Game of Thrones: Dragons have three heads, not three-headed dragons.

Chapter 53 The Second Sub-Dragon, Doran's Plan

Oberyn never imagined that Oris would publicly reveal Arianne's engagement. After all, neither Doran nor Oberyn had intended for Arianne to know this. Arianne looked at Oberyn with surprise. "You knew it too, didn't you? That's why you never intended for me to inherit Sunspear City." Oberyn lowered his head, speechless, unsure how to answer his niece. Although Arianne's abilities were limited, she had always held herself to the standards of an heir. Now that she knew she was merely a tool to win over Viserys, she was even more furious. Arianne pressed closer to Oberyn. "So you never arranged a proper marriage for me, just to prevent me from having the ability to inherit Sunspear City."

Upon hearing Ariane's words, Oberyn's veins throbbed. He was about to explain when he saw Oris's enigmatic smile, and his anger finally erupted. He stepped forward and shouted, "Oris, I challenge you to a duel!" Oberyn's actions were quickly stopped by the guards in the hall. Oris, watching Oberyn's frantic state, replied, "This is a matter between your families. Resolve it yourselves. Afterwards, you can continue to discuss the alliance with me." Oris then turned and left, while Oberyn, still being held down by the guards, gritted his teeth as he watched Oris walk out of the hall.

As Oris walked out of the hall, he turned to Daenerys and Daelen, who were following closely behind, and said, "Ser Darryl arranged a marriage between you and Viserys when you were young. Daenerys was to marry Quentin Martell, and Viserys was to marry Arianne Martell, hoping to use the power of Dorne to help you restore your kingdom. I don't know why he didn't tell you when he died. Two years ago, when I went to Dorne, I did indeed break off your engagement with Quentin Martell."

"That's all I know. As for why Dorn didn't help you when you were wandering, I don't know either. If you want to know, you'll probably have to ask Oberyn."

After speaking, Oris turned and left, because he could already sense that the first wyvern he had created was complete. This wyvern, which combined the bloodlines of the lizard lion and the sea serpent, had no idea what kind of abilities it would possess.

After returning to his room, Oris bit his finger and used blood magic to examine the dragon egg. As he explored further, Oris's expression changed noticeably. This dragon, a hybrid of a lizard lion and a sea serpent, had a crocodile-like head and body, but its limbs had turned into fish fins.

Oris felt that this image looked very familiar. After recalling his memories from his past life, he realized that it was a mosasaur from Jurassic World. It was a scaly creature that dominated the oceans of the Earth in the early Cretaceous period. In reality, the largest mosasaur could reach a length of 17 meters. He wondered how big the mosasaur in the world of A Song of Ice and Fire would grow.

After completing his investigation, Oris did not hesitate any longer and immediately summoned Qyburn. He then brought out two unpardonable prisoners from the dark cell and performed a sacrifice there to induce the mosasaur to hatch.

Qyburn watched Oris's actions with excitement. He had always enjoyed human research, and when he met Oris, he was moved by Oris's offer to help him with his research, so he became Oris's assistant. Besides assisting Oris with some political communication, he spent most of his time conducting human research in the black dungeon that Oris had built. This was also the first time he had seen Oris use blood magic, which made Qyburn very excited. He hoped to learn blood magic from Oris for research on human modification.

In the dark cell, Oris personally slit the throats of two criminals. The blood from their necks flowed down their heads into the basin containing the mosasaur egg. As time passed, more and more blood accumulated in the basin, and the stench of blood in the cell grew stronger. Qyburn, who was standing nearby, held his breath. Oris stepped forward and dripped his own blood onto the top of the mosasaur egg.

After that, the top of the mosasaur egg began to crack, and a sharp head pushed open the shell. Then the shell gradually cracked, and a baby mosasaur hatched out. Its surface was still covered with the mucus from inside the egg, but after swimming around in the basin, the mucus gradually disappeared. Oris reached into the basin, scooped up the baby mosasaur, and placed it on his shoulder.

At this moment, Qyburn quickly stepped forward to record the form and data of the Mosasaurus. This was one of the tasks that Oris had given to Qyburn. Oris had more and more animals under his command and was already the true master of the Beast Taming Sect. In order to ensure that future generations could be familiar with the habits of various dragons and wyverns, someone needed to record the data of various dragons and magical creatures.

After recording the data on the mosasaur, Koben went to check on the condition of the two criminals. Oris didn't interfere anymore. After carrying the mosasaur into the fish tank in the bedroom, Oris watched the mosasaur and Tiamat playing inside, hoping that these dragons and wyverns would grow up quickly. Oris was already impatient with these schemes and tricks.

The next morning, Oris sent someone to invite Oberyn Martell and Arianne to dinner. Although Oberyn still looked resentful, he was much better than the day before when he wanted to duel Oris. He put most of his strength into the beef on his plate.

After Oris finished eating, he said to Oberon, "I understand your desire for revenge, but the Kingdom of the Third Daughter has just been pacified, and I still need to face the threats from Valentis and Braavos. It is difficult to spare troops. I wonder what Prince Doran's plans are."

After listening to Oris's words, Oberyn paused for a moment, slowly put down his cutlery, and said to Oris, "Westeros has been in chaos since Ned's death. Renly has allied with the Tyrells, Stannis has raised an army on Dragonstone, the Starks in the North are marching south, and King's Landing is in the hands of the Lions. Right now, only Dorne has not made a statement, but King's Landing has always wanted to win over Dorne."

Oris understood Oberyn's meaning. With the rise of the King of Westeros, and Oris supporting Daenerys, he couldn't possibly cooperate with a traitor. The only remaining option was Dorne. If Dorne couldn't reach an agreement with Oris, they might reconcile with the Iron Throne. But Oris knew that reconciliation between Dorne and the Iron Throne was practically impossible; the hatred for Illya Martell remained in Oberyn's heart.

Oris also stopped eating and stared into Oberon's eyes. "What are Prince Dolan's plans, and what do he need me to do?"

"My brother hopes that you, Orris, will lead your troops to the Stormlands once the great war begins," Oberyn said, continuing his meal. Orris remained silent. This matter struck a nerve with Orris. The Stormlands were the Baratheon family's stronghold, and their vassals were directly under Renly's control. However, Orris knew that Renly's life was certainly in danger, and when Stannis attacked King's Landing, Orris could seize the Stormlands with virtually no effort.

However, Stormlands' location is too awkward. Its sea routes are poor and it is easily attacked by storms. Secondly, Stormlands is sandwiched between Highgarden, Kingsland, and Dorne. Once Oris takes Stormlands, Dorne will definitely invade the frontier, and Oris will inevitably have to bear the pressure of the western army from Kingsland.
