The fact that dangerous vagrants are out at this time means that...

Ao Qing squinted and looked at the sea. Two mechs that had been hit by EMP pulses stood there motionless.

Crimson Storm and Cherno Alpha.

Just like in the movie, two of the three Jaegers are disabled, leaving only the Gipsy Danger unaffected because it is powered by primitive nuclear energy.

Faced with two Level 4 monsters that were clearly targeted at a specific operation, the human side was not well prepared and had to urgently deploy the newly repaired Dangerous Gipsy to the front lines of the battlefield.

The two drivers of the dangerous vagrant had only worked together for a short period of time.

Inside the cockpit, Raleigh Beckett took a deep breath, and Mori Asako remained silent. Their minds were linked, and they seemed to be thinking as one.

The two soon arrived at the battlefield, and Ao Qing followed.

To be honest, Ao Qing never understood the setting of this world. For example, because the blood of monsters is poisonous, the land and water that come into contact with the blood will be contaminated, which is even more serious than nuclear radiation pollution. Therefore, the only way to fight is to use cold weapons in close combat.

The battle below was just like that; the monsters didn't have much ranged attack capability, so they also engaged in hand-to-hand combat with the humans.

As soon as the Dangerous Gipsy landed, the Level 4 monster Tail Rat rushed up, cutting in from the side and swinging its tail to clamp down on the mech's left leg.

The ridge-backed turtle charged straight at the mecha's face, opening its mouth to bite the mecha's right arm.

The Dangerous Gazelle raised its left arm and slammed it directly into the side of the ridge-backed turtle's head.

The turtle's head was knocked to the side, but it did not retreat; instead, it tightened its grip on its right arm.

The armor on the mech's right arm emitted a piercing metallic creaking sound under the pressure from the monster's mouth.

The fight scenes in the original storyline didn't seem to be like this. Ao Qing recalled the events and realized that the plot had indeed deviated from this.

The Dangerous Gipsy was being bitten on the right arm and clamped on the left leg, its entire center of gravity being pulled in two directions by the two monsters.

Raleigh and Mori Mako made the same decision simultaneously in the cockpit: not to struggle, but to go with the flow. The mech gave up resisting the pull of its right arm, tilting the entire machine toward the ridge-backed turtle, and using the momentum of the tilt, it thrust its right knee into the turtle's abdomen.

The ridged turtle let out a muffled groan and opened its mouth.

The Dangerous Gazelle's right arm broke free, but the hydraulic joint at its elbow overloaded, and the elbow struck the ridge-backed turtle's shoulder-neck junction.

The armor shattered, and grayish-blue blood sprayed onto the armor on the mech's chest, bubbling up fine bubbles. The armor was corroding at a visible rate.

With the tail still clamped around its left leg, the Dangerous Ranger ignored the injury to its leg, turned around, and slammed its right fist into the tail's head.

The tailed rat dodged to the side, and a fist slammed into its shoulder and neck, but its tail tightened at the same time.

The hydraulic pipe at the left knee of the mech finally gave way under the pressure and burst into a burst of sparks.

The Dangerous Gazer knelt down into the sea.

The ridged tortoise pressed down from the side again, the gap in its shell on its forehead opening, and a dark blue electromagnetic pulse began to build up.

Inside the cockpit, Raleigh's nose was bleeding down to his lips as he trembled and pressed a button on the side of the control stick.

Ao Qing raised his head.

More than a dozen fireballs plummeted from near-Earth orbit, leaving orange-red trails as they pierced through the clouds and exploded simultaneously above the Gipsy Danger.

Each fireball splits into dozens of independent components the instant it reaches its predetermined height.

Thrusters, joint modules, armor plates, weapon attachments.

They regrouped in an orderly fashion in the air, each flying towards different parts of the Dangerous Gipsy.

The first armor plate was fastened to the left shoulder, the second right arm unfolded from the back of the mech, and the third thruster module was locked to the back.

A moment later, the Dangerous Gipsy stood up again.

Each of his shoulders had an additional set of laser emitters, and the energy nozzles on his back glowed with an orange-red light.

A folding electromagnetic cannon was hanging on the outside of his right arm. The barrel was longer than the mecha's forearm when extended. His second right arm was a whole size thicker than the original, and his five fingers were clenched into a fist.

"What is this? Hulkbuster armor?" Ao Qing stared in disbelief.

Without a doubt, only a time traveler could do this.

Just as the electromagnetic pulse on the turtle's forehead was about to be fully charged, the third hand of the Dangerous Wanderer came crashing down, silencing it with a single punch and slamming its entire body into the sea.

The tail-standing rat loosened its left leg and spread its fleshy wings, wanting to take off.

The thrusters on the back of the Dangerous Gipsy ignited, and the entire mech leaped up from the shallows.

The new right arm grabbed the tail of the shrew, pulled it down from mid-air, and slammed it into the pile of containers at the edge of the dock.

One punch broke its fleshy wings; two punches caused its venom sac to burst open; and when the third punch landed, the tailed rat's head slumped into the puddles.

The Dangerous Wanderer stood on the ruins of the dock, its shoulder-mounted laser emitter suddenly activated, shooting towards the ridge-backed turtle that was trying to escape.

"Sizzle!"

The aroma of charred flesh and the stench of blood filled the air. The intense heat caused the wounds on the ridged turtle to carbonize directly, and not a single drop of blood flowed out.

Moreover, the wound was on the head of the ridge-backed turtle, so after the laser struck, the ridge-backed turtle became completely still.

The cockpit door of the Dangerous Gipsy opened, and Raleigh climbed out and sat on the shoulder of the mech.

Blood was already flowing down her chin. Mori Mako leaned against the inside of the cabin door, her eyes closed, her chest still heaving.

Ao Qing stood on the roof of the warehouse, watching the new right arm descend from the tracks.

Deployed into near-Earth orbit, modular armor, and assembled in real time in the air.

This world's technology tree can't reach these things; someone else has done it for them.

"Interesting." Ao Qing was becoming increasingly interested in this time traveler.

The monster's corpse needs to be recovered.

Ground crew arrived in a tugboat from the port, and the maintenance team's crane was already in place.

Everyone was busy, and no one noticed a man in a dark gray suit walking down from the roof of the abandoned warehouse, crossing the puddles at the edge of the dock, and heading towards the mecha.

Ao Qing stopped at the foot of the Dangerous Wanderer and looked up.

The mech's new right arm gleamed coldly in the sunlight after the rain, and traces of ablation from re-entry into the atmosphere still remained at the joints of the joint modules.

He reached out and touched the armor on the mech's ankle with his fingertips; there was no special energy residue.

Ao Qing withdrew his hand. The person who could create this thing was neither inside the mecha nor on the battlefield, but he would definitely be able to see this battle.

He turned around and walked deeper into the base.

Behind him, the cockpit door of the Gipsy Danger was still open, and Raleigh Beckett sat on the shoulder of the mech, head tilted back, eyes closed.

Mori Mako noticed Ao Qing, but she didn't say much, treating him as just an ordinary person who wanted to become a mecha pilot.
