Mellen Town, Prometheus Family Guesthouse.

As night deepened, moonlight slanted in through the half-open blinds, casting interplay of light and shadow on the wooden tabletop. A faint aroma of tea filled the room, mingled with the distinctive sea salt scent of this fishing town.

Finn sat on the edge of the bed, his blue eyes slowly sweeping over each of his companions in the room, and spoke first: "So, what does everyone think of this commission?"

"Let's just do it!" Grace clenched his fists against the wall, his voice booming as if it could lift the roof. He stared intently at Finn, his gaze burning. "Finn, didn't you want to revitalize the Lilliputians? This is a golden opportunity! Think about it—discovering a potential crisis, saving the town from peril—if word got out, everyone would believe you're a true hero!"

"Grace," Riveria said calmly, sitting quietly on the other side of the wooden table, her voice breaking in, "honor isn't the point!"

She turned to Finn, her tone firm and unwavering: "You saw it for yourselves this afternoon. Although the town looks prosperous, quite a few orphans are malnourished and rely on the Njord family's charity. If something really happens to the Njord family, the consequences will be unimaginable."

She only said this much, but those who knew her well understood—this proud elf, though not good at expressing her emotions, was incredibly kind at heart. Having spoken, her decision was likely already made.

Loki was already sprawled on another bed, her face buried in her arms, looking like she was sulking. She mumbled, "It's probably better to help... After all, Njord and I are old acquaintances in Celestial Realm. If I refuse, I'll definitely get endless nagging next time we meet."

She paused, her one exposed eye glancing at Finn: "Besides, Finn, didn't you already have your mind made up?"

Finn nodded, about to conclude, "Since everyone agrees—"

Before the words were finished—

Loki sprang from the bed, her pent-up resentment finally finding an outlet. She stormed to Riveria, pointed a finger at her, and shouted, "Riveria! What were you doing with Prometheus behind our backs at the luncheon?!"

Finn and Grace were both startled, and their gazes turned to Riveria simultaneously.

Loki spoke rapidly, giving no one a chance to interrupt: "I saw it all! You even knelt before him and accepted the flowers he gave you—are you going to fall for someone else? Are you going to leave me?!"

A brief silence fell over the room after these words. Finn frowned slightly; although he felt things were unlikely to be that bad, Loki's certainty made him suspicious. Grace scratched his head blankly, glancing at Loki and then at Riveria, clearly not yet fully processing this sudden influx of information.

"W-What nonsense are you talking about!" Riveria's face flushed visibly, and she rarely showed such panic. "Lord Prometheus and I don't have that kind of relationship!"

However, Loki wouldn't listen to any explanation. He pointed to the crystal flower hair ornament pinned in Riveria's hair and declared confidently, "This is the proof! This must be your token of love!"

The air in the room seemed to freeze for a moment. Finn and Grace looked at each other blankly, while Riveria's face was already flushed red to the roots of her ears.

"This is Lord Prometheus's reward to me! It provides a certain degree of boost to magic power!" Riveria finally lost her temper, her voice unusually tinged with annoyance. "We were just discussing the management of the newly reborn sacred tree!"

After saying that, she decisively took the crystal flower hair clip from her hair and handed it to Finn, her meaning all too clear—she wanted him to confirm it for himself to prove his innocence.

Finn took the hairpin, his fingertips gently tracing the veins of the petals. The instant he touched it, he clearly felt the flow of magic within him become smoother, as if a hidden meridian had been opened. He raised an eyebrow slightly, a hint of surprise flashing in his eyes.

"It does have an amplifying effect." He handed the hairpin back to Riveria and nodded calmly.

Even so, he was already seven or eight parts convinced. After all, this wasn't the first time Loki had been jealous, it was just that this time it had gone a bit too far.

Grace glanced at Finn's expression, then at Riveria's flushed face, and roughly understood that Loki had made a mistake. He scratched his head and said gruffly, "So what exactly happened? You've been acting strangely since this morning in the shop."

Riveria took a deep breath to calm herself before slowly saying, "This morning, I sensed a warm life force emanating from Lord Prometheus. At first, I thought it was my imagination, but when I arrived at their clan's open space at noon, I discovered a newly grown sacred tree nearby."

She paused, her tone softening unconsciously: "That sacred tree is still very young, but it holds immense potential. Aina can't come with us on this adventure because of her respiratory illness. But if it's here, everything changes."

Finn's eyes flickered slightly upon hearing this.

"So I suggested to Lord Prometheus that Aina take care of this sacred tree," Riveria said, putting the hair clip back into her hair. "This hair ornament was the reward I received back then."

Finn nodded thoughtfully, then looked at Riveria, his tone unusually filled with genuine joy: "It's wonderful that Aina can come to Melen. It's been about a year since our five-person team has all been together. If she can adapt to the environment here, even if we're stationed in Orario in the future, we can still see each other often."

He pondered for a moment, his gaze becoming distant: "In that case, the policy towards the clans does indeed need to be adjusted."

"If what Lord Njord said is true," Finn's voice was calm and firm, but a barely perceptible flame burned in his eyes, "we can develop in Melendo for a while, and it won't be too late to challenge the Zeus Hera Familia after our strength has increased."

"Tomorrow we'll discuss this with Lord Prometheus, get to know each other, and then explore Lake Lolog together."

Grace chuckled and replied, "That's easy. I heard their clan also has two Level 2s. Just have them fight it out!"

Riveria seemed to recall some unpleasant memory, and said while holding her head, "Your way of thinking is still so violent."

No sooner had he finished speaking than Loki's voice abruptly cut in.

"Ah—so that's how it is..." she drawled, her tone guilty, her eyes darting left and right, but she didn't dare look at Riveria.

But this goddess was clearly adept at yielding and maneuvering. The next second, she sidled up to Riveria, tugged at her sleeve, and said, "Okay, okay, I was wrong, alright? Riveria, don't be angry anymore~"

Seeing that Riveria's complexion had improved, Loki's eyes lit up, and he immediately became arrogant, opening his arms to pounce on her: "Come on, let me hug you~ Riveria-chan!"

However, Riveria only turned slightly to the side.

With a dull thud, Loki slammed solidly into the wall behind him.

Grace couldn't help but laugh out loud, while Finn shook his head helplessly. Riveria looked at Loki, who was groaning and whimpering against the wall, sighed softly, and a barely perceptible smile appeared on her lips.
