I can see experience bars after being transported to another world.

Therefore, when designing the three certification potion pools for beginner, intermediate, and advanced levels, the String Knight, who was responsible for adding potions, deliberately included the Greater Fire Potion, Greater Freeze Potion, and Greater Sanity Potion in the potion draw pool that shouldn't have appeared in the intermediate level. If someone were to draw all three at once, they wouldn't need to take the intermediate level exam.

Of course, this also indirectly shows that this person must be extremely unlucky. To some extent, such a person is not suitable for making medicine, and it doesn't matter if he is eliminated.

And now this young man not only drew the Great Flame Potion, but he was actually planning to make it. The String Knight looked at Lu Yuan's face and thought for a moment. He hadn't seen this young man before; he guessed he was a new student. A new student taking the intermediate certification exam, and daring to make the Great Flame Potion right off the bat?

The String Knight seemed to remember that there were six or seven new students this year? He thought for a moment, then realized he wasn't entirely sure. He was already quite old and didn't pay much attention to the Knight Academy's admissions process anymore; he just needed to focus on his logistical duties.

Could his path be related to pharmaceutical science? Would anyone else choose this path? How did he get in? Did he have significant achievements in pharmaceutical science? It's possible.

As the String Knight pondered this, he continued to keep his gaze fixed on that area.

At this moment, Lu Yuan's left and right hands were not even on the same level. Auden's speed in processing medicinal materials was obviously much faster than Lu Yuan's, or rather, much, much faster. His technique was also quite skillful. In particular, the Flame Grass was extremely demanding to process. It contained a large amount of fire element. If Lu Yuan were to do it himself, he would probably have to use the Knowledge Worm's ability to see the direction of the elements in the medicinal materials to barely process it.

But it was different in Oden's hands. Even though he was in a damaged state, he still processed it very quickly. The fire element was like a very obedient pet in his hands. It went wherever he pointed. Until the entire fire grass was completely processed, almost no fire element was leaked out.

Lu Yuan watched this unfold, his heart trembling slightly. Auden seemed to sense Lu Yuan's shock as well, a slight smile playing on his lips, his voice brimming with undisguised smugness: "Kid, I'm an old man who's lived for thousands of years! If I can't even do this properly, wouldn't all my efforts have been in vain?"

Lu Yuan listened, but his hands never stopped working.

He had just extracted the calming flower extract, and the silvergrass extract was also ready. Next, all he needed to do was deal with the calming grass and the emotion cocoon, and then he could start making the calming potion.

The processing on Oden's side is almost complete, but the medicinal herbs are quite difficult to process, so we need to wait a little longer.

Lu Yuan, meanwhile, calmed himself and slowly processed the medicinal herbs in his hands. Time ticked by, and finally, his left hand stopped, Oden's voice tinged with barely concealed weariness:

"All the medicinal herbs here have been processed for you. Next, I will instruct you on how to brew and refine them, but I can't coordinate that part. I can only control a part of your body. Unless I take over your entire body, but that would be too taxing on me."

"I've done a quick assessment. If I control your entire body, I can probably maintain control for about ten minutes before I fall into a deep sleep—there's no other possibility. But even five minutes would leave me exhausted. If I only control parts of your body, like your legs or arms, it will take much longer. That's because once I control your whole body, my senses will be shared with yours. Do you understand?"

Lu Yuan nodded immediately; he certainly understood that feeling.

Sensory sharing is indeed a method of control that consumes a lot of rationality. However, if Auden were to actually control his entire body, it would probably be a matter of life and death.

At that time, his consciousness had probably been completely extinguished, and he could only let Auden control his body to move forward or dodge, just like in the Bronze City.

If it weren't for Oden's control, he would probably have been rotting by the time he emerged from that inexplicable dark space.

Thinking of this, Lu Yuan was quite grateful to Oden; this guy genuinely cared about him. Oden wearily withdrew, returning control of his left hand to Lu Yuan. With his left hand back, Lu Yuan moved even faster.

Lu Yuan first put aside the prepared ingredients for the Great Flame Potion and then quickly made the Tranquilizing Potion.

The sedative potion was actually quite easy to make; the herbs had already been processed, and all that remained was to mix the ingredients and boil them, which didn't take much time. What he really needed to carefully grind was the bloodlust potion. There were nine herbs plus holy water, making a total of ten, eight of which he hadn't heard of. Fortunately, each one only required simple extraction, but it was extremely time-consuming.

Lu Yuan quickly placed the ingredients for the sedative potion into the heating vessel. Since the heating process for the sedative potion was not complicated, it was sufficient to ensure that the temperature did not exceed the limit.

Next was heating the large flame potion, which required Auden's reminders and the assurance of the gray-white text. Since Auden could only observe the flame temperature visually, some minor problems were bound to occur, so Lu Yuan had to rely on the gray-white text.

At this point, Lu Yuan could only guarantee that the Great Flame Potion would at most avoid any problems during its preparation. Auden was also present, reminding Lu Yuan of the appropriate flame size in his mind. Once the Great Flame Potion was heating up smoothly, Auden waited to wrap things up. Meanwhile, Lu Yuan focused on processing the ingredients for the Bloodlust Potion.

First, he picked up the Crimson Gold Grass and began extracting the golden threads according to the recipe. There were only two Crimson Gold Grasses on the table. Lu Yuan's technique was still a bit rusty, but he could still extract them, though it was very time-consuming. As he extracted, Lu Yuan suddenly realized that a third of the time had already passed. The calming potion was now fully heated, and the Great Flame potion was more than halfway heated.

In other words, nearly two-thirds of the remaining time could be devoted entirely to the Bloodlust Potion. Lu Yuan dared not delay, and continued to unravel the threads with his hands until he finished processing the two Crimson Gold Grasses. Another ten minutes or so passed, and a total of more than forty golden threads were extracted from the two grasses.

Unfortunately, this is a certification process; otherwise, Lu Yuan could have summoned the Knowledge Worm and had it draw the code for him, saving a lot of time.

With the extraction of the gold threads complete, the sedative potion was also fully prepared. A gray-white text message then popped up displaying the results:

[Pharmaceutical Science: +0.6...10.4/50]

A soft melody suddenly rang out in the arena, a reminder from the String Knight: half the time has passed, please pay attention. Booker finally began brewing his first potion, while simultaneously preparing the ingredients for his second potion.

Although he forced himself not to observe Lu Yuan, after so much time, he couldn't help but glance at him again. This glance almost shattered his Dao heart: he saw that the calming potion had been completely bottled and placed on the table. The clear and bright medicine and the almost star-like flowing light made him realize that this bottle of calming potion was of near-perfect quality.

Meanwhile, the Great Flame Potion was already in the heating pot and boiling. At the same time, the Bloodlust Potion had clearly been extracted, and the golden thread had also been extracted. Booker immediately realized that Lu Yuan had extracted three items: the Great Flame Potion, the Tranquilizing Potion, and the Bloodlust Potion.
