Elven cultivators

Chapter 92 Clan Reform (Bonus Chapter for 800 Monthly Tickets)

Spring of the year 9320 in the Dawn Calendar.

Eighteen years have passed since the Second Elder brought back the dragon and left Dragon City.

Over the years, many things have happened to the Silver Moon Clan.

After absorbing the twelfth elven race, the Silvermoon Clan's total population finally exceeded 4000.

Compared to more than a decade ago, the population has doubled.

Following this, the elders, after deliberation, decided to suspend the admission of more people.

The clan will need time to absorb the new population, stabilize its internal structure, and enhance its cohesion.

Fortunately, this period is not expected to be too long.

After enjoying the high energy concentration of the Eternal Tree and the high-efficiency training brought by the Dragon Essence Elixir, the newly joined elves' sense of belonging to the clan has greatly increased.

This is the benefit brought about by the cultivation dividend.

It allows each individual to clearly perceive the intuitive reward of "becoming stronger upon joining," greatly enhancing their sense of belonging.

Especially after they learned about the existence of rune equipment, improved potions, special combat skills, and spirit-gathering talismans, they felt extremely fortunate about their decision to join the Silvermoon Clan.

The latter is far more powerful than they initially thought.

In this process, the name Anton became widely known.

Everyone knows that the Silvermoon Clan, or rather their clan, has an unparalleled genius.

When there are resources for cultivation, rewards for effort, and a sense of purpose in striving, the people's allegiance will naturally follow.

Amidst the overall prosperity, the initial chaos caused by the clan's absorption of outsiders quickly subsided.

The entire clan embarked on a path of rapid development and began implementing a series of reforms.

The first step was the expansion of the Forest Guard.

The original Forest Guard was not large, mainly because there were not many adults in the original Silvermoon Clan who were strong enough to meet the standards for guards.

However, as Anton improved the Dragon Essence Elixir, the clan's overall strength has significantly increased over the years.

Therefore, taking advantage of this population increase, the Forest Guard not only absorbed a large number of qualified personnel from its original tribes, but also recruited adult combatants from various elven races, increasing its total number to more than 1,200.

The organization of the guards has also been changed accordingly.

The original forest guard was divided into squads and companies.

Each team consists of 10 people and has a team leader.

Five squads form a company, with a company commander.

Now, a battalion has been established above the squad and company.

Each 6 squadrons form a battalion, which is headed by two battalion commanders: a commander and a deputy commander.

There are a total of 4 brigades.

All positions at the squad leader level and above are held by Silver-rank combatants.

Based on this calculation, the Forest Guard has at least 152 Silver-tier combatants who serve as captains alone.

Eight of the captains were either Silver-ranked or Silver-ranked at the peak.

Previously, the Silvermoon Clan certainly wouldn't have been able to find so many Silver-ranked warriors.

However, in recent years, with the Dragon Essence Elixir, the Spirit Gathering Talisman, and the recent Spirit Gathering Array, the Silver-rank combat power in the clan has increased significantly.

Furthermore, the addition of the elven race has brought dozens of silver-tier combatants to the clan, greatly filling the gap in the captain position.

Below the captain level, more than two-thirds of the guards possessed the strength level of the Black Iron rank.

This is still due to the addition of foreign elven groups, which significantly reduced the proportion of Black Iron rank.

After all, these races live in harsh environments with scarce resources, and their strength improves slowly. The overall strength of adult elves is far inferior to that of the Silvermoon Clan.

However, now that they have joined the Silver Moon Clan, they can also enjoy the benefits of Dragon Essence Elixir to aid their cultivation.

With time and growth, the proportion of Black Iron rank members in the Forest Guard should be able to recover quickly.

In terms of Gold-tier combat power, there are still only Cedric and Elena.

The alien elven race lacked Gold-rank combat power; otherwise, they wouldn't have been reduced to seeking refuge with the Silvermoon Clan.

The entire Silvermoon Clan, including Anton, currently only has six Gold-tier combatants at most.

Fortunately, with the construction and increase of spirit-gathering arrays, the clan's gold-tier combat power will only increase in the future.

In terms of equipment, the Forest Guard's goal is to equip all members with rune-enchanted equipment.

Each person should have at least one weapon and leather armor of the luminous quality.

However, due to the large increase in the number of people in a short period of time, it is not yet possible to have all the staff on staff.

One reason is that the annual production of frost-patterned silver is limited.

One reason is that only Anton can currently craft rune-enchanted equipment.

The latter only dedicates a portion of its time each year to crafting rune-inlaid equipment, thus its production is also limited.

However, there's no rush. The Silvermoon Clan rarely engages in battles these days, so equipment wear and tear is minimal. It's only a matter of time before everyone is fully equipped with rune-enhanced gear.

In addition, the Forest Guard also has a small number of Scaled Lizards as combat partners.

The domestication of the Scaled Rock Lizard is basically complete, and it is currently in the stage of large-scale breeding. The number is small, and only about thirty have been supplied to the Forest Guard.

Even so, it greatly excited many guards.

It is foreseeable that once the Scaled Lizard colony is fully established and supplies are readily available to the Forest Guard, the latter's strength will inevitably experience a qualitative leap.

Even without considering the future, the Forest Guard is already a formidable force.

If it were the current Silvermoon Clan facing the Molten Thorn Tribe again, they could easily win even without joining forces with Grayrock Fortress.

The second reform measure is related to the Gathering Spirit Room.

