Wizards pursue the truth
Chapter 730 Parliament and Contract
The crystal is clear and has dragon scale-like markings. It is exquisitely crafted into the shape of a chair. High-energy radiation is constantly emanating from it. Only those whose life level reaches a sufficiently high level can be exempted from such influence and at the same time obtain some considerable benefits.
As the decision-maker of the Eternal Sun, the Brahma Wizard certainly possessed such power. He sat on the yellow crystal throne, his hands resting flat on the conference table, looking down at the many figures below, a slight smile involuntarily curving his lips.
The five colors represent the five major factions of the Frost and Snow Committee.
As the initiator, he led this Frost Council and is qualified to sit in the first seat.
Now that all the major factions have arrived, the only one still missing is the Crimson Society.
Feeling the attention focused on him, even though it was due to the supporters brought by the news of the "Sunday Rules," he still enjoyed the joy.
If one day in the future, the landscape of the Frostland truly becomes like this.
They revered his eternal blazing sun.
His name will surely leave a significant mark on history, making him a pivotal figure in this land of frost and snow.
Right now is an opportunity.
Ambitious glints shone in the eyes of the Brahma Wizard.
A single rule of the Sun is enough to break the balance; it is a forbidden power, even in the core area of the Wizarding Continent.
If one relies on that power to break through and leap to a higher level, the future of the Eternal Sun will not be just a simple land of frost and snow.
Instead, it is possible to obtain the world.
The Brahma Wizard clenched his fists, his heart filled with excitement. The Eternal Sun's defeat in the Star Battle Tournament seemed insignificant in comparison.
There is more than one mainland.
There is more than one opportunity.
If the news is true, and if everything goes smoothly, even a thousand or ten thousand battles of the stars cannot compare to today's Frost and Snow Council.
"The time hasn't come yet, everyone please be patient and wait for the arrival of the person in charge of the Crimson Society." The Brahma Wizard was in a good mood. He raised his hand, and tea and snacks appeared in front of the decision-makers, radiating amazing extraordinary fluctuations and energy.
Those whose life force is below the level of the stars and the extraordinary will be in danger after consuming it.
"Vajra, what are you up to?" The Hundred Victories Wizard crossed his arms, his face cold.
"Once everyone arrives, the outcome will be clear."
The Universal Wizard tapped his fingers lightly on the table and gave the Brahma Wizard a deep look.
The Wizard of the Sky, dressed in a purple wizard's robe, held a cup of strong tea but did not drink it. He simply blew on the steam rising from it and the tea leaves floating on the surface.
Behind each decision-maker stood trusted wizards and high-ranking wizards, though their numbers were not large.
Even though they are both on the same Moonlit plane, there are still some secrets that need to be kept secret.
"I think you can tell me the secret now."
A cold voice rang out as Wizard Aisha strode into the conference room, followed by Wizard Zunhuang and Wizard Heiyu. The rest of the group were resting in the secret realm of Frost and Snow.
The Venerable Wizard smiled broadly. "Of course, please take a seat."
"The theme of this meeting can be summed up in just two words: 'rules'!"
The first words spoken by the Brahma Sorcerer at the meeting were astonishing.
The all-knowing wizard put down his tea.
The Wizard of Hundreds straightened his back.
The Wizard of the Universe paused, his fingers tapping on the table.
The Wizard of Aisha and the Wizard of the Emperor exchanged a glance, and the latter nodded.
"We've all come here for this purpose, to say what we all want to know."
The four decision-makers all turned their gazes toward them, their expressions varied.
When it comes to rules, no one dares to say they don't care.
"I have a memory here that I can show to everyone, but the prerequisite for showing it is to sign a contract, with the Eternal Sun as the leader, to launch a plundering plan targeting the 'space rules'."
The Brahma Wizard snapped his fingers, and a virtual projection appeared in the void, gradually evolving into images and text.
Among them was the soul-searching of Diana by the Brahma Wizard, the viewing from Diana's perspective, and the partial information retrieved from her memories.
When they saw Hans Christian Andersen and the rules of space, their eyes lit up with excitement.
"Who knows if it's real or fake? Memories can be wrong, and it could be counterfeit."
The Wizard of Invincible suddenly said something.
The Brahma Sorcerer smiled but said nothing.
"We need more information and more visuals to demonstrate the necessity of this meeting and the necessity of reaching an agreement."
The Wizard of the Heavens said the same thing.
The Brahma Wizard said, "Let's continue discussing the contract. Only by signing a contract can this meeting continue. If you cannot agree, please leave."
"I think others would be happy to participate in reducing the power of the group. Am I right? The performance of the Royal Wizard, Nightmare Wizard, was truly amazing. His future is limitless. The Crimson Society will also rise to prominence along with him. Perhaps they will no longer need to participate in this plan."
The Brahma Wizard made a sarcastic remark, feeling a strange mix of sarcasm and satisfaction.
Although your younger generation of wizards and beings are far superior to the Eternal Sun.
But fortunes change.
He, Eternal Blazing Sun, now holds the key information.
Whether or not I can get this job depends on his attitude.
The wizard Ash remained expressionless.
The Venerable Wizard chuckled but remained silent.
