Chapter 224 Rushing into the minefield! Opening the window to expel the poison!

Chapter 224 Rushing into the minefield! Opening the window to expel the poison!

An aircraft's center of gravity exists within a certain range, specifically the front and rear limits of the center of gravity. Within this range, the aircraft can maintain normal flight performance.

The fore-and-aft limits of an aircraft's center of gravity are usually expressed as a percentage of the distance from the center of gravity projected onto the mean aerodynamic chord of the wing to the leading edge, to the length of the mean aerodynamic chord. Generally speaking, the fore-and-aft limits of modern passenger aircraft should be around 20% MAC, while under normal flight conditions, the aircraft's center of gravity should be near the midpoint of the fore-and-aft limits, meaning there is a safety margin of approximately 10% MAC.

If three average-sized flight attendants walk from one end of the plane to the other, their impact on the center of gravity shift is about 2% MAC. However, if more than ten passengers rush from the rear cabin to the front cabin, the resulting forward shift of the center of gravity is almost at the limit of forward shift.

Adding to the elderly man and his daughter who had already arrived in the front cabin, as well as the more passengers in the rear cabin who were incited to follow, more than 20 passengers moved forward in a large area within four or five seconds. How could the aircraft's center of gravity not exceed the limit of forward movement?

The reason why check-in closes some time in advance is to calculate load factors. The seating arrangement on an airplane is not random, but rather meticulously calculated.

This is why flight attendants generally discourage passengers from changing seats on airplanes. One or two people might be okay, but if there are many, it can really affect the aircraft's center of gravity. If the center of gravity changes too much, it will directly affect the safety of the aircraft.

At this point, panic spread on the plane, and a large number of passengers from the rear cabin moved to the front cabin, causing the plane's center of gravity to shift forward rapidly. Eventually, the center of gravity of the plane was exceeded, and the plane began to deviate from its normal operating state.

Because the aircraft's center of gravity is too far forward, the nose of the aircraft will inevitably drop downward. In addition, the forward shift of the aircraft's center of gravity will greatly affect the aircraft's longitudinal controllability, making it impossible for the autopilot to prevent the aircraft from pitching down.

Once the autopilot is no longer able to maintain the aircraft's status, it will automatically disengage and return to manual control.

At that time, Xu Xian and Wang Qian were preparing to put on their oxygen masks. In order to prevent the plane from being unmonitored for a short period of time if the two of them put on their oxygen masks at the same time, Wang Qian put on his mask a little earlier, while Xu Xian put it on a little later. This way, the two of them could put on their oxygen masks at different times, so that the plane was under human monitoring at all times.

Just as Wang Qian took out the oxygen mask and was about to put it on, the plane suddenly deviated from its normal cruising attitude and began to dive.

This change was even more noticeable in the cockpit at the nose of the plane. Wang Qian and Xu Xian felt as if they were weightless. Their gaze followed the plane as it pitched down, and they could even look directly at the churning lightning without having to look down.

Xu Xian hadn't figured out what was going on yet, but that didn't stop him from reacting to it.

The solution to this situation is actually quite simple: pull back on the stick to stop the plane from continuing to descend. The plane isn't falling because of a stall. If it were, you wouldn't pull back on the stick; you would first push the stick back up to reduce the angle of attack to below the critical angle of attack. Only after recovering from the stall can you attempt to pull back on the stick.

Otherwise, if you keep pulling on the stick to try and stop the plane from falling when it stalls, it's like drinking poison to quench your thirst; it will only make the stall worse.

However, Xu Xian was completely unable to complete this simple operation. After trying to pull the lever, he found that the steering wheel was stuck and he couldn't move it no matter what he did.

Xu Xian didn't think he was a weak person who couldn't even lift a chicken, so surely he couldn't be so weak that he couldn't even lift a pole!

"Is it stuck?" This thought flashed through Xu Xian's mind in an instant, and the current situation did indeed resemble a stuck pitch control.

Strangely, the aircraft was cruising perfectly fine, and the pitch control surfaces should have been relatively balanced. Even if the control surfaces suddenly jammed, there was no way that such a large change in the aircraft's attitude would occur suddenly.

At this point, Wang Qian didn't care about wearing an oxygen mask anymore. If they rushed down any further and plunged into the thundercloud area, they would probably be half dead.

With one hand, Wang Qian threw off his oxygen mask, and with both hands, he gripped the steering wheel and began to exert force together with Xu Xian.

