An informant brandished a wooden stick and swung it down at Liu Xiang's head, the wind whistling through the air. Liu Xiang dodged to the side and retaliated with a powerful punch to the informant's stomach. The informant doubled over in pain, groaning and moaning, unable to straighten up for a long time.

Another mole lunged from the side, trying to grab Liu Xiang's leg and trip him. Liu Xiang raised his leg and kicked him in the chest, sending the mole flying backward, unable to get up for a long time.

At that moment, Haozi brandished his dagger and lunged at Liu Xiang's back, his eyes filled with malice. Liu Xiang heard the strange sound behind her, turned around abruptly, and reacted as fast as a leopard, grabbing Haozi's wrist and twisting it forcefully.

With a sharp crack, the sound of bone breaking rang out as the rat's wrist was dislocated. The dagger clattered to the ground. The rat screamed in agony, tears and snot streaming down its face, its expression contorted beyond recognition.

Liu Xiang punched Haozi in the face, causing his nose to bleed profusely, the blood splattering onto the dry grass and looking particularly glaring.

He was now filled with rage, wanting nothing more than to beat these traitors to a pulp. He thought of the threats he had received these past few days, of almost having his leg broken, of the frightened Ta Xue, and of the destroyed props. A nameless fire surged to his head.

Kang Honglei didn't hesitate either. He grabbed a stool and smashed it at the traitors, breaking the legs as he yelled, "How dare you bully my brothers! I'll fight you to the death!"

The stagehands and veteran extras were also enraged. They couldn't stand what these traitors were doing, so they picked up shovels and wooden sticks and started hitting the traitors with brutal blows.

"Beat these bastards! How dare they cause trouble!"

"Protect Brother Liu! Protect our film crew!"

"We need to teach them a lesson they won't forget!"

The fight raged fiercely in the hay shed, with hay flying everywhere. Liu Xiang was like a tiger, rampaging through the crowd unstoppable. He grabbed a traitor by the collar, punched him in the face, making him see stars, and then threw him out, knocking down a whole group of people.

He then grabbed the short, fat man, pressed him down onto the haystack, and knelt on his back to immobilize him, demanding, "Tell me! How much money did Wang Xianfu give you! And how many other people are with you!"

The short, fat man, his face bruised and swollen, begged for mercy, his voice hoarse: "Brother Liu! I was wrong! I'll never do it again! Boss Wang gave each of us five hundred yuan! There were only a dozen of us! There was no one else! Please, please let me go!"

The brawl lasted for more than half an hour before gradually subsiding. The hay shed was a mess, with hay scattered all over the ground and shovels and sticks strewn everywhere.

These dozen or so traitors were all beaten black and blue, lying on the haystack groaning and unable to move. Rat's wrist was dislocated, his face was covered in blood, and his eyes were filled with fear as he looked at Liu Xiang, all traces of his previous arrogance gone.

Liu Xiang was exhausted; his military overcoat was torn, and a cut on his arm was bleeding. Panting, he walked up to Haozi, looking down at him with disdain in his eyes: "You still dare to harm me?"

Mouse shook his head frantically, crying with snot and tears streaming down his face, barely able to speak: "I won't do it again! I won't do it again! Brother Liu, I was wrong!"

Please, please let me go! I'll never do it again!

Liu Xiang snorted coldly and remained silent. Zhang Shaolin walked over, holding the cloth bag containing the money the moles had prepared to divide; the hundred-yuan bills inside were all brand new. He glanced at the mole on the ground, then at Liu Xiang, and said in a deep voice, "Go! Take these bastards to the police station!"

The group escorted the moles toward the nearby police station. The police station in the 1990s was still an old-fashioned brick and tile building, with a dim yellow lamp hanging at the door and the eight characters "Confess and be lenient, resist and be severely punished" written on the wall, which were particularly conspicuous in the night.

The officer on duty, an older officer in uniform, was warming himself by the fire when he saw them escorting in a group of men with bruised and swollen faces. He was startled. Zhang Shaolin recounted the entire incident, and the older officer's face grew increasingly grim. He slammed his fist on the table and demanded sharply, "You have absolutely no regard for the law!"

The rats and the mole were terrified and confessed everything about how they had been instructed by Wang Xianfu to sabotage the film set, and they even handed over the money Wang Xianfu had given them.

However, after investigation, the police discovered that Wang Xianfu had made preparations in advance. All the evidence pointed to the middleman, while Wang Xianfu himself distanced himself completely. He never appeared in person; he contacted Haozi through a middleman. There was no direct evidence to prove that Wang Xianfu was involved. The middleman had also long since fled and could not be traced.

