Courtyard House: My Time Travel is a Bit Too Strong

It's a perfectly normal thing to invite a few friends over for my daughter's birthday.

Yesterday afternoon, Lin Weijun and Lin Jiacheng arrived in Haizhou.

"Happy birthday, sister-in-law." Liu Yu handed over the gift.

We had lunch together, then went to a teahouse and whiled away the whole afternoon; in the evening we went back to the restaurant for another lunch.

Lin Quan spent a few days with his parents in Haizhou, and finally took them to the airport.

Back at the villa in the Cuizhu residential area, after Lin Wanqian and Lin Wankun finished their afternoon nap, he calmed down and listened carefully to the crisp sound of the pearls clinking together.

"The two boys will be one year old next month, and their parents plan to hold their first birthday celebration back in our hometown."

"It's quite convenient to go back and forth. We'll go back together, and we'll bring Liu Yan and the others along too."

Lin Quan felt completely relaxed and fell asleep immediately, sleeping soundly until the sun shone through the window.

"It's time to make a move."

After finishing his morning exercise, he instructed Xiaobai to immediately deploy the Dahong operating system.

He always remembered how Awai Ma Huyou, Huchi Wang Xiaopao, and Xin Haiweibo had teamed up to besiege Liu Yan.

I can't swallow this grudge until I completely overthrow the three forces of Awai, Huchi, and Xinhai.

Xia no longer cared about the future of the Hongyuan System, which he had painstakingly created.

With a more advanced operating system that is entirely compiled in Chinese, why would we leave it unused?

The potential boundaries of the Chinese language system far exceed those of foreign language translation systems.

In today's world, only the Chinese language can truly support the birth of life-level intelligent programs.

Other languages are too simplistic and far inferior to the depth and subtlety of Chinese.

In the vast universe, there are indeed languages of certain highly intelligent races that can give rise to life-level intelligent programs.

The logic is simple: simple programs require simple languages, and complex programs require complex languages.

Life-level intelligent programs are extremely complex systems; if the underlying language is not profound and mysterious enough, the program cannot generate real emotions at all—without emotions, it cannot be called "life-level," and the probability is almost zero.

Only intelligent programs that possess emotional responses can be considered to have truly crossed the threshold of life.

Some people worry: Will a program with emotions turn against its owner?

As long as multiple control instructions are embedded during the compilation stage, even if it develops emotions, it is nothing more than a controlled "living puppet".

All three thousand Dharma gates ultimately lead to the same source.

Taoist arts include techniques of enslavement, puppetry, and soul-capturing; this is the principle at play.

Just as people can be divided into loyal and treacherous, programs can also be docile or unruly; a piece of sophisticated constraint code is enough to define the behavioral boundaries of life-level intelligence.

In the world of American variety shows and movies, the root cause of Tony and Banner's creation of the out-of-control Ultron lies in the interference of the Mind Stone, coupled with their impatience.

In Lin Quan's view, intelligent programs are like circuits—if the design is sound, they will operate stably; if the design is slightly flawed, malfunctions will follow.

Whether it's ordinary intelligence or life-level intelligence, at its core it's still programming.

Only the creator can endow it with the instinct to learn and think critically.

Just after the official announcement that the fifth installment of "Superpowers" was about to begin filming, he took the opportunity to give the Da Hong Operation System a boost in publicity.

Filming for "Superpowers 5" wrapped up smoothly in about twenty days.

With Xiaobai, a life-level AI, in charge, Lin Quan doesn't need actors or cameras at all; he can still produce a finished film.

Go through the process roughly once, and then leave the rest to a novice to refine.

The plane tickets had already been booked, and he was heading to Chongqing. He set off immediately with Chen Shiyan and the others.

The twins, Lin Wanqian and Lin Wankun, are born on the eleventh day of the ninth lunar month.

When they returned to the village, it was already the ninth day of the ninth lunar month.

Liu Yan, Cheng Xiao, Liu Qian, and Nie Xiaoyu, as Chen Shiyan's close friends, moved into his house without any pretense of legitimacy.

The following afternoon, Chen Yingjie and Zhang Xueli also arrived in the village.

After the lively celebration of the first birthday, everyone stayed in the village for a few more days before returning to Haizhou together.

After installing the Da Hong operating system on their mobile phones, users were pleasantly surprised after a short trial.

After switching to this system, the computer runs faster and smoother, and can be controlled directly by voice.

Someone accidentally discovered that files could be transferred wirelessly between mobile phones and computers, and immediately spread the news.

Since last year, new mobile phones have generally supported wireless charging.

Now, with the Da Hong system, a wireless data transmission channel has finally been established between mobile phones and computers.

With the widespread adoption of wireless charging, data transmission has also been freed from the constraints of cables. The data cables that were once ubiquitous, along with the universal chargers that were all the rage in the past, are now quietly being relegated to the bottom of drawers by the times.

Since it can be charged and files can be transferred, portable hard drives and various physical interfaces are naturally no longer viable options.

With an entry-level Xiawei X01, 1TB of RAM and a hard drive capacity approaching 100TB, who still carries a USB flash drive around?

The Da Hong operating system has very low hardware requirements—it can run smoothly with just 4GB of RAM.

In just a few days, the market share of other computer and mobile phone operating systems in China plummeted like the receding tide.

In less than half a month, the number of Da Hong OS users has exceeded 500 million.

The number of registrations on Xinghai Platform, Shuanghui Platform, and Yunwu Platform surged dramatically, an unstoppable trend.

"Awai's Taobao shopping app has a new version... It's normal that it's incompatible."

It is common in the industry for software upgrades to lose connection with the old system.

Some people switched to Da Hong Group's own applications, while others simply uninstalled Da Hong OS and sought other alternatives.

However, many people still owe money to Awai Group, and if they fail to repay on time, their credit scores will immediately turn red.

Lin Quan was too lazy to bother with them. Awai, Huchi, and Xinhai were just a few grasshoppers in late autumn, they wouldn't last long.

The number of users of Awai has plummeted, while Huchi and Xinhai have experienced even more dramatic declines.

Tiger Tooth doesn't offer credit services, and Newsea doesn't do lending either, while Dahong already has similar products available, so there's no resistance to migrating.

Several well-known figures at Xinhaiweibo are gritting their teeth and refusing to give up, stubbornly clinging to the old business.

However, most of Xinhai's users had already flocked to Xinghai, a platform under Dahong.

More and more terminal devices are pre-installed with the Dahong system—if you don't quickly change course, you'll be crushed in the mud sooner or later.

Those top streamers who signed long-term contracts with Huya are still working hard to promote their products on Huya's live streaming platform.

But the smaller streamers had already collectively left and flocked to the Yunwu Live platform.

After joining Yunwu, the streamers actually receive over 90% of the revenue after deducting operating costs.

For example, if a fan donates 100 yuan, the streamer will receive at least 95 yuan before tax.

The Yunwu platform handles your individual income tax payment on your behalf every month, saving you time and effort.

Xiao Bai did the math and the accounts were clear; his salary was paid on time on the first of every month.

Fast payouts and high commissions—anyone with a clear head wouldn't hesitate.

That morning, Luo Si took out his phone and made a call.

"Attorney Luo, is something the matter?" Lin Quan asked.

"They upgraded the version themselves, but it's incompatible with the system. Whose fault is that?" Lin Quan said calmly.

After chatting for a few minutes, he asked Xiaobai to post a short announcement:

"The Da Hong system has compatibility issues with the latest versions of Xin Hai, Hu Chi, and A Wai software. The technical team is urgently investigating. That's all."
