A mysterious machine stood atop the Primarch's throne, humming and transmitting extraordinary energy through ribbed cables, enveloping him in ripples of a stasis field.

Guilliman sat quietly with his eyes closed, seemingly enduring or contemplating. In his static state, he remained as he had been ten thousand years ago, his body still bearing the lingering smoke of the final battle.

His blood glittered like jewels on his armor. The armor still bore the marks of the damage he sustained in his final duel with the demon Primarch, Forgrim.

Lancelot looked down and saw a huge greatsword on his knee. It was the Emperor's own sword, and it was through this sword that the Emperor, far away in Terra, located his loyal son!

The very next second that Lancelot and the others appeared in the Guilliman Sanctuary, an almost frantic alarm sounded in the Hera Fortress outside!

"Invasion! Invasion! An unknown intruder has appeared in the sanctuary of the Father of Genetics!"

In that instant, Lancelot and the Imperial Guard's sudden appearance caught the elite Honor Guard, the Ultramarines stationed at Hera Fortress, completely off guard!

Even though Lancelot was accompanied by the Imperial Guard, this sudden and uninvited arrival was practically a slap in the face to all the Ultramarines!

If it were the enemy, their defenses would be completely useless. Even if the members of the Honor Guard frantically rushed back to defend, they couldn't stop Lancelot and his group from doing anything after their precise teleportation.

However, what Lancelot is about to do might be a tremendous blessing for the Ultramarines.

"Wake up, Guilliman. We have a lot of things to do. We can't rest yet."

Lancelot stepped forward and stood before Guilliman, raising the Imperial Blood in his hand!

This acted like a coordinate, allowing the Emperor, far away in Terra, to receive the signal.

And so, a drop of blood seeped out from the quartz test tube in Lancelot's hand, and then quickly burrowed into the wound on the Primarch that had been pierced by the traitorous serpent demon and injected with warp poison!

Something began to resurface within Robert Guilliman's body—a flame that began to burn even under the suppression of the still field!

At that moment, Lancelot gently wielded the indestructible arc of light in his hand, the smooth sword beam drawing sharp crescent arcs around him, and this scene was also reflected in the view of the recording server helmet in the Sanctuary.

"No!"

Outside, Ultramarines Chapter Commander Calgar watched this scene and roared almost madly. As the Chapter Commander, he knew better than anyone the extent of his father's predicament.

The subspace poison nearly destroyed their genetic father completely; even the still field could only keep him in a desperate state of near-death.

Once the prohibition is broken, what awaits the Ultramarines is the complete death of their own genetic father.

But the next moment, what appeared in his senses was a scene that could only be described as miraculous.

Where Robert Guilliman had been sitting, there was now only a pale, stagnant spirit.

But now, the Primarch's heartbeat began to resound throughout the entire Sanctuary, and could be heard and even sensed across distant communication channels, revealing the terrifying life force emanating from the Primarch's body.

As for Robert Guilliman, he felt as if he had been awakened from an endless nightmare.

He felt as if he had fallen into an endless ice cave, but for some reason, a flame ignited in his chest, and in that flame, he heard voices calling his name.

Among them were the calls of his adoptive parents, Cornel Guilliman, and Ms. Tarasha Euton.

They called out a name softly, a name that was "Robert," over and over again.

Young Robert did not respond immediately because he knew he had an original name, Robert Guilliman, which had been used by his biological father before he was born.

He is the cold, ruthless "Number Thirteen," a war god created by someone. Robert knew from a young age that he was a weapon, and his mind was filled with war and all kinds of brutal war arts.

But young Guilliman underestimated the power of love.

The gentle voice called out again and again. Emperor No. 13 even forgot when he was moved. Perhaps it was just an ordinary afternoon when he heard Ms. Eudon calling his name while arranging flowers in the garden. So he immediately smiled and turned around to ask if he needed help.

But from that moment on, this born son of war was lovingly given a human skin called "Robert Guilliman" by Lady Eudon and Governor Connor.

No matter how difficult the days that followed, the Son of War clung to the human skin he wore and used it as his source of strength.

And it's the same now.

I should wake up.

With that thought in mind, Guilliman began to struggle to swim out of the ice cave, and at that moment, he felt hands seemingly reaching out from somewhere invisible and pulling him up.

"Robert————"

"Guilliman————"

The names and tones were different, but Guilliman recognized the figures as his Primarch brothers. However, to his surprise, some of the voices did not seem to be the ones he knew.

Those voices belonged to those he should have already betrayed, those he despised the most, but the voices of his brothers sounded different because some of them seemed to have turned into female voices.

Robert thought he might have misheard, but the next time he witnessed a scene he would never forget.

Two emperors appeared before him and then suddenly pulled him out of the ice cave!

A voice is calling.

"Wake up, Guilliman!"

air!

And so, Guilliman opened his eyes.

The light in those eyes, even through the image transmission from the server's skull, struck Calgar as if he had been struck by lightning.

In those eyes, he saw what seemed to be an endless flame!

His expression was like a sculpted granite face, frozen for thousands of years, full of revenge and rage, but now, he had finally rallied once again!

Then, Guilliman stood up.

His figure was so tall that even Lancelot appeared shorter than him. At that moment, he gently grasped the Emperor's Sword, which had been resting on his knees, and flames instantly blazed forth from its blade!

The Primarch was like a thundercloud, and his return was like a bolt of lightning piercing through the entire Macragge!

Although the alarms at the Ultramarines' fortress outside continued to blare, all the Ultramarines felt that resonance and tremor from the depths of their blood and souls!

Lancelot fulfilled the vision he had told the weeping ones.

Robert Guilliman, the Ultramarines, the Magnum, the Five Hundred Worlds, the Thirteenth Legion, the Emperor's Primarch 13—has returned like lightning!