To date, the clan has fourteen spirit chambers.

As before, the Spirit Gathering Room is still only open to clansmen of Silver rank and above.

However, compared to the number of Silver and Gold rank members in the clan, the number of Spirit Gathering Chambers is still too small.

To this end, the Elders Council established a series of rules around the Spirit Gathering Room, taking into account duties, ranks, and performance, so that all eligible spirits could take turns using the Spirit Gathering Room.

At the same time, the clan is also stepping up its efforts to collect materials and build more spirit gathering chambers.

Finally, there's the birth rate.

After seven years of experimentation and observation, it was confirmed that the fertility-promoting elixir did indeed have the effect of promoting fertility and had no side effects. The elders then began to promote and popularize this elixir within the clan.

The elves, however, did not object to it.

In the high-pressure environment of the Eldron Plains, even elves tend to be practical in their thinking.

They quickly accepted Duozidan.

However, it will take a long time to see exactly how much it will increase the birth rate.

In addition, with the full support of the elders, Anton successfully set up a life-giving array covering the entire settlement, with the Fountain of Life as its core.

After the formation was activated, there were no obvious anomalies in the settlement.

Promoting fertility and nourishing life also happens gradually and subtly.

Like the Multi-Child Pill, the Life-Generating Array will also take a long time to show concrete results.

......

Inside the Hall of Eternal Harmony, the lights were on.

The three elders sat behind long tables, dealing with the piles of documents on them.

One of the costs of the clan's rapid development was the explosive increase in the amount of work that needed to be done every day.

This can be seen from the mountain of documents piled up on the table in front of them.

Despite being busy, the three of them were happy to do so.

What they most hoped to see was for the clan to grow stronger and achieve glory.

This goal is being achieved little by little now, how can they not be happy?

At this moment, the Second Elder suddenly looked up, pointed to the parchment in front of him, and said, "The intelligence from Biyue Harbor indicates that another military outpost on the Dragon Fang defense line has been destroyed."

This news immediately attracted the attention of the other two elders, who both looked up.

"Where is it this time?" the Third Elder asked.

"The Lonely Rock Outpost on the western front," the Second Elder couldn't help but sigh. "This is the twenty-first military outpost destroyed in recent years."

"Kreisor Dragon City is probably going to be furious again."

The Third Elder's face revealed a gloating smile.

"I heard that last time they sent five high-blooded gold-tier dragonkin to ambush the mysterious person who made the move, four of them were killed, and the remaining one managed to escape by luck thanks to a teleportation-type extraordinary magical item."

Upon hearing this, the First Elder and the Second Elder also showed faint smiles on their faces.

The more Longcheng suffered setbacks, the happier they became, and they even developed a more favorable impression of the mysterious man.

Not long ago, Longcheng revealed the identity of the mysterious person who attacked the military outpost. It is said that the person is named Canglan, who was wanted by the Biyue Port Garrison more than seventy years ago for killing the bodyguard of the president of the Liuhuo Chamber of Commerce.

However, he disappeared without a trace and has not appeared since.

They only reappeared in recent years.

Many people have already suspected that the death of Everett, the president of the Blazing Fire Merchant Guild, was very likely orchestrated by Cang Lan.

Following that, Dragon City also issued a bounty for the mysterious person, with an astonishing amount of 50,000 gold coins, which caused quite a stir.

However, very few people accepted the bounty.

On the one hand, the vast majority of races have no goodwill toward Dragon City and are happy to see them suffer a setback.

On the other hand, it's also because Canglan's strength is too formidable.

Not to mention his record of single-handedly destroying more than twenty military outposts.

He single-handedly fought against five high-health dragonborn of the upper-middle rank in the Gold rank, and even managed to kill four of them, almost wiping out his entire enemy force.

Even if this strength isn't quite at the peak of the Gold rank, it's not far off.

Even ordinary gold-ranked players wouldn't dare accept this bounty, let alone ordinary people.

Therefore, to this day, Canglan remains free and unfettered, which amazes many people while also prompting them to secretly mock Longcheng.

"I didn't expect that the Meteor Dragon Society would have an expert of this level," the Third Elder said with a chuckle.

Although there is no clear evidence that Canglan is a member of the Meteor Dragon Society, no one else would fight Dragon City to the death.

The three chatted and laughed for a while before turning to another topic.

The Grand Elder's gaze swept over the two of them, and he asked with a light laugh, "How are the effects of the Rejuvenation Elixir?"

"Very good." A smile appeared on the Second Elder's cold and hard face.

The Third Elder nodded with a smile.

Guiyuan Elixir is a newly developed elixir by Anton, similar to Longyuan Elixir, but with significantly stronger effects.

The magic concentration of the Gold Rank far exceeds that of the Silver and Iron Ranks, so the Dragon Essence Potion is far less effective for them.

However, the Returning Origin Potion is different. Even at the Gold Rank, one can feel a significant acceleration in the speed of magic power condensation after taking it.

After cultivating for a period of time while taking the Rejuvenation Elixir, both of them made significant progress.

The First Elder nodded slightly and glanced at the Second Elder.

Leaving aside the Third Elder, who is at the middle level of the Gold rank, the Second Elder is a high-level Gold warrior.

Once his magical power reaches its limit, he can attempt to awaken his own power of laws.

If successful, the Silvermoon Clan will gain another peak-level Gold-ranked warrior, the benefits of which are self-evident.
