Legendary Captain

Hiring a captain doesn't mean you can relax. There are many situations where you can remove the captain's rank.

The semi-annual proficiency check, the annual captain's check, and various unscheduled inspections can all jeopardize a captain's title. The annual captain's check is a route-based inspection, not a simulator test. The inspector flies a flight with the captain being inspected to evaluate their performance. Passing ensures a year of security; failing results in an immediate demotion warning.

Given Qin Zongyang's abilities, persuading Feibiao to assign him as the inspector for their annual captain's inspection wouldn't be difficult. Although Qin Zongyang wasn't an official inspector from the regulatory authority, he was a company inspector and therefore qualified to conduct annual captain's inspections.

If the inspector is determined to find fault, then at least one failure can be tolerated. Of course, if it fails a second time, a replacement inspector can be requested. However, he dared not imagine failing twice! Just one failure would be enough to cause him serious trouble.

If a captain is demoted, they need to accumulate left-seat time all over again. This process of accumulating left-seat time can easily take up to six months, which means a huge financial loss!

To be honest, Qin Zongyang's threat to Fang Ying was a bit too much. The Star Trek fleet is a small circle; everyone runs into each other all the time. This sudden scene shocked the entire first-class crew, yet no one dared to stop it. Xu Xian, in particular, had never seen Qin Zongyang act so wildly before.

In his memory, Qin Zongyang was a completely incompetent old man.

Qin Zongyang is a former military aviation officer. Even though he has been retired for a long time, he still maintains good exercise habits. His physical fitness is incomparable to that of Fang Ying, who neglects exercise.

Qin Zongyang's right hand gripped Fang Ying tightly like an iron clamp, rendering him unable to move.