Unlike Airbus aircraft, which, due to the characteristics of its fly-by-wire control, do not have overlapping control inputs when two people are making control inputs together, Boeing's transmission system is relatively traditional, and when two people pull the stick together, a larger amount of stick input can be generated.

In the cockpit, Xu Xian and Wang Qian had veins bulging on their foreheads, but they still couldn't stop the plane from falling. However, they were certain that the plane's pitch control was not impaired.

Although they didn't correct the aircraft's condition, the two of them managed to slightly adjust the stick, even though this small amount of input was far from enough to bring the aircraft back to normal.

By this time, the odor had already permeated the cockpit. Xu Xian and Wang Qian were so focused on pulling the lever that they didn't notice the increasingly strong smell in their nostrils.

"What on earth happened to the plane?" Xu Xian couldn't understand how the plane could suddenly become like this; it made no sense at all!

On the left, Wang Qian used excessive force to pull the pole, his face was already red, and his eyes were almost bulging out.

Suddenly, Xu Xian's ears twitched. He vaguely heard a series of noises coming from the cabin, and they seemed to be very close.

With a thought in mind, Xu Xian gritted his teeth and opened the surveillance footage in the front cabin crew compartment. Sure enough, at that moment, several passengers had already rushed to the cockpit door.

"These lunatics!" Xu Xian cursed. He roughly knew why the plane was behaving this way. He quickly turned on the passenger intercom and announced directly, "If you want to live, get back to the back! If you stay in the front, the plane will become uncontrollable, and we'll all die!"

Once an aircraft's center of gravity exceeds its forward limit, the most direct impact is on its pitch control. With a large number of people gathered in the front cockpit, it directly makes pitch control extremely difficult for the flight crew. They can't even move the stick anymore; it's likely that quite a few people have already rushed into the front cockpit.

Although Xu Xian could roughly guess why so many people were rushing to the front cabin, and people are indeed prone to making completely irrational moves under certain special circumstances, in fact, their behavior was not to avoid danger, but to put themselves in a deadly situation.

They lacked basic aviation knowledge and thought that the flight attendants' advice not to change seats was making a mountain out of a molehill. Little did they know how much of an obstacle such behavior posed to the crew's control.

Xu Xian wouldn't blame them or hold them accountable afterward, but that didn't mean he could calmly discuss things with them now. He was already being quite restrained by not cursing their ancestors.

The flight attendant in the front cabin, who was responsible for maintaining order, had actually lost control of the situation. Many agitated passengers were pushing forward aimlessly, not knowing what the point of pushing forward was, but just doing it anyway.

In fact, many of the passengers who rushed forward were incited and coerced. They felt that since others were rushing to the front cabin, they had to follow suit. They didn't really understand the difference between the front and rear cabins.

Not long ago, before the odor dissipated, there was some difference between the front and rear cabins. But now, even the cockpit smells of it; there's no longer any truly breathable air on the entire plane, so running to the front cabin is pointless.

Many people didn't even get a clear look at the so-called charred carpet before they were frightened by the ringleaders.

A group of people who have lost their minds and the ability to think cannot be maintained by just a few flight attendants and security personnel, especially when the plane undergoes a very obvious change in attitude, at which point the fear reaches its peak.

Passengers can feel the plane lurching downwards, and some frequent flyers can clearly sense that this descent is problematic.

During a normal flight, except for a few rare phases, passengers in the cabin don't usually feel much of the ascent or descent. However, this time, passengers needed to hold onto something to maintain their balance, as the entire cabin had become a giant ramp.

This abnormal situation, coupled with the extremely irritating gas and the seemingly burnt carpet, intensified the fear of even more imaginative passengers.

They just don't realize that the root cause of all this actually comes from themselves.

The unknown, the unclear, the unknown is what truly terrifies. But when the cockpit announcement came over the loudspeaker, and they suddenly realized that they were the ones courting death, the noisy cabin fell silent instantly.

It turns out the problem wasn't with the plane, but with them; their erratic behavior caused the plane's current state.

Seeing that everyone seemed to have calmed down, the flight attendant quickly shouted, "A large number of people gathering in the front cabin will cause the aircraft's center of gravity to exceed its limits. Please return to your original seats immediately!"

The passengers, who were already somewhat hesitant, began to scatter at a much faster pace than when they had gathered, after the flight attendant's explanation.

Within seconds, there were hardly any people left in the front cabin.

They rushed in like a tide, and then rushed back like a tide; it all seemed like a ridiculous farce.

