Full health is the kill threshold, no matter if you're a god or a demon!

Mordred shut down the guild channel, loosened her grip on the sword hilt, then clenched it again, then loosened it again.

He stared at Liu Nian, his voice hoarse: "You... you infiltrated this place a long time ago?"

Liu Nian did not answer the question, but said, "Thank you for your hard work. I'll take care of the city from now on!" After saying that, Liu Nian's lips curled up slightly, revealing a set of white teeth.

Mordred's face turned completely pale.

He had considered the possibility of someone coming, but he hadn't expected them to arrive so quickly, and to break in without their knowledge, just like when they had suddenly defected within the city in cooperation with the Pharaoh's army...

Mordred was even more surprised that it would be Liu Nian who arrived!

He even suspected that this guy might have already infiltrated the city!

Liu Nian has already made a move.

"You—!" Mordred drew his sword to defend himself. His sword was a legendary two-handed greatsword, and its parrying ability was no less than that of a regular heavy defensive shield!

Unfortunately, this time his opponents were Liu Nian and the Starbreaker!

A burst of light erupted from the Starbreaker's fist. Within the light, Liu Nian's fist moved as fast as lightning, whistling through the air, and slammed into the sword, producing a deafening metallic roar.

The greatsword bent violently like a bent iron bar, and then snapped in two with a bang!

Shards of the blade flew everywhere, one of them grazing Mordred's cheek and leaving a deep bloody gash.

The force of the punches did not diminish; they continued forward.

"Bang—!!!"

Mordred's body flew backward like a kite with a broken string, crashing through the stone wall of the city lord's mansion and leaving a human-shaped hole in the wall.

Gravel and dust poured out of the hole, and his body crashed onto the street outside, rolled twice, and then vanished in a flash of white light.

[Killed Level 199 player Mordred (Guild Master of the Night Cemetery)]

[Little Tuantuan is collecting experience points...]

Liu Nian withdrew his fist, and the silver-white light on the Starbreaker gauntlets slowly faded away.

He looked around the hall, and the remaining undead players were frozen in place as if they had been frozen in place, none of them daring to move.

"Clear the area," Liu Nian said in the guild channel. His voice wasn't loud, but every word carried an undeniable killing intent. "Leave no one alive."

On the other end of the channel, the Sun-Eater's roar was deafening: "Did you hear that! Leave no one alive! Kill them all!!"

The Demon Bear Clan players and the Abe Bee Clan began clearing every street and every house in Graystone Castle.

The warriors of the Demon Bear Clan charged into the horde of undead like human tanks, taking them down one by one with a punch and a kick. The skeletal soldiers were like paper before the Demon Bear's brute force, crumbling at the slightest touch.

The Abe bee-men hovered above the street, unleashing a torrent of spells from above. While their individual spells didn't deal much damage, their sheer number, frequency, and wide coverage made them invaluable. Fireballs, ice spikes, and lightning bolts rained down like a storm, blasting the undead creatures on the street to shreds.

In less than twenty minutes, the small city was completely cleaned up.

Immediately afterward, Devourer of the Sun led the players in a counterattack against the underground undead lair. The pharaoh's army that emerged from the mountain was pursued and killed along the tunnels, all the way deep underground.

[System Announcement: Mordred, the temporary owner of Graystone Keep, has died. The Pharaoh's forces have been expelled from Graystone Keep, and Graystone Keep is now in a state of "ownerlessness."]

Liu Nian looked at the announcement and a slight smile appeared on his lips.

At Liu Nian's signal, an Abebe bee had already planted the Divine Dragon Guild's flag at the highest point of the city gate tower.

The golden dragon flag unfurled above Graystone Castle, fluttering in the wind.

Liu Nian walked alone to the second floor of the city lord's mansion.

The city lord's mansion was in complete disarray—tables and chairs were overturned, walls were cracked, pillars were broken, and the ground was covered with blood and bits of flesh. However, the main structure was still relatively intact. This fortress was built during wartime using the strongest stone materials and could not be destroyed in just a few battles.

We went up to the second floor and found the secret room.

The dark golden crystal still floated in mid-air, its surface shimmering with a faint light. It continued to spin, waiting for the next master's hand to press upon it.

Liu Nian walked up to the crystal and was about to reach out his hand.

Suddenly, an old voice came from behind.

"Sir, please wait!"

"Huh?" Liu Nian turned around in surprise.

An elderly man in a gray robe, leaning on an ebony cane, emerged from nowhere, his footsteps light, as if afraid of disturbing something. His hair was gray, his face thin, and his features were covered with wrinkles.

[Level 199 Graystone Castle Butler - Alfred]

The old butler walked up to Liu Nian, bowed deeply, and his gray hair fell down, obscuring his face.

"My lord, thank you for saving Graystone Castle." His voice was hoarse. "Those undead... they killed the city lord, the guards, and countless civilians... If it weren't for you, this city would be completely finished."

Liu Nian looked at him without saying a word.

But the cold, eerie blue light on the Starbreaker's gauntlets flashed.

I never expected there would still be survivors...

If that old guy dares to say anything about returning Graystone Fortress to them, Liu Nian will not hesitate to kill him with a single punch!

Oh, so when the undead players take over the city, you just hide without saying a word, but as soon as I take over, you come out to "reclaim" the city. So, just because I'm a good guy doesn't mean I deserve to be the unlucky one.

However, this old guy still had some brains. He said he was grateful for saving Graystone Castle... instead of thanking us for helping to recapture Graystone Castle. Otherwise, Liu Nian would have already killed him as a remnant of the undead!

The old butler seemed to sense Liu Nian's murderous intent. He didn't dare to say anything more, and tremblingly took out a city sculpture from his pocket, held it in both hands, and handed it to Liu Nian.

"This is the seal of the city lord." The old steward held it up with both hands and handed it to Liu Nian. "Only by adding this can one fully acquire ownership of Graystone Castle. Before his death, Lord Aldrick instructed me that if he were to die, this seal should be given to someone capable of protecting Graystone Castle."

He paused, his aged eyes staring straight at Liu Nian.

"Sir, you are that person!"

Liu Nian took it. This thing was a miniature version of the Graystone Castle sculpture. Obviously, this thing should have been integrated with the crystal base.