The Brahma Wizard frowned and snorted coldly, "So, does the Crimson Society agree or disagree? Time waits for no one. The council meeting will end in three days at the latest. We need to come up with a charter as soon as possible."
"Regarding that spatial rule, and Andersen, he was not a simple being. He possessed special secrets and could inherit the power of that rule. However, due to his own reasons, he was unable to meet the conditions required to achieve those special secrets."
Once again, the secret has been revealed, and I'm sure these old guys won't take the bait.
As he had predicted.
The Celestial Wizard was the first to lose his composure. "The contract can be signed, and it's not a problem for you to take the lead. We need more information, and we also need to further discuss the division of that spatial rule power."
"That's right, we can both make some concessions, and you can't push your luck," Wizard Ash chimed in.
A force of spatial rules exists in an unknown location in the Frosty Land.
Not a single mistake, not a single poem, not a single post, not a single piece of content, not a single look!
It was indeed beyond everyone's expectations.
It has disrupted some of the existing patterns.
As the Star Battle Tournament enters its final stage, minor variables won't have much impact. Even if they can't obtain that power of the rules, the Crimson Academy already provides a guaranteed benefit.
The future will be one of progress, not stagnation or regression.
The Universal Wizard said with a deep, enigmatic look in his eyes, "That's what I meant too."
The Wizard of Hundreds didn't speak, but he agreed.
The Brahma Wizard's expression was somewhat grim. If it weren't for the numerous variables that couldn't be concealed and the potentially huge impact, he wouldn't have convened this council meeting; instead, he would have let the Eternal Sun devour everything.
Unfortunately, you can't eat it all; you'll just overeat and die.
"You guys are so good, so very good!"
Unable to refuse, the Brahma Wizard had no choice but to acquiesce and modify the contract again.
Then the corresponding blood-red parchment scroll was sent flying toward the group.
The group then raised some more opinions.
"Your goal is to unite the five major powers to form the Frost and Snow Alliance, with each deploying high-level combat forces and searching their territories, including the wizard cities in the online region, to find the target 'Andersen'. If the target is captured, Eternal Sun will have the first right to use him, and even after obtaining the spatial rules, it will be able to use them first."
"Utilization can meet the requirements, but time constraints and an accurate rotation system are needed."
"The Frost and Snow Committee exists because it is a collective effort between you and me to maintain overall order. Based on this, we amend the regulations to set the time limit at one thousand years, and spatial rules cannot be placed within a faction. They must be sealed within the Frost and Snow Heaven, and each thousand years, a different faction will use them. This is also a form of protection."
"The target we need to identify is 'Andersen,' who possesses power at the very edge of the Radiant Moon and may be able to trigger that rule of power. We need to search, find, confirm, and then annihilate him with swift and decisive action, achieving our objectives and then dividing the spoils."
The three days in parliament passed quickly.
A precise plan and charter were established.
When the Venerable Wizard walked out of the conference room, his good mood vanished completely, and his face turned as black as the bottom of a pot.
No one dared to offend or provoke the current Brahma Saint Wizard, for fear of triggering a chain reaction.
Even Hengyang Wizard, the only disciple of Brahma Wizard, instinctively lowered his head and avoided the gaze when he felt that stern look sweep over him.
"Summon all wizards at the Moonlit and Starry Sky levels, and put on the highest level of alert. Also, prepare a large wizard army and wizard ships."
Everyone looked shocked, especially the wizards who had not attended the council meeting but had gone inside to listen in.
Level 1 combat readiness alert is the alert status that Eternal Sun would be in when attacked by one of the other five major forces.
As for wizard ships and wizard armies.
"Is war really about to break out? Why so suddenly, without any warning?" a wizard wondered, puzzled.
Some wizards looked at the Brahma Wizard, certain that it was related to the Frost and Snow Council.
Launching a full-scale wizard war against one of the five major powers would be incredibly brutal and bloody. The fall of the wizards is already foreseeable; even the Radiant Moon Wizard, high above all others, is at risk of perishing.
The Brahma Wizard said meaningfully, "It's not a total war of wizards, and the opponent is not one of the five major powers. However, it's not wrong for you to understand it that way. In some ways, the opponent we are facing is far more terrifying than one of the five major powers."
These words terrified the wizard who had come with them.
It is even more terrifying than one of the five major powers.
Is it about to go to war with the forces outside the Frostland?
It is a regional conquest even more terrifying than Total War: Wizarding, which aims to plunder resources and interests from other continental regions.
Such things have happened before.
Historical records indicate that the Frosty Lands once engaged in regional warfare with the neighboring Blue and White Lands.
They got involved in almost everything that dominated the region.
The two sides engaged in a bloody battle, resulting in the deaths of countless wizards, but also the acquisition of substantial resources and legacies.
Finally, a reshuffling occurred, resulting in changes to the top and mid-level forces on both sides.
The current situation in the Frosty Lands is also an evolution after that battle.
"If such a drastic change has truly occurred..."
Upon hearing this, the Brahma Saint Wizard also remarked with emotion, "Indeed! An unprecedented upheaval. If we can seize the opportunity, the Frost and Snow Land will be nothing."
