

“Yes, I can brew the resurrection potion then,” Lockhart said first. “I have extensive experience in this area.”

"I think I am the Potions Professor, Lockhart," Snape said coldly from the side.

During Charms class, Terry Boots finally couldn't resist raising his hand.

"Professor," his voice rang out loudly in the quiet classroom, "could you tell us about the locked room... what's the story behind that legend?"

The petrification of Filch's cat, Lady Loris, along with the blood-red lettering, caused panic among the young wizards.

The various legends about the secret room spread like wildfire throughout the school, to the point that students couldn't even concentrate on their classes.

"Everyone says it's the Chamber of Secrets left by Slytherin, is it true?" Even Edgar Finch, who was usually the most attentive in class, asked.

Professor Flitwick stood atop a stack of books, his previously cheerful expression freezing instantly. He remained silent for a long time, long enough for Terry and Edgar to begin to regret their rashness.

"Hogwarts certainly has many... ancient legends," Flitwick finally spoke, his voice much lower than usual.

"The story of the Chamber of Secrets in Slytherin has existed since I entered the school. It is said that before Salazar Slytherin left the school, he built a secret place where he kept his most treasured creature—a monster capable of eliminating any student he deemed 'unworthy to learn magic'."

The classroom was deathly silent. Julien noticed that Liria, sitting in the front row, was gripping her wand tightly, her knuckles turning white.

“Fifty years ago,” Flitwick continued, his gaze becoming distant and sorrowful, “the Chamber of Secrets was indeed opened once. It was a dark time…a Muggle-born student died.”

The young wizards gasped in shock upon hearing this.

"At the time, the school was almost shut down. And the person who opened the secret room was never..." He paused, as if considering his words, "...confirmed."

The bell rang, and the students silently packed up their books. Just as Julien was about to leave, Flitwick suddenly called out to him.

"Mr. Black," the short professor looked up at him, his gaze complex, "I've noticed you've been... studying some old maps lately?"

Julien's heart skipped a beat, but he remained outwardly calm: "I'm just somewhat interested in magical geography, Professor."

Flitwick stared at him for a long time, and finally just sighed: "Be careful... You know, fairies have their own legends too. In this world, some places, once opened, can never be closed again."

The same scenario played out in Gryffindor.

Hermione Granger, who usually performs well, interrupted Professor McGonagall's Transfiguration class with a barrage of questions about the Chamber of Secrets, which made the stern professor look tired.

The night after all the professors had assured the students of Hogwarts' safety, another unfortunate piece of news arrived: Colin Creevey had been petrified.

The "helpful" Professor Lockhart immediately stepped forward to "treat" Harry, quickly relieving his pain, but also causing him to lose a bone in his right arm. Mr. Potter had to be admitted to the university hospital.

Colin Crevey may have been attacked on his way to visit Potter. He was found lying in the corridor leading to the university hospital, still clutching his camera. The film in the camera was burned.

That day, Julien arrived at the playground early. The morning mist had not yet dissipated, and the dewdrops on the grass glistened in the weak sunlight.

He needed to think, to sort out all the clues. He naturally knew what the monster that had been sleeping beneath Hogwarts was.

He had originally planned to do nothing, since no one actually died in the end in the original story. But after he and his classmates saw Colin petrified, his mind began to waver.

The petrification process of several people in the original work was too coincidental. What if someone actually made eye contact with the basilisk during that time?

He really couldn't imagine what would happen if his classmates, friends, especially Hermione, were to encounter the Basilisk.

Just then, he saw her—Ginny Weasley.

Ginny Weasley stood alone at the edge of the playground, her once fiery red hair appearing somewhat dim in the hazy morning light.

She kept her head down, her hands tightly clutching a black notebook—the unadorned notebook that Julien had noticed at the start of the school year.

She hesitated, her steps unsteady, sometimes stopping as if listening to something, sometimes walking quickly in a certain direction as if she wanted to throw away the notebook in her hand, but at the last moment she hesitated and turned back.

Her gaze shifted from Julien's face to Ginny in the distance, her icy gray eyes narrowing slightly.

"That notebook," Julien said softly, "I'm looking at that notebook."

"A notebook? What's so interesting about that?" Rozier asked, puzzled.

"Oh, wait a minute." Rozier's expression changed.

"What, did you figure something out?" Julien knew that Rozier was always very perceptive, even gifted.

"That girl's magical fluctuations were very weak..." She paused for a moment, "Oh, that notebook isn't an ordinary dark magic item. There's something inside... breathing."

In the fog, Ginny suddenly stopped, no longer lingering but slowly turning her head. Her gaze swept across the playground, fixed on Julien and Rozier.

Julien saw it all clearly—his eyes turned cold in that instant, carrying a kind of inhuman scrutiny.

Then she smiled. A slow, eerie smile that didn't belong to Ginny Weasley.
