Marvel: Wonka's Chocolate Factory
Chapter 64 Hela Arrives
Odin heard Willy Wonka's teasing but chose not to retort. A rare hint of reluctance flashed in his one eye.
He glanced at Frigga; Hela's existence was now known only to the two of them. For the sake of Asgard's stability, Odin ruthlessly buried everything about Hela in the annals of history, sacrificing an entire Valkyrie army in the process—a loss no less significant.
At least a third of the magnificent Asgard we see today is thanks to Hela. Yet Hela remains sealed away to this day.
Frigga's heart ached at the thought; she couldn't stop Odin from using Hela as a tool, discarding her once and for all. Now, she couldn't stop Thor and Loki's fate either.
As the queen of the gods, she could only do everything in her power to protect her children from being used as currency by Odin.
"Willy Wonka, you know quite a lot."
Odin rose and poured Willy Wonka a jug of wine. "Loki will show you around Asgard later. You can choose a suitable location to open your shop."
The golden glasses clinked together with a crisp sound. Willy Wonka downed his drink in one gulp. "Your Majesty, thank you."
"If Asgard ever needs more fine wine in the future, I'll give you a 20% discount."
As far as Willy Wonka could see, half of the wine he had sold to Odin had already been devoured by this group of Asgardian strongmen, and the feast was only halfway through.
Asgard will definitely bring substantial revenue to the Totland Group.
Thor's eyes lit up; it was the Midgardian's brew. If he could bring such fine wine, then Willy Wonka must be Thor's half-brother.
So Thor stood up, holding a glass of wine, and walked toward Willy Wonka with a sunny, confident smile and a slightly flushed face.
"Brother Midgard, your wine is truly excellent, I enjoy it very much."
Willy Wonka smiled and clinked glasses with Thor, watching Thor down a large glass of wine with gusto. Thor tossed his long, golden hair with a flourish, his radiant smile revealing his sincerity.
Thor was a perfect match for Willy Wonka; he was clearly powerful and could hold his liquor. If the occasion hadn't prevented it, Thor would have wanted to become Willy Wonka's sworn brother.
The wine was intoxicating, and Odin soon succumbed to its effects, needing Frigga to help him to his bedchamber. Before leaving, he repeatedly instructed Thor to make sure Willy Wonka stayed with him.
Willy Wonka knew exactly what Odin was thinking, so he also wanted to take the opportunity to leave and give the stage to the real protagonist.
"Your Majesty, we shall take our leave for now. The drinking capacity of the Asgardian warriors is far beyond my reach. It would be impolite to get drunk in the Asgardian palace."
Willy Wonka looked at Odin with a meaningful gaze, thinking to himself: Old man, the struggle between Hela and Thor is an Asgardian family affair.
Willy Wonka is there to be an audience member, not to be an actor on stage for others to amuse themselves.
"Guards, arrange rooms for our guests in Asgard. Loki, after the banquet, take my distinguished guest on a tour of Asgard."
"A good father."
Loki's gaze kept shifting between Odin and Thor; he had already sensed the unusual atmosphere.
Seeing his mother's worried eyes filled Loki's heart with even more gloom.
Tony and Alex left with Willy Wonka, leaving only Thor and Loki in the huge banquet hall.
Back in his palace, Odin gently comforted Frigga, holding her hand, "Don't worry, I'm alive and well, they'll be fine."
Then Odin's power surged forth, silently sealing off the entire Asgard from both inside and out. Odin could not allow the armies outside to directly confront Hela, as that would only result in a pointless massacre.
Thor and Loki, as the offspring of the gods, were perfect for venting Hela's anger on.
The energy that had been maintaining the seal to suppress Hela slowly dissipated, and Odin also restrained his aura, even severing his connection with Asgard to some extent.
As he finished doing all this, the banquet hall of the Celestial Palace was filled with oppressive energy. A black dot appeared in mid-air, and then green energy surged out from the black dot, tearing through space bit by bit.
A woman dressed in a dark green battle robe, with long, flowing hair, stepped out. She was expressionless and had cold eyes.
Hela broke free of her seal, emanating a dense aura of death that clashed with the opulent golden palace of Asgard.
She watched Thor and Loki with great interest, feeling the continuous power flowing into her body from Asgard, and stretched lazily.
"Who are you?"
Thor stood up, a flash of lightning, and Mjolnir flew from afar, landing firmly in his hand.
He sensed a strong hostility from the newcomer; this person was an enemy, not a friend.
"who I am?"
Hela smiled gently as she strolled leisurely through the fairy palace, casually observing everything around her.
The palace is luxurious and magnificent, exuding a grand and imposing aura from the inside out.
"Where is Odin? How could he let me out? Is the old man dying?"
Hela did not answer Thor's question, but instead asked Thor about Odin's situation.
"To be honest, I never thought I'd be able to break free of the seal before Odin dies. It seems the old man is far too disappointed with his current offspring."
"I am Hela, Hela Odinson. I am Odin's eldest daughter, the first in line to the throne of Asgard, and the goddess of death."
After Hela finished speaking, she gently ran her hands through her hair, and a headgear resembling elk antlers appeared on her body.
"You are Father's child? He never mentioned you! I am Thor Odinson, Prince of Asgard. This is Loki, my brother."
Hela saw that Thor answered her question so simply, and smiled disdainfully.
"So you're my brother who's about to be abandoned? You don't look like the old man at all."
After she finished speaking, a black longsword suddenly appeared in Hela's hand, which she swung fiercely to the side.
With a thud, the longsword slammed into the wall, embedding itself deeply. Bloodstains still clung to the edge of the sword.
Loki, who had just been standing next to Thor, became illusory; he had already been replaced by a phantom. Loki's true form then appeared, his arm slashed and bleeding profusely.
Hela tilted her head slightly, looking into Loki's gloomy yet incredulous eyes. "You do resemble the old man a bit."
"But it's only somewhat similar, all show and no substance. Now kneel down, kneel before your sister, the future Queen of Asgard."
Thunderous power had already appeared in Thor's hands, and Mjolnir was smashed directly towards Hela.
"Hela, I don't think so!"
