Longdun Security Base, on the eastern outskirts of Ningzhou.

The night was deep, but the base was brightly lit. Five hundred elite security personnel were conducting a rigorous nighttime training exercise, their shouts echoing through the air.

On the third basement level, the command center, which had been transformed by the ghost hand into a futuristic sci-fi movie-like space, was now so quiet you could hear a pin drop.

"Drip—drip—drip—"

suddenly!

The red encrypted satellite receiver on the main control panel, which rarely lights up, suddenly emitted a rapid and sharp beeping sound! The entire screen instantly turned a blinding blood red!

Ghost Hand, who was munching on instant noodles nearby, suddenly jerked his hand, spilling noodle soup all over his crotch. Ignoring the heat, he sprang up as if electrocuted and lunged at the counter.

"Holy crap! The highest level of red encryption?"

Ghost Hand's fingers blurred across the keyboard as he typed a full sixteen-digit dynamic decryption code.

The red on the screen faded.

Only four words were left.

—【Death Valley. Come quickly.】

The signature was a miniature totem drawn in blood.

—That's the mark of "Dragon Fang," the exclusive mark of their eternal wolf king, Shura!

"Bang!"

The door to the command center was violently kicked open.

Tank, Lone Wolf, Poison Doctor, and Vulture, like hungry wolves smelling blood, rushed into the room in a second. They had clearly received the same assembly signal through their individual soldier terminals.

"Ghost Hand! What's going on?" Tank's massive body swept through the air as he grabbed Ghost Hand's shoulder, his eyes bloodshot with anxiety. "Did the boss run into some tough guys over there?"

"Stop shaking! I'll throw up if you shake it again!" Ghost Hand broke free and pointed at the long string of military coordinates and a top-secret audio clip that had just been deciphered on the screen.

"Thirty scientists are trapped, and fifteen armed police officers are out of contact. The enemy is a top-tier international mercenary group fully equipped with American weaponry. They have air defenses, heavy firepower, and they've even laid minefields!"

Ghost Hand quickly reported the situation, his voice revealing an uncontrollable madness.

"The special forces from the military region can't get in, for fear of causing an international conflict. Now, the boss has obtained temporary supreme command from the Central Military Commission!"

"He told us to bring our toughest guys."

Ghost Hand raised his head, looked around at his former comrades, and a bloodthirsty glint flashed in his eyes.

"Go and see those bastards to their end!"

Dead silence.

After a brief period of deathly silence.

"boom--!"

A deafening roar erupted from the entire underground command center, tearing the roof off!

"Hahahaha! The day has finally come!" Tank laughed loudly, tearing his black security uniform to shreds, revealing a body of muscles as if cast in steel, covered with hideous scars.

"After working as a security guard in Ningzhou for months, my bones are practically rusting! Today, I can finally go all out and pull off a heist!"

The Poison Doctor pushed up his gold-rimmed glasses. He didn't smile, but his eyes, which always seemed a little sleepy, now gleamed with an almost morbid fanaticism.

He took a row of brightly colored syringes out of the pocket of his white coat and carefully put them into the tactical medical kit.

"Thirty scientists? That's a national treasure." The Poison Doctor licked his lips, his voice soft yet chilling. "Hopefully, those mercenaries are tough enough. I recently concocted several neurotoxins, and I just need a few physically fit guinea pigs to test the peak of 'extreme pain'."

The vulture remained silent.

Like a ghost, he silently walked to the huge weapons cabinet in the corner. He entered the password and pulled open the heavy alloy door.

"Click, click."

A crisp metallic clanging sound rang out.

He pulled out a completely black, non-reflective claw knife and tucked it into his tactical boot. Then he slung a specially silenced submachine gun over his shoulder.

That is the scythe of death.

"Alright, enough with the nonsense!"

Lone Wolf put on his signature black tactical sunglasses, concealing the two burning flames in his eyes. He grabbed a communicator from the table and yelled into the distance.

"Dragon Shield Squadron, on your orders!"

"High alert at base! No one is allowed to approach the third basement level! Anyone who disobeys will be shot on sight!"

Ten minutes later.

At the top of the seemingly abandoned, massive factory behind the base, the ceiling slowly slid open to both sides.

A Z-20 military assault transport aircraft, painted entirely in nighttime camouflage and without any serial number, slowly took off amidst the roar of its massive rotors.

This aircraft was secretly allocated to the Longdun Base by the military region and is usually hidden in the factory. Even the leaders of Ningzhou City are unaware of its existence.

Inside the cabin.

There were no lights, only a faint red glow from the dial.

Five men sat on folding chairs on the bulkhead, none of them speaking. The air was thick with the smell of engine oil, and the suffocating, bloodthirsty aura that only emanated from warriors about to step into a battlefield of carnage.

They are giving the weapons a final check and maintenance.

The "click" of a bullet being loaded into a magazine and the scraping sound of a bayonet being drawn from its sheath had a strange rhythm to them at that moment.

These don't look like a group of retired veterans at all.

These are clearly a group of evil spirits who have just broken free from the shackles of worldly life and are ready to unleash a bloodbath on the human world!

The plane sped through the clouds.

Three hours later, the outline of the southwestern border was already faintly visible.

"We're almost there."

Ghost Hand looked at the distance displayed on the tactical terminal on his wrist, his voice a little hoarse.

The ramp at the rear of the cabin slowly descended.

The biting wind at high altitude instantly filled the entire cabin, making everyone's face tremble.

Just then, a deep, hoarse voice, yet exuding boundless domineering power, suddenly came from the communicator at the front of the cabin.

"Lone Wolf, Tank, Poison Doctor, Vulture, Ghost Hand."

That was Liu Ming's voice.

Upon hearing that voice, the five proud and unyielding men simultaneously felt their eyes well up with tears.

too long.

They had been waiting for this sound, waiting to hear it on the same combat channel, for far too long.

"exist!"

The five men roared in unison, their voices shaking the heavens!

"Have you brought all your equipment?"

"Reporting, boss! They even brought three boxes of those damn high-explosive grenades!" the tank roared.

"it is good."

Liu Ming laughed on the other end.

That laughter revealed a tacit understanding and madness that only the brothers could comprehend.

"Airdropping in three minutes."

"After landing, the radar goes silent. Don't worry about prisoners or international conventions."

"I have only one command."

"—Kill them all. Leave no one alive."

"clear!!!"

The red lights in the cabin flashed and then turned into a glaring green.

The five people walked to the edge of the cabin door.

Tank stood at the very front. He carried a Gatling gun, weighing over a hundred pounds and laden with gleaming yellow bullets, letting the fierce wind whip his狰狞 (zhengning - ferocious/hideous) face.

He looked down at the Valley of Death shrouded in darkness, grinned, and revealed a cruel and monstrous smile.

He slapped the cold barrel of the heavy machine gun hard with his big, thick hand.

"Old buddy."

"I've been holding it in for so long."

"Finally, I can... kill without restraint!"

"Whoosh—! Whoosh—! Whoosh—!"

Five dark figures, like five black meteors falling from the sky, leaped out of the cabin without hesitation and plunged into the deep, bottomless, and death-filled jungle!

This hunting game.

Now, this is just the beginning.
