"My father and Uncle Nutao went together when that meteorite fell."

Mount Fuji, covered in snow, bowed its head.

"Back then, they were still brothers, and my grandfather was the daimyo of the Snow Country."

"The meteorite landed on the glacier in the north, but my father said it wasn't a meteorite, it was a monster."

Ryukura Akira narrowed his eyes.

"It separated its soul and body into two people, one to inherit the soul and the other to inherit the body."

Yukie placed her hand on her chest.

"My father received a soul, and Uncle Nutao received a body."

"The soul will be passed down from generation to generation with the bloodline of the Feng Hua family. After that soul entered my father's body, it fell into a deep sleep and never made a sound again."

She looked up.

"But Uncle Nutao was different. His body changed from that day on. He had to keep eating icy things. My father said that when he saw Uncle Nutao kneeling on the ice field stuffing snow into his mouth, he knew that nothing good would come of it."

"Later, Uncle Nutao usurped the throne."

Her fingers unconsciously began to rub together.

Ryukura Akira spoke up: "He wanted to kill you, surely not just because you're Fuuka Hayase's daughter?"

Yukie nodded.

"That soul was dormant in my father's body. My father is dead, and now I'm all alone."

"I think killing me would require complete power."

Her fingers clenched the hem of her clothes.

"He wants power. Power to rule the ninja world, power to make the Land of Snow prosperous."

Ryukura Akira didn't speak. He glanced at the three snow ninja.

Recalling how he had called out "God" earlier, Ryukura Akira let out a breath, realizing that he had figured out many things.

Dragon claws, the skin of the Snow God, living beings within a meteorite, symbiotic monsters.

Ryukura Akira raised his right hand to his eyes and turned it over to look at the back of his hand.

Visitors from another world.

"The thing inside that meteorite," Ryukura Akira pondered, "should be a dragon. Or some kind of dragon-like creature."

"This aircraft wasn't mentioned in the original story, so it seems the problem lies with the Snow God."

"Feng Hua Nu Tao probably obtained the dragon's body and used it to research some things. Interesting, those three Snow Ninjas recognized my dragon claws immediately."

"It seems... that Wind and Waves also has the ability to transform, this is going to be tough."

"There's one more thing I'm not sure about." Ryukura Akira walked to the edge of the aircraft, looking at the sky in the direction of the Land of Snow in the distance. "Why kill?"

He didn't turn around.

"You're saying that Nutao believes killing you will make the Snow God's power complete? What makes you think that? Did that creature tell him? Or did he just guess?"

"I don't know," Yukie said. "My father never told me any of this."

Ryukura Akira remained silent for two seconds.

"There are too many uncertainties," he said, almost to himself. "That guy's strength, his true form, and why is Feng Hua Nu Tao so certain that killing Xiao Xue will make him stronger?"

"Isn't he afraid of being possessed?"

He rubbed his temples.

"That's all I know." Yukie stood up. "You don't need to worry about me now."

Naruto whirled around: "What did you say?"

"I said, you can leave now." Yukie's voice returned to its calm tone. "I've given you the information. I've told you what I have on me. Whether you want to investigate the Snow God or go back to Konoha, it's none of my business anymore."

She took a step toward the edge of the aircraft.

"Just hand me over to them."

Naruto grabbed her wrist.

Yuki did not turn around.

"Do you know what you're saying?" Naruto's voice was very low.

"I know."

"You don't know." Naruto walked up to her and placed both hands on her shoulders.

He used a little force to press Yuki's body down to his height, and the two of them stared at each other.

"Your life has never been insignificant. Your father would never have wanted you to die."

Yukie's chin began to tremble.

"But Uncle Nutao..."

"That 'Raging Wave' guy!" Naruto exclaimed excitedly. "I don't care if he's my uncle or some Snow God! If he wants to kill you, he's the enemy! If he's the enemy, beat him up! It's that simple!"

Tears fell, drop by drop, landing on the metal surface and quickly freezing into ice beads.

Naruto released her shoulder and took a step back.

"Before I send you to the Land of Snow, you are my mission objective. I will not hand you over to anyone."

"Then when I get to the Land of Snow, I'll go and beat Fuuka Nata to a pulp, just you wait and see!"

Yukie covered her face with her hands.

"Naruto, save me! I want... I want to live!"

Ryukura Akira glanced at them, then sat cross-legged against the wreckage of the mechanical arm, took out a piece of dry food from his pocket, broke it in half, and stuffed it into his mouth.

Chewing and chewing, it turns out he's begging Naruto instead of me. As expected of the power of talk-no-jutsu.

He's not good at giving advice, Naruto does it much better.

He chewed on his dry rations, his eyes unfocused as he stared at the distant clouds.

A being that does not belong to this world. Ten years ago, it landed in the Snow Country, coexisted with two humans, and gave its soul to one and its body to the other.

Just how much impact will that guy have on the world, and how much will he affect the original plot?

Are there any other visitors from another world? If not, what was the reason for that guy's transmigration? If so, what is the relationship between them?

Ryukura Akira was unaware of any of these matters. The only thing he could be thankful for was that he hadn't discovered any additional time travelers over the years.

This suggests that even if there were other transmigrators, they would most likely have been affected by many unknown factors, just like this guy.

He put the remaining half of the dry ration back into his pocket, stood up, and patted the crumbs off his hands.

"Naruto."

Naruto turned his head.

"Let her finish speaking and then rest for a while." Ryukura Akira gestured with her chin toward Yukie.

Then he paused, and added, "Get her some clothes."
