Legendary Captain

"There wasn't a third passenger on today's flight, was there? Was it added at the last minute?" the captain asked, somewhat puzzled.

Wu Feng laughed and said, "No, he's not in our class. It's his first day flying, so he came over to chat."

"A newcomer?" The captain's gaze lingered on Xu Xian's face for a moment. "Quite a handsome young man. Wu Feng, we finally have a presentable male comrade."

The passenger in the front seat spotted Fang Ying and Xu Xian as soon as he got in and greeted them, "Brother Ying!"

Xu Xian made a quick assessment and realized that the co-pilot appeared to be Zhu Jia, the first co-pilot for today's flight. However, he looked so much older in person than in the photos.

Fang Ying waved to Zhu Jia in the passenger seat and asked, "Have you eaten yet?"

Zhu Jia hadn't actually eaten breakfast and was instinctively about to answer that she hadn't. But upon seeing Xu Xian next to Fang Ying, she immediately changed her mind: "Brother Ying, I've already eaten."

"Oh? You've already eaten? Never mind then!" Fang Ying turned to Xu Xian: "Do you know that restaurant on the first floor?"

Xu Xian asked uncertainly, "Captain, do you mean the restaurant on the right-hand side after entering through Gate One?"

"Yeah, you already know, don't you?" Fang Ying nodded casually.

Xu Xian gasped. He finally understood why the captain had spoken that way earlier. The previous second-level co-pilot had managed to get such a good job in the group chat, but strangely, no one had accepted the offer.

He initially thought he was just lucky, but now he finally knows why!