Driven by the pressure to survive, the passengers who had been wandering around like headless flies finally obeyed the flight attendant's orders and returned to their original seats with lightning speed.

All these changes were reflected in the cockpit. Xu Xian noticed that the force required to control the aircraft began to decrease, the aircraft's pitching attitude gradually decreased, and the aircraft slowly began to return to a state where it could be manually controlled.

As long as people do not gather in too many places and the aircraft's center of gravity remains within the standard range, the aircraft is controllable.

"I almost fell into a minefield."

Xu Xian wiped the sweat from his brow. After the plane leveled off and the autopilot was engaged, he was able to catch his breath. His hands were slightly sore and numb from the exertion, but he didn't think it was anything serious and he should be fine after a rest.

Wang Qian, who had just exerted a great deal of effort, slumped into his seat, breathing heavily, like a lump of mud. Facing the fear of death, Wang Qian had truly used every ounce of his strength, and now that he had returned to normal, he felt utterly exhausted.

Wang Qian rubbed his temples: "I'm really out of shape. I feel dizzy and lightheaded from carrying the pole just now, and I feel like throwing up."

"That exaggerated?" Xu Xian asked in surprise. Sometimes, after exerting too much force, one might feel unwell, but although he had exerted too much force just now, it didn't last long, so it shouldn't have caused such a strong reaction.

However, perhaps due to psychological factors, Xu Xian seemed to feel uncomfortable all over after listening to Wang Qian's words.

Just then, the Chengdu air traffic control inquired: "Star Travel 6333, have you decided to descend?"

The plane suddenly descended without warning. The air traffic control in Chengdu initially thought the crew had decided to force their way into the minefield, but after descending for a while, the plane leveled off again, which was quite strange.

Now that Xingyou 6333 has declared a state of emergency, and the surrounding airspace has been cleared through adjustments, the crew can proceed as needed. Therefore, when Xingyou 6333 began its descent, Chengdu air traffic control did not inquire about anything to avoid disturbing the crew's work.

In an emergency, the crew's workload is particularly heavy. If someone gets involved unnecessarily, wouldn't that just add to the crew's workload? There are no other aircraft below Star Travel 6333 right now, so there's really no impact.

Once the plane had leveled off and stabilized, the Chengdu air traffic control, seeing that things were almost over, asked what had happened.

Wang Qian, his face contorted in a grimace, picked up his earphones, ready to reply, but as soon as he opened his mouth, a strong urge to vomit overwhelmed him. He threw off the earphones, grabbed the waterproof bag next to him, and dry heaved into it.

Seeing that Wang Qian was not feeling well, Xu Xian quickly took the communicator and replied, "There was some commotion on the plane just now, but the situation has stabilized now."

"Chaos?" Rongcheng's control officer wasn't quite sure what that word meant, but he was relieved to hear that the situation had stabilized. So he asked, "So, are you maintaining your current altitude, or ascending back to your original altitude?"

Xingyou 6333 was leveled off nearby, but it didn't actually return to its original altitude. In other words, Xingyou 6333's altitude is now slightly lower.

"No need!" Xu Xian said. The problem below is just a minefield, and at this height, we can't reach it anyway, so it's fine. There's no need to climb any higher, since we'll be coming down soon anyway.

Just as the Chengdu air traffic controllers were about to ask some questions, a series of calls for communication came from the cabin, which seemed very urgent.

Xu Xian knew that the authorities in Rongcheng couldn't help right now, so he should deal with the matters at hand first.

"Wait a moment!" After temporarily dealing with the restrictions, Xu Xian switched to an internal call and asked, "What's wrong?"

"Brother, Number Two has something to tell you in person," the flight attendant said anxiously, then added, "It's very important."

Xu Xian turned on the monitor in the front cabin crew compartment and found that the chief flight attendant was helping the second flight attendant outside the cockpit door. Xu Xian felt a sense of unease; the second flight attendant seemed to be acting strangely.

"Alright! Guard the entrance!" Xu Xian instructed before opening the cockpit door.

As soon as the cabin door opened, the second flight attendant stepped in. She was alone; the chief flight attendant did not come in.

But when the second flight attendant came in, Xu Xian's pupils shrank to the size of pinholes when he saw the flight attendant's condition.

The second flight attendant's hair, which had been tied up, had fallen down and was covered with blood vessels, as if it was about to bleed at any moment. There were also visible red spots on her face and neck.

