Warhammer: My buddy has too many secrets!

Chapter 66 Artistic creations all originate from life.

Zola said loyally.

Lancelot nodded, then reached into his Space Marine storage box at his waist and took out the Tesseract, which emitted a bright blue light.

"I'm going to take this with me, Dr. Zola. What do you think the next battle will be like?"

Lancelot said this, and Dr. Zola was taken aback upon hearing it, before quickly replying:

"Red Skull is in trouble. That guy is incredibly arrogant! He just developed an energy weapon, and I advised him to slow down the progress, but he insisted on killing the inspectors sent by the Führer at this critical juncture. This has directly led to a break between Hydra and Germany!"

"Now that you've arrived, my lord, not only has Red Skull's arm been severed by you, but more importantly, the Tesseract has fallen into your hands."

"His biggest asset for a comeback is gone. He should have fled back to the Alps, back to our Hydra's largest base."

Dr. Zola had worked with Red Skull for a long time and knew his true nature well. When he was arrogant, he was absolutely outrageous, but once he was injured, he would definitely run back to the safest place to carefully lick his wounds and then plot something big.

"Then he'll probably be looking for you everywhere, Dr. Zola," Lancelot said, glancing at Zola beside him. "After all, he doesn't want to keep losing two arms."

Do you have any instructions?

"When you get back, make sure the mechanical arm you build for him isn't too powerful," Lancelot said. "Red Skull needs to be defeated by Captain America. You're in charge of the rest of the planning, but make sure Captain America and Red Skull crash in the Arctic Ocean and that Captain America is frozen solid."

"Sir, why is this?"

Zola was somewhat puzzled, because even though he was now infinitely loyal to Lancelot, he still felt a deep-seated disgust for Rogers, a typical American man with a perfect American butt and super pectoral muscles.

Not only because of the free will the other party represented, but also because Zola knew how sickly Rogers used to be, but after a serum modification, he was transformed into this national standard handsome man, which made Zola extremely jealous!

"Because if we don't let him crash in the Arctic Ocean, Captain America might be able to run for the future President of the United States, and we also need to make sure that Captain America can appear seventy years from now and solve a danger that affects the universe."

This is unnecessary for us Hydra, and would greatly affect the future unification of the Empire, so do you understand, Dr. Zola?

"I understand, sir."

Upon hearing this, Zola immediately bowed, while Lancelot nodded.

"In that case, I'll take you back first. Where is the Hydra base around here? I'll take you there." Lancelot said, tossing the test tube of the panacea to Zola.

"You can take this and study it, but I need you to keep the results highly confidential."

Dr. Zola nodded quickly, and Lancelot, without saying a word, led him to the vicinity of the Brock Jet Motorbike.

Upon seeing the motorcycle, Dr. Zola's eyes lit up with excitement, and he quickly gathered around the vehicle, examining it from head to toe.

But from his perspective, after scanning the surroundings, he realized that although the motorcycle was highly technologically advanced, it was perhaps too primitive for an empire that could manipulate time and space ten thousand years from now.

"Perhaps this person simply prefers this retro style, or perhaps more advanced technology simply couldn't be brought back?"

Dr. Zola tried to justify himself internally, after all, the size of this vehicle was indeed too huge for ordinary people, and it was only suitable for giants like Lancelot to use!

The motorcycle started, and Lancelot took Zola back to the Hydra base, handing him a communication device and an Imperial double-headed eagle amulet.

This thing is the most commonly used defensive shield by Imperial Guard officers in Warhammer 40k; its scientific name is Refractive Field.

This was a little gadget that Lancelot had casually picked up when he visited the weapons facility in the Reverse World. Now that he had given it to Zola, it was a way for him to have some means of self-defense.

"Sir, I will contact Red Skull next. Where are you going next? Do you need my help?"

Dr. Zola carefully placed the ornamental double-headed eagle inside the lapel of his suit.

"You just need to know your task."

Lancelot said this as he mounted his motorcycle.

He was preparing to make a trip to London. The Sorcerer Supreme, Lancelot, was still very keen to make contact with him, after all, the other party was in charge of the magical order, adjudicated the magical affairs of Earth, and supervised the three great temples of New York, London, and Hong Kong in order to maintain the stability of the world.

If the other party is a bald woman, you might be able to chat for a bit, and even get some help from this guardian of the earth.

With that thought in mind, Lancelot started the motorcycle.

"Long live Hydra! Long live the Emperor!"

Dr. Zola spoke with great enthusiasm.

Lancelot, with a slight twitch at the corner of his mouth, sped off towards London.

