In a hive world on the edge of the Eye of Fear, a broken imperial statue emits a faint glow.

A group of people, looking like beggars, prayed before the broken statue of the emperor. The Black Legion's conscription had arrived in this world. If it was discovered that they still believed in the emperor, then only death awaited them.

His body had undergone severe mutation; sharp claws, spikes growing from his elbows and knees, and his massive frame was even taller than Astartes…

Another Black Legion soldier who tried to attack him was blocked by the shield in his left hand, and the sword in his right hand changed direction and beheaded him...