The second flight attendant was extremely weak and said to Xu Xian in a feeble voice, "Brother, what happened? After the explosion, I started to smell something strange in the back cabin. I only breathed for a short while and I'm like this now."

Xu Xian asked incredulously, "You mean it's only been less than ten minutes, and it's already like this?"

Despite the series of events that occurred from the cargo hold explosion and fire until now, the entire process lasted less than ten minutes—a very short time indeed. Yet, in that brief period, the second flight attendant was already in this state.

The reason why the second flight attendant insisted on entering the cockpit was to let Xu Xian see it with his own eyes. Otherwise, without evidence, the crew probably wouldn't believe that the situation in the cabin had become that serious.

At that moment, Xu Xian finally understood why those passengers were so easily swayed. If what Flight Attendant Number Two said was true, then the rear cabin was indeed unbearable.

But even if allyl cyanide leaked, is it really that toxic? That's an exaggeration.

"When I came over just now, more than 70% of the passengers had experienced vomiting to varying degrees, some even unconscious. An elderly man with a history of tuberculosis just vomited blood. There's no doctor on board, and we don't know what's wrong," the second flight attendant said anxiously. "Brother, did we transport some other items?"

Star Travel Airlines recently began transporting dangerous goods, and the second flight attendant was aware of this. The current situation seems to indicate a dangerous goods leak!

Xu Xian gritted his teeth: "Could you move the passengers in the rear cabin forward a little?"

For small-scale movements, the impact on the aircraft's center of gravity is not significant.

Xu Xian didn't mention the allyl cyanide; doing so would only exacerbate the panic and serve no purpose. Given their current situation, they were simply incapable of handling the leaked hazardous materials.

"The purser has already arranged for passengers in the rear cabin to sit in the front. However, the smell is now pervasive throughout the entire cabin, so it doesn't really matter where you sit." As he spoke, the second flight attendant coughed a few more times: "Dude, it seems like it's in the cockpit too!"

The second flight attendant had noticed Wang Qian's unusual behavior as soon as he entered the cockpit, but she didn't dare ask. Only after calming down and realizing that the cockpit seemed to have been affected as well, did she finally blurt out, "Brother, who is the captain?"

Xu Xian raised his hand, interrupting the second flight attendant: "It's alright, I'll put down the oxygen mask. You can sit in the front cabin. Call the flight attendants from the rear cabin to the front as well."

"It's no use!" Flight attendant number two said helplessly, "Many people are vomiting so badly that they can't wear oxygen masks at all."

If severe vomiting occurs while wearing an oxygen mask, the vomit can accumulate inside the mask and choke a person to death.

"Damn it!"

Xu Xian really hadn't thought of this. If someone vomits, they can't wear an oxygen mask. Wouldn't that mean Wang Qian also can't wear one?

Just then, the Chengdu traffic control spoke again: "Star Travel 6333, frequency 123.33, we have authorized your company to join the call. After the frequency is switched, you can contact your company directly."

There are still many other aircraft that need to use this frequency. It's acceptable to temporarily occupy it due to emergencies. However, occupying it for an extended period would have a significant impact on other aircraft. After all, there has been a lot of dangerous weather lately, and many aircraft need to apply for detours. Constantly occupying the frequency is extremely irresponsible.

Therefore, Chengdu Air Traffic Control activated the backup frequency so that Xingyou 6333 would not conflict with other aircraft after switching to it. Moreover, the air traffic control has already allowed Xingyou Operations Control to access this backup frequency, so the crew can directly contact the company.

"Great!" He was just about to contact the company, and this suited him perfectly.

After quickly switching frequencies, Xu Xian glanced at the SAT transmitter and noticed a "C" logo, indicating that it was connected to the company.

The moment the connection was established with the company's operations control center, Xu Xian's words, laced with intense anger, finally burst forth: "Operations control? Investigate the party that shipped this hazardous material! They absolutely did not ship allyl cyanide! Absolutely not!"

While allyl cyanide is moderately toxic and has some irritant properties, it is definitely not this toxic. The toxicity of the allegedly leaked allyl cyanide is far greater than normal, which is highly suspicious.

Xu Xian had reason to suspect that there were problems with the shipping company, the most likely being the concealment of dangerous goods.

"You mean the item that got into trouble was a dangerous shipment?" Lu Xinyu asked quickly.

Hearing Lu Xinyu's voice, Xu Xian was slightly surprised, but he quickly calmed down and recounted his guesses, what the second flight attendant had seen and heard, and Captain Wang Qian's symptoms.

