Marvel: Starting with the Glint-Glint Fruit.

"He believed it?"

Bucky, sitting in the passenger seat outside, looked at Negley.

"That information is real. I didn't lie to him. Besides, I brought you along to make him believe it." Negri smiled slightly and started the car.

The other party is a war hero.

As a former soldier herself, Negri was empathetic and, given the availability of a blood sample, preferred to complete the transaction peacefully.

Bringing Bucky along and telling Isaiah the message of the Hydra is simply a gesture.

If even someone like Bucky Barnes, the Winter Soldier, who used to be part of Hydra, could be taken down, one can imagine how immense the power behind Negley must be.

Finding Isaiah also means that Negri could have achieved his goal through violence.

But she didn't choose to do that, and Isaiah would then believe the authenticity of the information.

"Okay." Bucky thought about it for a moment and then stopped worrying about it.

He was a kind person after all, so this was obviously a good ending.

As Negri started his car and drove away, he glanced at Bucky without realizing it, a barely perceptible smile playing on his lips.

She didn't tell him that she actually had another purpose.

Judging from Bucky's expression, she won again, winning twice this time.

I'm such a genius.

I'm going to have some fun tonight.

Rumble~

Negri's car disappeared completely at the end of the street as it drove on.

.......

At the age of eighteen, Matthew already possessed assets worth tens of billions. Compared to other chosen ones, he earned them entirely through his own hard work (and trickery).

However, once you've spent a little more than that, the numbers really don't make much difference.

Drekoff left behind such positive assets; the old man had his eye on all the most valuable industries in the world.

Over time, these industries not only retain their value but also appreciate significantly.

For example, oil, arms, and food are fine in peacetime, but in the event of war, the value of these industries will increase dramatically.

Matthew would naturally have no time to manage the business.

So he generously delegated authority, happily promoting his secretary Carla to give her full control over his business and logistics.

Kara was extremely busy with this, and thankfully she conducted interviews and poached talent to build the executive management team.

Otherwise, she really wouldn't be able to manage it all by herself.

Drekoff also had a management team, but Kara quietly replaced them all with her own people without making a fuss.

Kara is exceptionally talented in this area.

Everything is starting to get back on track.

Even better news is that Negri brought back Isaiah's blood sample, and the laboratory in St. Petersburg has already begun developing and optimizing a new serum.

With Isaiah's stable blood sample, five frozen super-soldier prime ministers, the complete recipe, and so on, all these things combined...

If the team cannot achieve side-effect-free optimization of the serum, they may have to start over.

Chief Research Officer Milson confidently asserted that it could be completed within a month.

However, several test subjects need to be injected with it and then observed for a period of time.

Of course, test subjects are everywhere; it's not difficult to find a few death row inmates in St. Petersburg.

Matthew himself was working on mastering the Six Forms.

The Six Forms are physical techniques that transcend the human body, representing the ultimate mastery of a training system.

It is the World Government's standard elite navy's full-body basic physical skills system, directly under the Navy.

It's not about scattered techniques, but a complete and systematic training of the entire body from head to toe, encompassing muscles, bones, breathing, strength, speed, defense, and agility.

It is a complete set of physical training methods.

Not everyone is born with exceptional physical strength and talent to comprehend the Six Forms in a short period of time.

The development of the Six Powers was intended to cultivate elite naval forces or spies for the World Government.

From basic training to advanced training, one can eventually master the six forms.

Matthew's understanding of the six techniques came from the system's daily check-in system, which was a forced indoctrination of the final result, allowing him to skip the earlier training subjects and directly enter the field.

He hadn't paid attention to this issue before.

Now he wants to build an unconventional warrior legion, and the Six Styles are the most suitable training program for the daily training of a powerful warrior legion.

Because now he has mastered all six techniques and can even comprehend the advanced ultimate technique, Life Return.

The training methods prior to the Six Sources were not difficult.

After spending some time organizing it, he basically created a complete set of training textbooks.

Not everyone can learn the Six Styles.

Aside from the fact that this is a highly classified physical technique, the biggest limitation is the physical talent requirement.

The pre-training requirements for this are too demanding. Ordinary people could easily cripple themselves by practicing this, or even die in severe cases.

Raiche's talent is already quite remarkable; his size and innate strength and physical attributes surpass those of ordinary people. However, he still cannot meet the training standards.

Why did he go to such lengths to develop a version of the super soldier gene serum with no side effects?

It's not just about building a super soldier army.

This legion is terrifying to ordinary humans and nations, but compared to hell, Asgard, or civilizations and races outside Earth with billions of years of history, it is nothing.

He wants to assemble a warrior force capable of directly confronting these civilized races.

A group of super soldiers would be nothing more than cannon fodder if thrown onto the battlefield.

Steve Rogers' future success will be demonstrated by his leadership and decision-making abilities, charisma, and ability to stabilize morale on the battlefield.

In terms of combat prowess, before he wielded Thor's hammer and transformed into Captain Thor, he was purely for fun.

Throughout, Matthew's most basic requirement for his soldiers was physical fitness.

Super Soldier Serum is a prerequisite for fulfilling this basic requirement.

Steve Rogers transformed from a skinny monkey into a muscular hunk, changing not only his physical strength but also his innate talents, self-healing abilities, adaptability, and the strength of his bones and internal organs.

This also includes his mind.

When rescuing his best friend Bucky, who had been captured and imprisoned by Hydra, Steve glanced at Hydra's strategic map through an iron gate and memorized it completely.

He possesses a photographic memory and exceptional learning and comprehension abilities.

To put it simply, my comprehension has also changed.

With this foundation, there will be no obstacles to learning the Six Forms.

At that time, their physique may not be limited to the usual ten or twenty tons, but will be able to greatly increase their upper limit, grow in training and combat, and become as powerful as the admirals in the navy.

Once they collect and activate the Devil Fruits, they will have enough physical strength to unleash their full potential after consuming them.

It seems he can replicate and build his own navy.

I just don't know if Haki can be passed on to these guys. Conqueror's Haki is basically impossible; it has innate requirements and is influenced by bloodline.

However, Armament Haki doesn't seem to require Observation Haki to be included.
