Peninsula: From Water Injection to Stardom

Chapter 153 FelixBong

Japanese sportswear brand Mizuno has offered Yuehua Entertainment a contract worth 4.5 million yuan per year for a three-year cooperation period.

The endorsement fee offered by the other party is slightly higher than that of New Balance.

Jiang Yan had some impression of this brand because he had bought running shoes from them before.

However, none of this matters. The most important thing is that Mizuno did not make any inappropriate remarks during that special period later on.

In other words, this is a relatively safe bet.

Furthermore, if Jiang Yan signs this endorsement, he will become Mizuno's first brand ambassador in China, and all offline stores in China will then display his advertisements.

This brand has nearly 500 directly operated stores and more than 700 franchised stores in China, covering more than 100 cities, with most of the stores located in first- and second-tier cities.

Overall, signing this endorsement deal did not harm Jiang Yan at all; on the contrary, it allowed him to gain exposure in lower-tier markets.

Jiang Yan made his decision almost without much thought.

He wants to bring his talent to Mizuno first.

As for New Balance, I'm really not familiar with them, so let's not contact them again.

After finalizing the endorsement deal with the sports brand, Jiang Yan then asked, "How's the contact with QQ Music going? Any updates?"

Since NetEase made a tentative offer for exclusive rights to his content, Jiang Yan has also asked Yuehua Entertainment to talk to QQ Music.

But almost two weeks have passed since then, and he has not received any feedback.

After considering what he knew, Jiang Zhennan explained, "They have expressed interest in cooperation, but the exclusive price offered by our company's team hasn't been agreed upon yet. It will probably take a while longer."

"How much did the company report to them?"

"1500 million a year."

"That requires a serious discussion."

Upon hearing the price, Jiang Yan didn't think there was anything wrong with Yuehua's offer.

He even felt the offer was too low.

"Talk to your department later and tell them not to rush into signing a contract with QQ Music. Take your time," Jiang Yan instructed Jiang Zhennan.

"Okay, but aren't you afraid they won't agree in the end?" Jiang Zhennan didn't understand his younger brother's intention.

"Disagree? Just you wait and see. After some time, they'll be willing to pay even if it's not this price," Jiang Yan said confidently.

He currently holds two titles that are yet to be officially announced: Valentino's Asia-Pacific brand ambassador and NFL promotional ambassador.

Once these two announcements are made, his status will rise even higher.

Moreover, record companies in the United States are also eyeing him closely, and it's estimated that they will make a move soon.

He only needs to wait patiently.

I didn't explain this to Jiang Zhennan in detail. This kind of thing is either understood or not, and it's hard to explain if you don't understand it.

The latter stayed there for another ten minutes before going off to do other work, while Jiang Yan continued to do the final rehearsals for the upcoming concert.

m

On the 30th, the FC (Fist of the Year) at the South Korean Olympic Handball Arena will officially begin at 10 pm tonight, lasting for a total of two hours.

A large crowd had already gathered in front of the venue, and the two official offline merchandise stores that were temporarily set up at the entrance were immediately snapped up by fans who arrived one after another as soon as they opened.

Limited edition concert merchandise, including limited-edition cards, jackets, keychains, phone cases, and other items, sold out in less than half an hour.

The purchasing power of Feli is undeniably strong.

Yuehua Entertainment, upon receiving this feedback, was slightly shocked by the purchasing power of Jiang Yan's fans. After all, these peripheral products were low-cost items with high markups, yet they sold out so quickly.

However, it's too late to contact the OEM to replenish the stock now, so Yuehua Entertainment could only temporarily announce through their official SNS that there was no stock of the merchandise.

Upon seeing this news, Feli fans were naturally in an uproar, rushing to the official account's comments section to attack.

"Yuehua, you can't even do this simple thing right?"

"Speechless. They didn't even have any stock. Do they think we can't buy it all?"

"The debut album was never reprinted, and there are no remaining merchandise items. Yuehua Entertainment, you really know how to not make money even when you have the chance."

"They won't even stock up on 5,000 units of FC merchandise for one event? There's a limit to how stingy they can be!!!"

"Can't you at least take our Yanbao's first FC game seriously? I'm speechless!!!"

'

"Whether Feli was present or not, they all bombarded Yuehua's official account with comments, and within half an hour, the comments had reached tens of thousands."

This also broadened the horizons of onlookers, who exclaimed that Feli. truly lived up to his reputation, displaying formidable fighting prowess.

Jiang Yan, who was backstage at the venue, found out about it immediately, but he didn't pay much attention to it.

Anyway, the person being criticized wasn't him.

However, he didn't care that there was no stock of related merchandise.

According to his current contract with Yuehua Entertainment, he can only receive 10% of the revenue from merchandise sales; the rest goes to the company and the organizers.

So he didn't bother with it. He'll only start worrying about it after he signs a new contract with Yuehua Entertainment and the revenue share increases.

Come to think of it, he doesn't even have his own light stick yet.

Jiang Yan plans to design his first-generation [FeliBong] himself using Photoshop and then have it manufactured by a specialized factory.

As for what element to use for the light stick's design, he had already thought it through. He designed it to resemble a volcano, playing on the pun of his own name being reversed.

Then place a firebird on the volcano, which naturally corresponds to Jiang Yan's fan—Feli.

But there's no rush regarding the light sticks, since it's still a long way from when he actually starts his tour.

Inside the lounge, Jiang Yan was changing clothes with the help of a stylist, confirming the final look.

His hair color has been bleached from black to golden brown, and his hairstyle is no longer the usual side-parted style, but a slightly messy side-parted style.

In addition, she also wore some eye makeup this time, so the visual effect was not neglected.

Although mainstream singers don't necessarily need to focus too much on visual effects, Jiang Yan is just starting out and needs to have the drive of a young person.

One reason why so many people like GD is his strong style when he was young.

As for his outfit, the first one he wore today was a performance costume custom-made for him by Valentino. The costume was covered with sequins and looked very luxurious.

The whole outfit gave off a superstar vibe.

Simply put, it has a powerful aura.

But that's true. Singers have to act cool on stage, and they need to have a strong presence to hold their own on a big stage.

Of course, strong singing skills are also a necessary prerequisite; otherwise, it's all for naught.

Someone who can manage facial expressions during a typhoon but only knows how to lip-sync using pre-recorded vocals isn't a singer; they're an actor pretending to be a singer.