This frequency wasn't just being monitored by the Star Travel Control Center; the Chengdu Air Traffic Control Center was also listening. When they heard the crew recount the current situation on the plane for the first time, both monitoring sides gasped in shock.

Lu Xinyu's face was terribly gloomy. Xu Xian's suspicions were reasonable and well-founded, not like he was just making things up. Moreover, what he was saying now concerned the lives of more than a hundred people on the plane. Most importantly, it also involved his own life. How could he dare to say anything reckless?

If Xu Xian's guess is correct, and the shipper concealed the dangerous goods, and the plane was carrying not moderately toxic allyl cyanide, but some highly toxic substance, then the plane must land immediately, otherwise it will be doomed.

But now, beneath Star Travel 6333 lies a turbulent pool of lightning; who would dare venture into it?

It's truly a desperate situation, with wolves in front and tigers behind!

"Who is the consignor of dangerous goods 6333?" Lu Xinyu asked the staff member next to him expressionlessly.

The staff seemed prepared: "It's Tongtai Chemical!"

"Contact them immediately to verify their shipped items."

However, the staff member did not move: "Mr. Lu, I contacted them when the incident happened. After they heard that our plane's cargo hold caught fire, they hung up the phone immediately. When I called back, no one answered."

"What did you say?" Lu Xinyu's heart skipped a beat, and a sense of foreboding suddenly arose.

After learning of the cargo hold fire on Star Cruises 6333, the operations control center realized that the aircraft was carrying dangerous goods and wanted to contact the shipper to inquire about the handling measures in case of a dangerous goods leak.

At first, Tongtai Chemical was very cooperative. But when they learned that the plane's cargo hold had actually caught fire, they hung up the phone immediately and could not be reached again.

The people at the operations control center assumed that Tongtai Chemical had found out that their shipment might be burned and had rushed to report it to their superiors, so they didn't take it seriously.

But now, after being reminded by the crew, the staff felt that it seemed more like a guilty conscience.

Where is that company located?

The staff member quickly replied, "It's very close, right in the airport industrial park."

Near the airport, the Yunnan Provincial Government designated a piece of land specifically for attracting capital from other regions. Later, the scale of the project grew larger and larger, and it was eventually integrated into the Airport Industrial Park.

The office building where Xingyou is located is very close to the industrial park; it's probably only a few minutes' drive away.

"What are you talking about?" Just then, a sudden voice rang out, and Qin Zongyang walked in somewhat bewildered.

After Lu Xinyu left, Qin Zongyang was also very curious, so since he had nothing else to do, he came over to check out the operations control area. But as soon as he entered, he heard Xu Xian's voice, still talking about some allyl cyanide stuff.

Qin Zongyang's appearance quieted the previously noisy operations control center slightly. Seeing no one respond, Qin Zongyang grabbed a staff member beside him and said coldly, "Speak!"

Faced with Qin Zongyang's almost murderous gaze, the staff member dared not hold back and quickly recounted the events.

Qin Zongyang's face grew increasingly gloomy. When he finished speaking, he shoved the staff member aside and walked straight out.

"President Lu, what about President Qin?"

Lu Xinyu cursed under his breath, "What a brainless brute!"

As he spoke, he hurriedly followed after them!

At the entrance of the operations control center, Cao Jinwen, yawning and still half-asleep, slowly entered. But the noisy environment immediately banished most of his drowsiness.

He came to take over Lu Xinyu's shift, but when he arrived, he didn't see Lu Xinyu anywhere.

"Where is President Lu?" Cao Jinwen asked, grabbing someone at random.

The man, now like a headless fly, quickly recounted what had just happened. At that, Cao Jinwen's last vestiges of drowsiness vanished instantly.

"This is bad!" Considering Qin Zongyang's volatile temper, something terrible is likely to happen.

"Did President Lu go with them?"

"Yes!"

Cao Jinwen became more and more frightened as he thought about it. Despite Qin Zongyang's advanced age, he was all muscle and muscular. If he went berserk, Lu Xinyu would not be able to control him at all, and he might even beat Lu Xinyu up as well.

After much deliberation, Cao Jinwen decided he still needed to go and check on things. Knowing Qin Zongyang's temperament, someone was bound to die.

Seeing that Cao Jinwen was about to leave, the man quickly grabbed him: "Mr. Cao, if you leave, we'll have no one to lead us!"

If Lu Xinyu leaves, and his successor Cao Jinwen also leaves, wouldn't the Operations Control Center be leaderless?

