I can see experience bars after being transported to another world.

Lu Yuan was thinking like this when he unknowingly fell asleep.

The snow fell silently outside the window, and the candlelight had burned out sometime earlier.

When Lu Yuan woke up.

[Sanity: +15...140/140]

The sky outside was not yet fully bright, and a layer of grayish-white light shone through the window. The gas lamps on the street were still flickering, and the light fell on the snow, reflected back by the snow, and emitted a somewhat bright yellow glow.

Lu Yuan sat up, his clothes billowing over his body.

Lu Yuan's main purpose today is the physical training lesson, which is one of the most important things for him right now.

Thinking about this, Lu Yuan suddenly realized a problem: where should physical training classes be held?

He quickly pulled out the list, which contained a long list of courses, but it didn't specify where each course was located.

Okay, looks like I'll have to find it myself.

After a quick wash, Lu Yuan hurriedly prepared to go out and get something to eat.

It snowed all night, and the snow on the road was piled up in a thick layer, making a crunching sound when you stepped on it.

It was still early, and there weren't many people on the road, except for a few servants sweeping the road with brooms.

As Lu Yuan walked past them, he could sense a faint, extraordinary aura emanating from them.

The lights in the cafeteria are already on.

There weren't many people eating yet; they were sitting in twos and threes.

"Lu Yuan, over here." Dean had already arrived at the cafeteria, clearly earlier than Lu Yuan.

He saw Lu Yuan come in and waved to him.

Lu Yuan got a quick meal and then sat down with his plate.

"Lu Yuan, you're here for physical training class too, right?"

Lu Yuan nodded.

Then he asked, "I still don't know where the physical training class is, do you know?"

"I already asked around about where the physical training class is yesterday." Dean broke the bread in his hand in half. "I'll take you there after you finish eating."

"That's exactly what I was worried about," Lu Yuan said with a helpless smile. "I just realized I don't seem to know where I'm in class."

"It's normal not to know. But you can easily ask a few senior students."

Dean stuffed the bread into his mouth and chewed it slowly. "The senior students here are quite friendly. If you ask around carefully, it's easy to find out."

"Huh? This bread tastes pretty good, and it even has honey in it?" Dean said, suddenly remarking.

Hearing this, Lu Yuan also became interested. He tore off a piece of the fluffy bread he had brought and put it in his mouth. It was sweet with a strange milky aroma, and the taste was indeed quite good.

After a quick meal, the two headed together toward the training ground.

The training ground is at the other end of the academy, and its structure is half open-air and half indoors.

The open-air area is also very large, and most of the snow has been cleared away, revealing the bluish-gray stone slabs underneath.

The stone slabs were arranged neatly and looked very hard.

Next to it was a row of indoor longhouses. The doors here were already open.

In front of the entrance to this venue, there are signs that read "Knight's Physical Arts Room," and the rooms are arranged in order.

At first glance, there were about four or five rooms. Some of them were closed.

Dean led Lu Yuan into the room through the open door.

This room is quite spacious.

The room was engraved with four-colored patterns, each consisting of red, black, green, and white, arranged in four concentric circles on the floor, each independent of the others.

Its appearance is very similar to the four statues in the Knights' Hall of the entrance exam, because their shapes are exactly the same, only much smaller in size, and thus placed here.

The colors of the four statues reveal that they represent peace, abundance, life, and health.

Each statue is vertically inscribed from head to toe with a row of seven beads.

Lu Yuan and Dean arrived earlier; not everyone had arrived yet.

There were only a few scattered people in this place.

Several of them were clearly veteran students. They sat cross-legged on the sidelines with their eyes closed. With each breath, a faint aura could be felt, indicating that they were practicing some kind of breathing technique.

Lu Yuan could sense a faint life force emanating from them.

Although the fluctuations were extremely subtle, they were very steady, rising and falling with the breathing of those people, without the slightest hint of disorder.

As the sun gradually rose, more and more students joined in.

Harvey arrived soon after. As he entered, he saw Lu Yuan and Dean not far away.

He then nodded to the two of them and found an open space next to them to stand.

A while later, Leon arrived.

Only four of them were among the new students; the others clearly had their own plans.

As for the other people in the venue, most of them were veteran students.

This made Lu Yuan suddenly realize a problem: shouldn't the senior students have already practiced the basic knight physical skills long ago?

Therefore, this class should theoretically be offered to this year's freshmen.

Then why are there still so many returning students? Did they not choose this option before? Or did they fail the course?

Lu Yuan thought to himself, then struck up a conversation with the senior next to him. After asking, he learned that this class was not only for freshmen, but also for those who had not taken the course before, or those who had taken it but had not graduated.

Also, those who selected a spot but didn't get a turn can come again.

Although these people are veteran students, they are still newcomers to this course.

At the same time, Lu Yuan also began to wonder how to train this physical technique.

As Lu Yuan was pondering this, a man dressed in knight's armor walked into the training ground.

He walked with a steady pace, exuding a calm and peaceful aura.

Clearly, judging from his badge, this person is also a knight, on par with the Blue Knight, and a fourth-tier powerhouse.

The newcomer stopped in the middle of the area, looked around, and spoke loudly.

"My name is the Knight of the Morning Bell."

His voice wasn't particularly loud, but it carried a certain inexplicable resonance and affability.

Everyone in the venue could hear it clearly.

"I will also be your teacher for the next three months of your introductory course on basic knightly martial arts. I will be teaching this course for the next few months."

"Since we have new students, as usual, we need to conduct a basic affinity test first."

The Morning Bell Knight's gaze swept over several experienced students on the sidelines:

"The same goes for you. The fact that you failed this course means you still have many shortcomings."

Afterwards, seeing that everyone had gradually quieted down, the Knight of the Morning Bell did not rush to begin the lesson, but instead first talked about the origin of the course.

"Knight's physical techniques are a basic, improved version of a physical technique that has been passed down for a very long time. Whether you are extraordinary in knowledge, extraordinary in strangeness, or extraordinary in mutation, if you master this physical technique to a high level, your future path will be smooth sailing, at least to the fourth rank."