The stats (GW) of the Brock Jet Motorbike are basically filled in by hand. It's essentially a motorcycle, but when it flies high enough, it's not much different from an airplane.

So Lancelot overcame all obstacles and flew directly to London.

The technology of World War II would not have been able to detect this flying vehicle. In addition, Lancelot's psychic powers have become stronger in the current Marvel world, so even his three-meter-tall body would have no difficulty stealthily moving in the human world!

And so, Lancelot arrived in London during World War II.

Looking down from the air at this place known as the Fog City, Lancelot received an answer that felt somewhat like hell.

It's important to know that London's "Foggy City" isn't a romantic fog, but rather a mixture of coal smoke and industrial fumes.

"Scan...evaluate...low-level hive city."

At this moment, the Space Marine helmet inside Lancelot made this assessment of the city before him.

But this isn't the Warhammer universe, it's the Marvel universe. And aside from the superheroes, much of the history between the Marvel universe and Lancelot's real world is actually quite similar. The recreation of England is what makes Lancelot most nervous.

It can only be said that the source of creation is life. GW was able to write the dark and tragic Warhammer universe without any templates.

As the origin of the Industrial Revolution and the birthplace of capitalism, all these grand narratives, which seem like great technological leaps, are actually the result of the blood and tears of workers.

If the Warhammer universe still has a touch of wild fantasy, with interference from warp demons and aliens, then Great Britain in the real universe is simply a real-life version of magic.

How should I put it?

Britain is the country with the most rampant and egregious child labor.

In Lancelot's understanding, it was hard to imagine that four- or five-year-old children would go to textile factories or coal mines just for a bite to eat, working 12 to 16 hours a day for wages that were only 1/10 or even less of those of adults.

In textile factories, only children could crawl under the high-speed spinning mules to pick up loose cotton fibers and prevent the machines from stopping; they were known as "mule cleaners."

It wasn't until the mid-19th century that Britain began to introduce laws restricting child labor; before that, it was completely legal.

And this is how Lancelot sees London now: a low-level hive city in the Warhammer world, where the people are ignorant and lack even the slightest sense of resistance. Similarly, the upper class doesn't treat the lower class with the same respect one would show to one's fellow human beings.

But when Lancelot thought about the almost identical scenes scattered throughout the Warhammer universe, he felt somewhat powerless.

Ugh.

Lancelot sighed, unable to bear watching any longer.

The struggle will continue in any case.

There will always be people with ideals moving forward.

Lancelot took a deep breath, his gaze shifting elsewhere at that moment.

The psionic energy has already indicated the building for Lancelot.

For Lancelot, the building was extremely conspicuous.

It resembles a beam of light shooting into the sky, extremely conspicuous. The beam of light spreads out in outer space to form a peculiar symbol, which is the Eye of Agamotto, and also one of the shields protecting Earth from the invasion of dimensional demons.

Lancelot saw the core of the pillar of light: a four-story building with domed sides, seemingly constructed of stone. Its style was vastly different from the surrounding industrial-era buildings, yet it stood alone among the other buildings, seemingly without any sense of incongruity.

"London Temple"

After a moment's thought, Lancelot decided to land directly in the backyard of the London Temple, one of the three great temples on Earth.

Given the Ancient One's high status as the Sorcerer Supreme, she probably already knew about my existence long ago, so there's no need for her to hide it.

Lancelot landed in the backyard of the London Temple, then looked at the wooden door in front of him. After a moment of silence, Lancelot bent down slightly and knocked on the door.

dong dong dong.

The wooden door made a soft creak, but there seemed to be no movement inside. Lancelot, not believing it, prepared to knock again, but at that moment, a mature voice rang out behind him.

"You're much more polite than some big guy I met in New York; at least you didn't try to squeeze into a door that was obviously too big for you."

Lancelot suddenly turned his head and saw a person wearing a yellow robe, bald, with a face that seemed to be female, but with an almost divine and neutral quality.

"The Ancient One!"

Lancelot couldn't help but utter her name, and the Ancient One, standing with her hands behind her back, looked at the tall Lancelot before her and said with slight surprise:

"Your power is very special, extremely special. You can even roam freely in the spiritual realm and use its power to interfere with reality. This is not something an ordinary person can do. Interfering with the real universe from the spiritual realm is the realm of gods. Are you that eternal messenger?"

"But it seems you're not a dedicated mage. Your body has undergone some very special modifications. If I heard correctly, you have two hearts, right?"

Looking at Lancelot before her, the Ancient One asked, "You seem to be a warrior. May I ask what brings this warrior, who appears out of nowhere, here?"
