High Martial Arts: Creating a Prodigy Character from Scratch

"Excellent! Martial artists should have such goals and ambitions!"

Lu Tiankuo's voice suddenly rang out; he had arrived at the martial arts classroom without anyone noticing.

Qin He complained helplessly, "Principal Lu, please don't always show up so quietly. It's easy to scare people to death."

He didn't know if Lu Tiankuo had some kind of perverse sense of humor, as he always appeared silently.

In fact, Qin He was very vigilant, but he would subconsciously ignore the matter each time, failing to notice Lu Tiankuo's arrival and unaware of what special imagery Lu Tiankuo was cultivating.

"Sorry, sorry. Something came up and I had to go back to school. I didn't mean to scare you. I'll try to make my voice heard next time."

Lu Tiankuo's apology was completely insincere, and his face even carried a wicked smile, leaving Qin He speechless.

However, he was also a little curious. Mirror Lake must be very busy, so how did Lu Tiankuo still have time to return to school?

It should be noted that Lu Tiankuo's last return to school was because Director Xing Zhaoying awarded Qin He the Third-Class Medal of Valor.

This time, I'm afraid there's something quite significant going on with him.

Could it be that his genius potential level has been successfully upgraded, and he's going to be awarded more scholarships?

Qin He's eyes lit up, and he looked at Lu Tiankuo with anticipation.

"It's not that fast. I'm back at school mainly to prepare for the seven-school joint entrance exam." Lu Tiankuo shook his head and mentioned something special.

Qin He looked puzzled: "Are the other martial arts high schools planning to hold a joint exam? There don't seem to be any important exams recently. Could it be the midterms?"

Judging from the words, he could roughly guess the meaning of the seven-school joint examination.

Jinghu City has a total of seven martial arts high schools, and Jinghu No. 1 High School is one of them.

The so-called seven-school joint exam is most likely a joint exam of these seven martial arts high schools.

However, as far as he knew, Jinghu City hadn't held any joint examinations in recent years, so why did they suddenly want to hold one?

"Could it be for the Mirror Lake Secret Realm?" Qin He had a sudden inspiration, as if he had thought of something.

If I had to name a major event in Jinghu City recently, it would undoubtedly be the Jinghu Secret Realm incident, though I always felt that the two events were unrelated.

"That's right, it's for the Mirror Lake Secret Realm, but not the midterm exam, but the monthly exam in the eighth week."

Lu Tiankuo nodded, then corrected Qin He's words.

The joint exam of the seven schools was naturally related to the Mirror Lake Secret Realm, but it was not the midterm exam that Qin He had imagined, but rather the second monthly exam.

After all, the midterm exams are in the tenth week, which is about a month away.

If the joint exam of the seven schools is scheduled for the midterm exam, there will be no time to prepare for many things.

"This matter was brought up by the principals of Jinghu No. 2 Middle School and No. 3 Middle School, and several other principals responded positively. Do you know their purpose?"

Lu Tiankuo was quite surprised, not expecting Qin He to react so quickly and immediately connect it to the Mirror Lake Secret Realm. He became interested and wanted to test Qin He's thinking ability.

"Is it because of the spots for entering the Mirror Lake Secret Realm? Our school got too many spots, causing dissatisfaction among other martial arts high schools?"

Qin He seemed to be deep in thought. Knowing that this matter was related to the Mirror Lake Secret Realm, it was easy to guess the reason.

Needless to say, other universities must be envious.

I want to prove myself through the joint entrance exam of seven schools.

If they can outperform Kiang Wu High School in the seven-school joint entrance examination, thus proving the excellence of their students, they can use this as grounds to request more places from the Education Bureau.

"Yes and no. The students from No. 2 and No. 3 Middle Schools are of good quality and are indeed vying for places, but other universities are not like that."

"They knew their students were slightly less capable, but they still responded enthusiastically. Do you know why?"

Lu Tiankuo nodded in agreement and corrected Qin He again.

This time, Qin He was also puzzled, not quite sure what the other universities were thinking.

If we follow Lu Tiankuo's line of thinking, the joint entrance exam for the seven universities doesn't seem to offer any benefits to other universities.

"The reason is simple: they want to get a feel for the situation and take this opportunity to learn about other universities."

"If their students lag far behind other schools in this seven-school joint exam, then they'll have to seek outside help..."

Lu Tiankuo didn't keep Qin He in suspense. Realizing that Qin He didn't understand the reason behind it, he slowly revealed the secret.

Judging from the past performance of Jinghu City Wudao High School, No. 1, No. 2 and No. 3 are considered to be the best.

The remaining four martial arts high schools have a student body of varying quality.

Even the top students in their school are relatively mediocre compared to other high schools in Jinghu City.

It's one thing to be slightly behind in regular exams, but once the Mirror Lake Secret Realm opens and top students from all schools are put together to compete, they might end up with nothing and gain no benefit whatsoever.

Therefore, some universities simply gave up the benefits of this opportunity and used it to recruit talent from outside.

Just because the quality of students at their school is not good doesn't mean that the quality of students elsewhere is not good.

If we can take advantage of this opportunity to recruit martial arts geniuses from other cities and give them this spot, we can succeed.

They promised that all the benefits obtained from the Mirror Lake Secret Realm would belong to these martial arts geniuses.

However, in return, these recruited martial arts geniuses must participate in the Starry Sky Grand Examination in the name of their school.

If these martial arts geniuses achieve good results in the Starry Sky Grand Examination, or even get into Star Martial University, that will be a real political achievement.

This is what those university leaders were planning.

To put it bluntly, they are simply using the allure of Mirror Lake Secret Realm to attract high-quality students.

Such things are quite common in the Star Martial Federation.

There was once an ordinary martial arts high school student with no reputation who used this method to find a martial arts genius, who even managed to get into one of the twenty-eight Star Alliance academies for the first time.

This greatly increased the reputation of the martial arts high school, and it even became a famous school in the area.

Most importantly, the Star Martial Federation may have thought that this method was beneficial to competition among universities, so it did not prohibit this method of competing for students, which allowed this practice to be passed down.

After all, competition is an eternal theme for martial artists.

Only with enough pressure can martial artists compete and cultivate even stronger ones.

Therefore, Lu Tiankuo had already guessed this situation when the Mirror Lake Secret Realm was created.

"I see. I never imagined there were so many twists and turns behind a joint college entrance exam."

Qin He took some time to process the matter and couldn't help but sigh.

He never expected that the appearance of the Mirror Lake Secret Realm would cause undercurrents to surge within the university community of Mirror Lake City.

It can only be said that the Starry Sky Secret Realm is more important than he expected.

"So, Principal Lu, you told me the truth about the seven-school joint entrance exam because you wanted me to hide my weaknesses in this monthly exam and not stand out too much, so as not to provoke these universities?"

Qin He looked up at Lu Tiankuo, wanting to know his purpose in bringing this up.