The veteran police officer sighed. The police station could only detain the mole gang led by Haozi, fine them a little money, and then let the matter drop.

Liu Xiang knew that Wang Xianfu, that old fox, had deliberately left himself a backup plan. He had calculated that even if Haozi and his gang were caught, it wouldn't implicate him. Liu Xiang clenched his fists, his nails digging into his flesh, and secretly vowed that he would settle this score with Wang Xianfu sooner or later! A gentleman's revenge is never too late!

Right now, the most important thing is filming.

With the internal traitor issue resolved, the production team recruited a new batch of extras, all honest and hardworking men from nearby villages. With everything in place, filming could finally resume for the scene where "Xu Ning teaches the use of the hook-and-sickle spear, and Song Jiang defeats the linked cavalry."

This time, the filming was even more lively and safer than before. More than three hundred warhorses galloped along the charge route, their hooves flying and kicking up clouds of dust; the wolf-tooth flags on the camp walls fluttered in the wind; the cowhide drums on the top of the watchtower beat even more deafeningly; and hundreds of extras playing Liangshan soldiers, wielding hook-and-sickle spears, shouted as they charged, their voices deafening.

Zhang Shaolin, holding a megaphone, stood next to the camera, his face flushed with excitement. He shouted at the top of his lungs, "Great! Great! That's the spirit! Huang Haibing, one more time! Xu Ning's charge scene needs to be even more impactful!"

Huang Haibing, who plays Xu Ning, stands on a high platform, holding a hook-and-sickle spear, and shouts, "Brothers! Charge with me! Break through the chained horse formation!"

With that, he charged down first, brandishing his hook-and-sickle spear, hooking the leg of a chain of horses, and pulling hard, causing the horse to fall to the ground. The extras followed suit, their hook-and-sickle spears flashing, and for a moment, the neighing of horses, shouts, and the sound of breaking chains mingled together, creating a scene that was unbelievably spectacular.

Li Xuejian, who plays Song Jiang, stands on the high platform, watching this scene with tears welling up in his eyes. He waves his command flag and shouts, "Good! Good! We have utterly defeated the linked cavalry! The Liangshan brothers will surely win!"

Riding Ta Xue, dressed in Wu Song's battle robes and wielding a broadsword, Liu Xiang charged ahead. He spurred his horse, and Ta Xue neighed, charging into the encircling cavalry formation. He brandished his broadsword, cutting through iron chains, and dodging the charge of a warhorse with fluid and awe-inspiring movements.

Jia Shitou, playing Huyan Zhuo, rode a tall horse, wielding two whips, and charged towards Liu Xiang, shouting, "Wu Song! Don't run!"

Liu Xiang reined in his horse, raised his broadsword, and shouted, "Huyan Zhuo! Come and fight!"

The two exchanged blows, their blades flashing and whips lashing, locked in a fierce and evenly matched fight. Liu Xiang's martial arts skills were solid, each move precise and accurate, while Jia Shitou's acting was superb, perfectly capturing Huyan Zhuo's bravery and unwillingness to give up. The camera followed them closely, recording this thrilling scene.

Lan Xiaoling stood to the side, holding the script, tears welling in her eyes. She had never imagined that the scene she added would be so successful and so moving, completely exceeding her expectations. She kept taking notes, afraid of missing any brilliant moment.

This scene took three whole days to film. In the final shot, Huyan Zhuo flees in disarray, while Song Jiang stands on the high platform, looking at his victorious soldiers, and bursts into laughter.

When the last shot was filmed, the entire crew erupted in cheers. Actors and extras hugged each other, shouting and jumping for joy. Zhang Shaolin, watching the footage on the camera, couldn't stop smiling; his eyes were red-rimmed. He exclaimed excitedly, "Fantastic! Fantastic! This scene will absolutely be a classic!"

Liu Xiang rode his snowmobile around the track, the cold wind brushing against his face, yet bringing a sense of exhilaration and comfort. Looking at the dust swirling in the air, the cheering crowd, and the distant sunset, he felt a profound sense of accomplishment.

Kang Honglei caught up from behind, calling out to Liu Xiang with a big smile: "Liu Xiang, it's my treat tonight! Let's have a couple of drinks, Wuxi rice wine!"

Liu Xiang smiled and nodded, revealing a set of white teeth, and replied in a loud voice, "Okay! Let's drink until we drop, but we can add other people too!"

In the distance, Lan Xiaoling ran towards them carrying a stack of scripts, a sweet smile on her face, and a thermos filled with hot ginger soup, steaming in the cold wind.
