Vegapunk turned around and saw that it was a dragon.

"Seriously, your head is getting bigger and bigger," Long remarked.

"Don't worry, I'm here to pay my respects to Dr. Clover and those giants. They meant no harm. They're from Elbaf, and their captain is a man who's covered in bandages."

"They came specifically to protect these heritages in Ohara."

Upon hearing this, Vegapunk felt relieved, as he didn't want the books his friend had risked his life to protect to be destroyed.

"Mingming even refused our Self-Defense Force's invitation."

Vegapunk scoffed, "Hmph, what nonsense are you spouting? Even with my wisdom and technology, what could your impoverished army possibly produce?"

Long snorted coldly: "You're as straightforward as ever."

"The World Government is a huge organization, and there are many reasonable people in the Navy. Don't lose sight of your goals, Dragon," Vegapunk advised.

But Long was clearly not listening anymore. He clenched his fists and gritted his teeth as he said:

"I know, but this incident has truly pushed me to the limit! I'm going to build an army that can fight!"

Vegapunk asked, puzzled, "Don't you hate war?"