"Hey, get Ning Sheng over here! He can handle it!" With that, he shook off the staff member's hand and rushed straight outside.

Tongtai Chemical General Manager's Office.

Qin Zongyang drove straight to Tongtai Chemical, then broke through the security guard's obstruction and rushed to the general manager's office.

The general manager of Tongtai Chemical was a chubby middle-aged man, who was being lifted up by Qin Zongyang, who was grabbing him by the neck. It has to be said that people who have been trained in the army are different; they were able to lift a man weighing over 200 pounds into the air with ease.

"I'll ask you one more time, what exactly is that thing on Star Travel 6333?" Qin Zongyang asked, his eyes red as he looked at the general manager, whose face was filled with fear.

The fat general manager was now frantically stomping his feet in mid-air, but he couldn't escape Qin Zongyang's iron-like grip. He was truly terrified; from Qin Zongyang's eyes, he sensed that the man had murderous intent.

Just then, Lu Xinyu and Cao Jinwen rushed into the office and witnessed Qin Zongyang lifting someone into the air. Even with Lu Xinyu's composure, he was somewhat startled.

At this moment, Qin Zongyang was filled with a violent aura. The Qin Zongyang who was usually playful and joking was now extremely angry.

Lu Xinyu and Cao Jinwen, who originally wanted to stop Qin Zongyang, were so intimidated by Qin Zongyang's imposing manner that neither of them dared to step forward to stop him.

Seeing that the fat general manager was still being stubborn, Qin Zongyang threw him hard to the ground. With a dull thud, his large body slammed onto the floor. Before he could even stand up, Qin Zongyang stepped on his face.

"You piece of trash, let's see how long you can keep this up!" Qin Zongyang, who was already on the verge of going crazy, suddenly stomped harder, almost deforming the general manager's fat face.

Every minute he lingered here increased the danger for Xu Xian; he had no time to waste with this fat man.

Qin Zongyang's almost visible ruthlessness truly frightened Lu Xinyu and Cao Jinwen. They felt that Qin Zongyang might actually crush the fat man's head.

At this point, Qin Zongyang had lost his mind, and anyone who dared to stop him was likely to be implicated.

As Qin Zongyang exerted force, the fat general manager's eyeballs almost popped out.

Cao Jinwen couldn't stand it any longer. If Qin Zongyang continued like this, wouldn't someone die? That would be a serious matter.

Even if it's not that serious, if a pilot gets involved in a violent incident and has a criminal record with the police, their career is basically over.

There's no one who can help in this situation! A criminal record is extremely taboo for pilots.

Before Cao Jinwen could even speak to stop him, the fat general manager was the first to give in.

He coughed up blood: "Toluene diisocyanate! Half of it was replaced with toluene diisocyanate!"

The usually well-informed Lu Xinyu's face was now filled with shock: "Toluene diisocyanate, that's a highly toxic substance!"

A moment later, Lu Xinyu called the operations control center!

"Tell Xu Xian that half of the goods being shipped are toluene diisocyanate, which is highly toxic!"

"Toluene diisocyanate!" The people on the operations control team were trembling as they spoke. They also received hazardous materials training, so of course they knew what toluene diisocyanate was!

That thing produces cyanide when heated!

"What did you say? There's toluene diisocyanate in it!" Xu Xian was completely stunned when he heard this news! No wonder the leaked gas was so toxic; if it was toluene diisocyanate, then it's no surprise!

"Toluene diisocyanate is highly toxic; it produces cyanide when heated..." The operations control staff even gave a special explanation, just in case the crew didn't know.

In the cockpit, Xu Xian's eyes flashed with a sharp light, as if he were making a difficult decision.

"Put the phone near the microphone and turn it on speaker!" Lu Xinyu said urgently, wanting to talk to Xu Xian directly.

"Oh!" The staff member in the operations control center turned on the speakerphone and held it to the microphone: "Xu Xian, President Lu wants to speak to you."

Before he could finish speaking, Lu Xinyu asked impatiently, "Xu Xian, what are you planning to do?"

To be honest, even Lu Xinyu didn't know what to do next.

To everyone's surprise, Xu Xian immediately said, "Help me contact Chengdu Airport and Chengdu Airport."

Lu Xinyu's heart skipped a beat: "What are you going to do?"

Xu Xian firmly declared, "I'm going to force my way through the minefield and open the windows to drive out the poison!"

This is a long post to make up for taking the day off yesterday!
